Loved it!! Went in to buy blades for a saw and i didn't know which kind were the correct ones. The employee was so helpful i showed him a picture of the saw and he knew exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for your help young man!!.

I wish the ppl didnt follow you around like stalkers.. I appreciate the help but we were going in to get bug spray and I was almost hoping they had some type of spray to make the employee leave me alone. Other than that, the place is great.

We enjoy having a local hardware store here in our town. However, today we ran in to grab a few items and noticed not one of the employees were wearing masks.I understand people have mixed feelings regarding COVID, but we have 90 year old parents and very young grandchildren that we are wanting to keep as safe as possible.Their shocking disrespect of the current mandates is astounding, not to mention simple respect of patrons safety. Due to these actions we’ve decided that we will not be returning to the store.

Ace is the place where the something hardware goes?? I think that's how their song goes. Anyways I love Ace and I'm sure you do too. If you don't it's probably because you've never been there before. My first few times that I went there I got a really bad vibe juat because of how helpful people are..its weird to say but I guess I just was not use to good customer service at a hardware store. I use to think that these guys are thinking I'm going to steal something I jusy want to be left alone.. but they were actually trying to just be very helpful. If you tell them no thanks to help they will leave you alone. Unlike Home Depot where the employees will literally run away from you so they don't have to help. Ace may be a tad more expensive than home depot but support the smaller companies because once home depot and lowes put out the smaller stores out of business then home depot is gonna raise the prices because you have no where else to go

I am so thankful Ace is here in Kingsburg. Before Ace I had to go to the big retailer in Selma- you all know who I mean. They try, but they fall short, ESPECIALLY on the weekends- the only time I have to go. I am not a handy person, I depend on an expert to tell me what I need or where to find what I need. HATED IT! Now that Ace is here I just walk through the door and the second I do someone is asking me if I need help, and frankly, I always do and they always help me! I bring a problem, they give me the solution and the product I need to fix it with... I love it! I've been told, "But you can get it cheaper at..." to which I respond, "Yes that's true- but do you get the service? I'l more than happy to spend a wee bit more for the incredible service every single one of their employees gives. GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU!

I was in your Visalia store and I always read reviews after 40 years in retail I am one of those Customer Service is number one people need to realize first your prices are not that high and maybe driving that extra mile fighting traffic etc. are worth a few cents higher most importantly supporting a small buisness owner who has to pay higher prices for everything but gives everything plus replies to all his reviews tells me this is someone who cares about building a buisness. Your Visalia Ace Hardware rocks!! Employees were so very kind and helpful. Update! Kingsburg your boss knows how to hire amazing employees. Why would anyone want to take their business anywhere else other than not finding what they were looking for here. Seriously anyone who says the store has higher prices when is the last time you bought motor oil for $2.50. Great store, wonderful friendly employees that do not suffocate you but just make sure your finding what your looking for. Still think you need to carry some Equine Supplies just because I like one stop shopping.
