We stopped by to get some dog treats and we got the chicken chips and our dog loves them! We don’t live near by so have started ordering online. The chicken chips they no longer have but we now get the chicken jerky. Our 24 pound Cavalier has tummy issues but these treats he loves. We keep a stock on hand and our dog gets some every day! I am super happy you can order online - they deliver within a week or so.

We went to Kahoots with a newly rescued dog and our other dog. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to find everything we needed for the new dog plus chewies for both. The store has neat and clear aisles. Signs on each aisle guide customers to the location of items they may need. A very positive visit.

The staff is very nice and helpful. However I came in looking for aquarium supplies and they only have a small shelf with beta fish and their accompanied supplies and not the tropical fish food I was after. They have very good assortments of dog foods and I like the Origin for my German Shepherd.

The store itself and the staff are excellent. My only issue is the parking area is small and limited. The store is sandwiched between a Trader Joe's and David's Bridal. The store is spacious and offers wet, dry, and raw foods for both dogs and cats. The staff are very knowledgeable and I could tell they wanted what is best for my dog (yours as well.) They have a small selection of fish and turtle food and care items. The only for sale pet I noticed in the store were Beta fish. They sell kennels and litter boxes as well if you need one. This place is not like the other pet stores they sell higher quality food so you wont find Kibbles and bits here.They do offer shots and teeth cleaning for your dogs or cats every third Thursday of the month for a fee. They also have a live mascot a bird named Mr. Gold. I would say over all this is more of a specialty store than a regular store but, I would shop here again and i would recommend it.

They have helped me in so many ways. From an educational standpoint of what's going in and out of my pets regarding food and other health topics... But also just the customer service being top of the line everyday. I know I pay a little bit more for top premium service but it's worth it to protect the fur babies.

I love this store! I came in to this store looking for just the right dog food for our new puppy. The staff here was extremely helpful and helped me find a brand that met all of my requirements. I feel like they're more selective about what they put on their shelves than the other big name pet supply stores. They offer low pride vaccination clinics and dog training as well.

Very well run pet store with top quality foods and accessories for your pets. They always have a lot of specials and you'll find things there that you won't see in the Big Chain pet stores. Plus the staff is really knowledgeable they spent a lot of time with me trying to find unique food combinations for my very ill cat.

Found a harness here for my Maltese that I couldn't find any where else. One of the employees was extremely helpful and took all the time needed to help me pick out and fit the new harness to my dog. Excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend.

Kahoots helped my dog overcome a lifelong food allergy that the vet diagnosed as an airborne allergy. The great folks at Kahoots explained that often, even though the vet has called it airborne, it wouldn't hurt to change his food to a limited ingredient, grain free diet and it was very important to give it a good 2 months. Sure enough, right around the 2 month point his skin cleared up and his terrible itching problem stopped. I originally started with a blue buffalo product and maybe 6 months down the road switched to Kahoots grain free Salmon formula, and sometimes we used the Beef and Boar formula, and they worked great! I'm forever grateful to the kind and caring folks at Kahoots for helping make my dear Lucky's life so much better.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. Kahoots carries quite a variety of high quality food for your pets.Cats,Dogs,and other critter care. I choose to go to Kahoots for their food for my Kitty Committee. The SPECIFIC Brand Kahoots has brought my cats back to a higher level of activity and better health. Eyes are bright and coats are healthy. I have 3 inside only cats ages 2,4, and 6. They love this food over any other brand I have tried. Every night they are just ready for me to crack the can open. My cats eat the Kahoots dry food freely as they wish during the day but at night 1/2 can split between the 3 of them is perfect. Currently $1.18 pr can =2 nights of pleased felines.For me buying a case of mix and match of 24 cans pays off as they offer a 10% discount for buying more at one time. Thank you Team Kahoots!

The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They treat my dog and questions about my dog as if we were talking about their own pet. We buy the Kahoot wet food brand, and our dog loves added with his dry. It's a 10% discount for 12 mix/match cans of Kahoot brand wet dog food.
