She patiently takes all of our callsAnd provides us with great updates regarding our pet’s well being. There is a veterinary office right next store and she doesn’t hesitate to contact them for any health concerns of the pets she takes care of. My dog loves this place he has been boarding there now for some time. When he enters he is all wags and he happily goes right up and jump up on the counter.He is in a great mode when we pick him up too, these ladies really care for their boarders as if they were their own!I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a pet sitter.Oh yeah just let you all know our boy is a 90# German shepherd/ Pitbull mix and so no dog is to big for them.

My cat Muffin has stayed here now for over fours years. Pat and Alice are great to work with. Great atmosphere very large and clean pens for cats with a lot of toys to play and climb on.

Our 5 month old puppy came home with infected bloody wounds on his throat from being attacked by another dog or dogs. This was almost 2 years ago, but I still feel like it’s worth mentioning because of the severity of the injury, the negligence in caring for my puppy’s wounds, the fact that we were never notified that it had happened, how long-lasting the effects of this incident have been (permanent), and because they never acknowledged in any way or took responsibility for what happened.

we left our cats here for three days, the kennels were big for them , and each one had a climbing tree. clean. Our cats will be staying here from now on. very calm atmosphere for them, thank you
