We live locally and know the people who run this campground. They are good people and will treat you right. Everything is very well kept. The restaurant on site has good food and everything is made fresh by one of the owners. Very level grass and gravel sites. River access down a short trail. Local wildlife regularly spotted here. Can't go wrong staying here. There is also a bait and tackle shop on site that sells fishing licenses.

What a neat and beautiful campground. They offer full hookups. The owner and staff were friendly and professional. As we checked in and headed to our spot, he ran over to make sure our site wasn't too wet as they had a big rain the night before.I'm sure they are very busy during the summer but it was quiet the beginning of May.Laundry on site is clean and efficient.Nice hot showers which is a treat as we are traveling to Alaska in a camper van.The redwoods are a short drive away.A very nice place for us to rest for a few days.

This was a great spot to stay for a few nights. Tucked midway between the Redwoods State and National Parks. There was a mixture of open sites in the field and some with shade under trees. Bathrooms and showers were decent with plenty of hot water. George (owner) was a very friendly host and had great recommendations on places to visit in the area. The park felt safe and we were comfortable letting our kids run and play. We would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here twice and look forward to returning. Relatively spacious sites and everything else is fine. Good folks in the office. Their little restaurant was a nice plus!

Was at friends wedding. Beautiful, green, cool, had bear behind there red barn, kids play ground, great family place to camp. Trails to walk down to the river. In the red barn is a little place to buy food. Had a little store/tackle shop. You can purchase firewood. 2 different bathroom/ shower areas. They have RV and tent spots available. Horseshoe pits, and so much more. Take the family!! You definitely won't be disappointed

One hell of a family! All good men. You also shorty! Just kidding. They all went out of their way to make us feel like this is our second home since me and my family started coming here and we've been coming here for a few years now and multiple times a year. Doesn't get better than this for easy camping. Fresh air, big trees, easy drive to ocean and river. Close stores, gas, propane and this place is perfect at night. Quiet and perfect for families and family pets. Very respectable crowds. No BS here. Given or taken. Maybe I shouldn't have written such a great review George. Maybe I should have kept my trap shut and kept it all for myself. BUT! You gotta give credit, where credit is due. See you guys this weekend.

Awesome place. We got in really late and was able to pull into a spot to set up. Owner is friendly and respectable. Bathrooms are nice and there is so much to do at this place. Playground for kids and a pull up bar if you need to get your workout in. Price is great, so if you need a quick stop or a long stay over, check this place out!

Did not stay here. We had a celebration of life here. It looks like a wonderful place to stay. Nice big area. Near by a river. This is a place to camp. Not a hotel. There are not rooms

This was a 1 night stop during our road trip along the coast. It is privately owned and well kept. The staff was welcoming and helpful. All their sites are grass, so keep that in mind when getting a post and all sites seem to be level. We did stop here early on in the pandemic, so their store was low on inventory. It is for sure in a beautiful location and we wish we would have had more time to fully experience the campground. Because we got there in the evening, we opted out of checking out the trail to the water. But still enjoyed the bonfire and being outdoors.

Spent a peaceful and refreshing week here last week. Got to know George the owner pretty well, good guy, and his staff was friendly, fire wood was delivered each time I purchased. Will be returning for sure. (For those criticizing this place for bad or no cell service, the whole region has poor cell service, it is not just Camper Corral, come on!)

A must stay. Clean bathrooms multiple times a day. Friendly staff. Plenty of activities for the kids. River access. Short distance to multiple attractions or alternate activities to those accustomed to fishing or crabbing in the surrounding area. A hidden gem if you know when to attend.

This is a wonderful campground right off 101! Quiet and close to so many sights! (Trees of mystery, prairie Creek State Park, the beach) The staff is very nice and helpful. There are trails down to the river (beware of bears). Very nice and clean campsites. Pet friendly. Playground and activity center with games and food. If you are a passport America member, choose this campground!

We were quite disappointed in this RV campground. We could only fill up two small water bottles in the various spigots in the open field camping area before the water stopped to a trickle. The bathrooms were not clean. The owner was not friendly at all & had no advice to offer for visiting the nearby redwoods. There was a lot of road noise from nearby 101. We were not at all impressed with this RV campground & would not recommend anyone to stay thereThere are a number of other good RV spots for camping nearby that would have been much better choices.

The campground itself is nice because it is an open field (at least the section we were in), however don't expect to have any cell signal here. We work while traveling and could not get much beyond the occasional email done. We have every carrier and nothing worked well enough for real work. Oh well. Good location for exploring Redwoods NP.

