Pete’s Auto Repair has been my go-to mechanic for the last 3 years. They are good and honest people, very flexible and really strive to go above & beyond. Rosendo is the best! I’ve never had a business treat me like family before. I’m going to miss them. I hope to find a mechanic just like them at my new residence. This place is amazing!! 5 star all the way. Honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and professional. My daughters car completely died on the freeway just outside of King City, 5 hours from home. We are unfamiliar with the area, as she was just passing through on her way home from college. We had her car towed there and they took the best care of her! It was a Friday afternoon, I was sure she’d be stuck there through the weekend, but Pete’s team diagnosed her car, got parts, did the repair, and had her in the road with daylight to spare. They even checked her tires and filled one that needed air. They even gave her a heads up on few repairs that needed to be done in the near future. They did very thorough work and the price was more than fair. We truly need more people like this in the world. My daughter made it home safely thanks to the team at Pete’s Automotive Repair!! I highly recommend this shop!

Where can I even begin… Pete’s is a LIFE SAVER. Rosendo and his team are the most knowledgeable I’ve met in the auto repair space. They all work hard together to find the correct diagnosis , and leave no room for error. My van broke down just outside of King City, and after feeling hopeless, Rosendo and his team made me feel LUCKY to find them. Not only are they great at what they do, they are also genuinely great people! If there were an option for 10 stars, they would get all 10!! This auto repair shop did the work and completed it, but not without some issues. They outsourced what they couldn't do to another local auto repair shop despite confirming that they do alignment in-house, unfortunately they charged me extra for that work as well as charged me extra for oil quart without prior authorization or a call. $20 extra is not that of a big deal for a quality work... However, the mechanic who did the oil change also forgot to put back engine guard bolts so the guard was scraping the road on reverse. I had to go back and get that fixed which they did quickly without charge. They did try to blame my previous oil change mechanic for the bolts missing but alas I have driven a bit over 4,000 miles without issue since previous oil change. All is good now, but the shop's professionalism does leave something to be desired.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I came in last week after having gotten my car stuck in the mud in San Ardo and having a ton of shaking above 45mph. Rosendo was super nice and jacked up the car to take a look immediately. He scraped off all the mud and wouldn't let me pay or even tip him! In and out in 15 mins. Really happy and grateful that Pete's Automotive happened to be nearby. Thank you!

My daughter went in to see him about a smog and he was honest with her and help explain things to her until she understood. Doesn't try to miss charge you or fix something that's not broken just to charge someone and make money. He not only is a very good mechanic but is a good person too.

Showed up needed my tires check and get it done in no time it didn't even take him 5 minutes, we got air in my tires and I was sent on my way. Highly recommend this place one of my best experiences!!!!!
