Rented a pick up truck to drive around while in town. The employee was rude. The truck was dirty, dented and broken. When I tried to return the truck the employee wouldn't even let me or my dad in the office to complete the transaction. It was so hot outside. I didn't feel like I was valuable not important. Rented a 10ft truck from Avery Muffler and I had a fantastic experience. Lindsey was exceptional in her knowledge and customer service skills. I'll be choosing Avery next time I'm in town.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My items are loaded quickly. The entire experience is positive and I'm in and out in minutes. I love this store and recommend it to anyone who has pets or animals. Thanks Patti and Jamestown Hay & Feed.

Always very helpful. Has only high quality food. Has several types of hay to choose from at reasonable (as much as can be expected in high hay price time) prices. Will order what you need or want if they don't have it. My go-to even with several feed stores to choose from.

Anyone who buys pet food at a pet store really doesn't know what a feed store is for. Even a big Box store can't touch their prices.So, when we got a dog we came here to get the food. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They went through all of the options and we decided on a food. They also said that they could order anything that we wanted.I have a small dog but buy a big bag of food. I'm not as strong as I was in the beginning, so I went down one size in the food. In the beginning it was okay. Then they began running out sometimes.Finally they said that there are only two of us buying this food in this size. They are much less accommodating than they were. They have kind of left us high and dry.

Stopped by to pick up some Orchard Grass and TripleCrown Balancer horse grain, had another beautiful experience with staff and Tyler. I recommend this place, great store, great products and great help loading it all up!

My brand of dog food right here in lil'ol Jamestown, yay! I need the small breed Taste of the Wild in smallish quantities, they have it-along with all the other sorts. Saved me a drive to far east Sonora. Really helpful owner, great find.

They left hay sitting in the middle of our road instead of under our hay shed because a bale was open. When I asked if they would come out and fix it if I bought more hay they said it wasn't worth their time and that I should tarp it.I have been a customer for years and buy between 40 and 60 bales every month as well as grain. This was uncalled for and I will not be returning. I now have a months worth of hay now sitting in my driveway that I cannot move that is going to dry out and bake in the sun.Thanks a lot Radovich Feed. My horses just love the taste of dry sticks.

Reserved a u haul and watched as my 11:00 reservation was pushed to the back as people walked in and we're served first as if the line doesn't exist. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and said "well you can leave" as I waited 20 minutes for a truck I already reserved