The camp was beautiful and spacious. Owners were friendly and helpful. The pool was small but the kids enjoyed swimming in it several times. The barn with ping pong provided hours of entertainment for the kids, and the nightly bon fire was a good chance to meet other campers. Overall it was a great place to stay and if in the area again we will plan on staying there again.

George II and this entire establishment made me change my view of RV parks. My husband and I usually dry camp, off the grid, away from RV Parks. They have always seemed cramped and structured designed for the owner to make money. While Klamath Camper Corral is organized in the welcoming view they have built a Camper Corral designed to get young children to play, families to sit by a large camp fire and interact differently than when we’re home. We pulled into their drive tired, needing to do laundry and a nice glass of wine. They had a site that filled our needs (we’re small in size). Water/Sewer/Electricity. They also do not have everyone on top of each other. They were welcoming and informative. We stayed three nights. Laundry done on site. Clean and affordable. We disconnected and toured around the area. I love walking the beaches but we found a drive that had a “farm like” appearance built to house military to ensure the west coast was safe during WW II. We were able to cook in the fire ring provided at each site. There were campers of all equipment. Tents, small trailers, large RV’s and everything in between. We’ll go back. Many times. Thank you George and family. Loved your establishment. Follow your dreams.

The campgrounds are ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! The owners take pride, and it certainly shows. Tent camping made easy. Did I mention the very clean bathroom and showers. Which, by the way, are hot. They are pet and kid friendly, too! This was our third year, here. Definitely coming back, next year!

We stayed here for our family reunion and had a great time! The kids loved the playground, riding their bikes and ping pong in the big barn. As parents we enjoyed camping in buddy campsites and made use of the barn too during a day of rain; bingo and a big screen movie. It was all grand! The campground owners went out of their way to make our stay wonderful! We hope to go back and explore more of the North coast area.

*** wouldn’t even give this place one star. DON’T STAY HERE!!!! NOT SAFE!!!!I would advise, strongly, against staying at this RV park. We only stayed one night and one of our bikes was stolen! We did not get to choose our site. Instead we were placed near the entrance in an open space- one of the closest and most visible sites from the very open and unprotected entrance. This RV park is right off 101. Someone obviously was in the RV camp, saw our bike (locked on a bike rack on our rv)and came back for it later. Easy access (zero deterrents- no fencing or adequate lighting, no security gates, or any security cameras whatsoever ). This is the first place we’ve stayed where there was no fence, gate ect… to prevent just anyone from coming and going. People came in and out all day that we’re definitely not staying at the RV park. I felt uneasy from the moment we got here. I wish I had followed my instinct. The way it was dealt with just confirmed my uneasy feeling about the place. The son of the owner made no effort to make things right. He made us feel like he was doing us a favor by reimbursing us the money for the remaining 3 nights we paid for even though we were leaving (obviously)- and only did so after we asked for our money back. He did not offer to help in any way. He didn’t even ask us what would help us feel safe going forward or how the park could make sure this would not happen again. He refused to reimburse us for the night we did stay and had the bike stolen on their property (while locked up) in a site he made us take with zero protection, just feet away from a wide open entrance with no security. Zero help as we spent the whole day filing a police report, insurance and packing up. Over all he was suspiciously aloof about it all. He did not show the concern one might expect from someone running a business that depends on keeping people safe as they travel. It is unconscionable that he takes money from people for a service that he didn’t deliver and then takes no responsibility for it. The bike that was stolen was the first new bike I had in over 20 years (bought only a month ago). This was the first vacation we’ve taken in over a decade. Our trip was ruined as we scrambled to find somewhere else to stay and deal with the stolen bike (which was a huge part of our vacation plans) This place is shady, don’t stay here!!!!

Quiet and friendly staff. But the bathroom closest to our site was dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned during the three days we stayed here.

This place us awesome. We used to camphost next door at Redwood and I never came in here until now. We were trying to find a place late 2 weeks ago,and George Sr. waited for us they have to be the nicest people I've met at a park in a long time...you feel safe and even in the winter its still beautiful. They have the best washers and dryers as well..

We've stayed here twice. The new owners are great, very friendly and helpful. The campsites were well kept and clean. And it's very quiet at night! Love the community campfire! Only 1 negative....they need signs along Hwy 101. We will definitely be back!

Love it! Love it! Love it! Clean showers, and restrooms, manicured lawns, full hookup sites or tent sites, the owner will make sure you feel welcome and you'll want to come back again. In my case, I never left. Hiking trails to the Klamath River, fishing, kayaking and most importantly, DOG FRIENDLY!
