This place is alright the drive through is usually full when I'm there though and well to get your drink it takes a long time because of many people so I wouldn't say the service is bad since they're always busy but lately they've been filling my cup full with ice but I can always ask for less ice so I guess I can say this place is okay

All summer long I’ve been ordering Strawberry Lemonade Refreshers. Why is it that Kerman store taste and look different every time. Some days they are delicious with nice color & strawberries. Other days they taste & look like colored water. The Fresno store I stop at has it right every time. Do you cut back on flavor when you’re running short. Because that happens quite often. My money is good so I expect to get what I & my husband pay for!!

I usually don't have any problems at this location other than their weird hours but today today when I got up to the drive-through window no one through window no one opened up to let me pay After 2 minutes I rolled my window up to wait the lady who came to the window had to look on her face like I can't believe this beach has her window up so I get home with my food and I ordered egg bites 2 eggs costs as much as an 18 pack of eggs and somebody dug their finger into the egg it's squished into the bag just rude!

I was inside the store waiting for the rest of my family to get off the car, when I asked one of the employees there, are you guys closing the store? to which she replied no , don’t worry you are good, BUT a few seconds later she taped a sign on the door, that read “No inside orders at this time” they proceeded to tell me we can’t take your order inside, you have to do a Mobile order or drive thru. They also had the mobile app off. I am so disappointed for the poor customer service that we received.

Great drinks, but the workers are rude. Sometimes you have to repeat the order and they rush you. I prefer to order online and pick up because they are friendly and ask if you need extra items. Sometimes on the Starbucks app it indicates you can buy something, but when you pick up it’s unavailable. I had this happen and decided to get a different box, which is disappointing. I only visit this location because it’s the closest to my hometown.

Well i must say staff is great but drinks not so much. Last night i got a mango black tea with lemonade and basically it had so much ice i believe i got like 2 oz. of tea. Very disappointing to say the least , you can say i paid for ice.

Literally worst starbucks in Fresno. Yes its clean. But service bad. Never have I gotten my order right.My vanilla bean frap had no flavor.And if you tell them anything they give you a look and walk away.

This was my first and last visit. I don't know why but one of the Barista's had a attitude and maybe they just have a lot going on in their life but I am not sure, I hope it wasn't something I did. The drink I received was one of the worst I've ever tasted, it soured my stomach a bit. I usually get oat or almond milk with the latte's and I never have a problem at any other location. But at this location the coffee tasted watery with a slight burnt flavor, not the good roast flavor.

I am a life long K Town resident and support all businesses but Starbucks has become that type of Bus. That iritates me when I go in. Today my husband and I went in for a refresher. He got a Trenta pink drink and I got a Trenta Mango Dragon Fruit (regular). I adked for extra invlusions on both and paid the extra price for them. I am LEGALLY BLIND and I have a SIGHT CANE with the red on the bottom and wear sunglases because of lights sensitivity. I got my drink, tasted it and realized they didnt add inclusions or the regular amount of juice. My husnads drink wasnt made well either. I went over to the counter and ask the barista gor the right drink. She gave me mad attitude and was talking about me to other employees. She is arguing and tallking back at me that she made it right. So sHe redoes the drink and it is the same. At this point i am done. She is snarky and disrespectful. Just because I cant see my drink diesnt mean I dont know what it should taste like or look like up close. I left Starbucks with a bad taste and a bad drink.Starbucks please teach your employees not to be rude or disrespectful with costumers with disabiluties. I might nit see but my HEARING and TASTE are PHENOMENAL.PS- sorry for typos. My vision isnt good

The line was long so i decided to go in store, i stood at the register for a few minutes without being acknowledged. Finally someone came to take my order. i was given the wrong drink and when i mentioned it, the lady was rude and took the drink to remake it, let me just mention on the first drink, the top of it was practically covered in sprinkles. when she put sprinkles on it, she turned the sprinkes over once having about 8 little sprinkles in the center. The drink looked sad, and so was i lol. I also ordered a tea with light ice which was to the top with ice. None of my order was correct

620am, waited about 5 minutes in the drive thru. they were open but no one acknowledged at the speaker. when another car pulled up behind I went ahead and pulled thru the drive up window. the two girls there never acknowledged me parked there, again another 5 minutes. I saw one girl look my way at least twice. she finally opened the window and apologized and said there were not ready to serve. it would have been nice to let me know earlier. i drove off and settled for coffee elsewhere . I'm passing thru Kerman don't know if they are always like this. starbucks employees are normally super friendly people. I hope it was just a bad morning for them and it's not always like this.

I enjoy coffee, I rely on a good cup of coffee to start my day, especially when I'm tired. Today, not only did they gave me my wrong order, but I waited 40 min to get my correct order. Now, I don't mind the wait becuase I understand they are busy and trying to rush and get orders out but at least give me the greatest cup of coffee that I would enjoy drinking after waiting for so long.

We came here for the first time on our way to go fishing at the mendota slew's. We decided that we were going to have some coffee and a pastry for breakfast. The morning employees and their service was really nice they were very friendly and polite. We decided to come back through the drive-thru on our way home we had about an hour drive. My husband and I and our three teenagers ordered they got our order wrong, but they were really nice and polite in correcting it. All in all we would still come back to this Starbucks on our way to go fishing again.

The people at this Starbucks don’t listen when you order a tv mocha you better check your drink before you leave for some reason they give you a tv white chocolate mocha. No one listen or read what the order is.

Had the worst experience today...I ordered 7 drinks nothing was displayed on the order screen and she didnt even repeat my order back to make sure it was correct she only told me go to the window and when I got to the window the girl said she only took me for 5 and she couldn't do anything about it if I wanted EXTRA drinks to go around again after having been waiting more than 30 minutes.... well they weren't extra drinks they were part of my order!!!.. anyways I went back around order my two other drinks waited another 30 minutes by the time I got home my drinks were watery payed almost 40 bucks waited more than an hour to drink watered down drinks when they were supposed to be Frappuccinos... when I got home my husband said it does not taste like an expresso Frappuccino well I ain't going back again to wait again in line.. worst customer service ever! Didn't even try to fix the problem.. always pay for extra caramel drizzle and I never get it so disappointed!!

For a small town Starbucks - these guys really do a great job! They are fast and pretty good about getting your order right - or fixing it with no issues if they do it wrong. Everyone is super friendly and when my mobile app says it's ready in 5 min - it usually is. Good job!

Every time I try go inside to avoid long line at drive thru is impossible because lobby always closed no matter what time of day eventhough online says open 430am to 10pm Starbucks kerman you always literally always have to wait losing gas in ther drivethru. Be prepared to wait at kerman Starbucks, at least 24minutes to 30min wait no matter what time of day or year.

Food has been warm every time I order, drinks are never made right even without modifications… asked for a mocha frap and got a caramel, told the employee and they said it was mocha even though it came out with 4 other caramel fraps from someone else’s order… have yet to receive a cold brew with cream foam that is actually made right, the cream foam always dissipates right away, it’s frothy not creamy as it should be, which tells me the sweet cream batch was either made wrong or it isn’t being properly refrigerated after use which I am basing off experience as I use to work for a different Starbucks location. . I keep coming back hoping for better quality but every time I’m disappointed and feel like I have wasted my money. Only Starbucks along my 1.45 hour commute or else I would completely avoid returning to.
