My tiny angel passed only 14 yrs & 8 lbs due to an angry neighbor 8 months ago with me in NM, she was innocent! I took her to this vet to have her cremated. They were so very kind , even came out to my vehicle around back to meet with me & take her. I've never even been there having just recently moved. Thank you for your understanding & kindness! Very kind, competent staff. Beautiful, clean facility. We feel fortunate to have a veterinary medical practice in Janesville again. Driving to Reno for services is often not practical or possible. Everything was great, people are really nice there. They are really fast too when it comes to emergencies and normal everyday animal issues. Had an emergency with my dog that was fixed the same day. Took my cat in to get fixed and again the same day it was finished. The prices are great too, cheaper than most places. The counter people are really nice they'll work with you on payments for the most part. They have specific payment options, not too sure on that as I didn't ask about the programs they have available for us poor people. The area is always clean when I come in, the parking lot is decent sized for such a small town and the building opens nice and early. The vets and overall staff are helpful and quick to answer and questions and they listen when you explain why you brought your pet in and they list possible options for everything that you think needs done. They are also not pushy so if you can't afford something that day they won't continue to harass you about it which is nice of them.

I had 3 cats spayed and a cat neutered within the past few months! The staff at Thompson Peak Vet were very knowledgable and caring, they even called post surgery to assure me that my pets made it through surgery safely:) I feel like they love my pets as much as I do! I'm so relieved to have a vet i can trust!

I moved here recently and had to find a new vet to take my baby to. I love Thompson peak vet. All their employees that work there are amazing. You can really tell they all love their job and our fur babies. Would recommend them to anyone hands down best vet in the area.

April 2023-Thank you for lookin after Whisky Jack, we're so relieved it wasn't something major 💗Kind and Gentle people here. They successfully removed Boone Lee Shine's tumors in 2 separate major surgeries with absolute loving care. Unfortunately Bean's tumors got the best of her and we lost her November 4 of this year. Staff was amazing and gave us all the time we needed with her before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. One of the hardest decisions and days in our lives. Thank you for being there for her and us, we appreciate you.Sidenote- if you have a pink skin pup, please don't let them sunbathe w/o sunscreen. It absolutely leads to tumors, we learned the hard way.

Outstanding vet. Brand new facility, very clean. Very friendly vet and front staff. I am allergic to animals, if my wife drops off our husky, they take care of her while I wait outside. We have brought Yuka in twice, both with outstanding results.Ps sorry about the family photo but it was the only photo I had with our Husky)

Thompson peak veterinary hospital is very clean and very thorough, also they have a very caring and kind staff. The Dr. had a very loving and caring attitude with my fur baby, she reassured me that everything was going to be alright and gave us the medication we needed now 3 days later my fur baby is doing just fine and back to eating again. We will be going back for our vacation in two weeks. I feel that my fur baby is in safe hands with Thompson peak veterinary hospital and I'm sure you will too.

This is the place to take your pet for quality care and people that clearly know their stuff and genuinely care. The waiting area is very cozy but spacious at the same time. Just really comfortable. Really nice people up front and on the phones. My dog had an abscess and they were able to get her in for dental surgery only a couple days later. They fixed my girl up and she has healed nicely. Just really pleased. Thank you.

They seemed to take really good care of my cat, people are very polite. The only problem that I have is that every time that I have called to find out how much money each procedure would cost they would give me an estimated amount never an exact 😞. It's very disheartening because if I would have known the other things that they could have done well my cat was in surgery and how much they would have cost I could have saved up for it and got my cat the best care but it seems like they were just more concerned with railroading people when they get there so they can make more money. I would like to see them be honest about how much things cost so some of us can actually prepare so we can take the best care of our animals that we possibly can.

Took my dying kitty to them, they didn’t even hesitate to help her (lassen vet just kicked us out without looking at my kitty first). The vet was very efficient and told us everything ahead so we wouldn’t be surprised with the $ at the end. Unfortunately, life took my kitty that day. They offered us a the best cremation options they had, I was expecting for this visit to be around 1k. Services + cremation were only $500 (we chose private cremation too) The vet and the whole staff was crying with us when I lost my Pixie, they sent us a beautiful card in the mail a week later. So thoughtful and kind, they did everything they could during our emergency and I’ll always be thankful for them.

They keep a full appointment book but are always willing to talk and staff are very responsive to questions about the health well-being of animals. I love and trust this place. Dr. Kasey is amazingly personable along with all his staff. Staff is wonderful, but not enough. End up waiting (sometimes) longer than normal. It's very clean. Just SUPER busy and they do try to accommodate customers.

We have an older Chiweenie that developed severe back problems over a holiday weekend. Although it was a very busy holiday week and they had a lot of emergencies, they worked us in. Dr. Cockrell and his staff were just great. Very kind and professional and really helped us. The front desk ladies were also very kind and helpful. Thank you all for taking such good care of Junie.

I am very pleased with the time was spent to find what was the cause of Baby’s cough. The medication that was prescribed for her has helped immensely she has been not coughing now for over a day. I am so grateful for this clinic! On the basis of non-emergent, yet urgent, they were able to make the time to schedule, triage, diagnose, and treat my Boston Terrier’s yeast infection in her ear. The reception staff was so accommodating and the clinic staff was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly!
