Went to this location to buy duck feed. All employees were super friendly and helpful. Purchased a 50lb bag and the nice young lady even helped me take it up to the register and loaded it into my car. Now, that’s great customer service!

Used to be a great store but ever since management changed it has gone downhill. Went there today for propane and waited for almost 20 minutes before someone came out to help, and it wasn't that busy.

They have way more items then two of other tractor supplies I've been to. An old man was so patient and kind to me and helped me find goat hoof trimmers. A Scottish lady went above and beyond to help me find items I needed. I love this place.

Outstanding customer service. Need a tool and lady in phone was super friendly , it was like 40 minutes before closing time got in car and drove from Eastlake to there . Arrived five minutes before closing and she had it waiting for me at front counter. Super service great job .

Happy with my first experience at this new location. They opened ~ 3 months ago. Luke was a very helpful and friendly employee. He helped me load up my car, we had pleasant conversation, and when I said thank you, he even thanked me back! Store was clean, they adhered to masks/social distancing policies, the manager was courteous on the phone before I arrived (didn’t catch her name), they enjoyed working with one another and they were attentive to all the customers in the store from what I saw. If Corporate sees this, they should know that their new store is in good hands! Overall a positive experience that made me want to write a review.

Went during the soft opening, so impressed by the selection for goats & chickens. I live 1 mile away from the Lakeside TSC, but would rather do the drive to this one to stock up, as Lakeside never has what I need. Staff were awesome and friendly 👍🏻

I placed my online subscription but my ADHD affects my ability to stay on task and forget very easily. Jordan took the time to get in the computer and resolute this matter for me. He even took the time to show me how to set my future orders for subscription and delivery. He is very pleasant and his beautiful smile makes anyone smile. The young man and young lady at the register were just as pleasant and welcoming to Tractor Supply.

I'm using a regular shopper there and today my wife and I were put in handcuffs accused of something that did not happen and I would not recommend, or ever return to that place (JAMUL) Tractor supply ever again. Not only was it wrong , but we are both offended. And will be hearing from my attorney within a week or so ...
