This store has always been a nice experience. Even though it is Ace Hardware once again (the picture for this business is up to date). They have a large selection and 2 things the big stores don't have. Knowledgeable employees and parts to fix the older things that have sentimental value to us.

I visit this particular Ace Hardware location on a regular basis; and the staff is always friendly and helpful in assisting me find the items I'm looking for.The store has a good selection of Hardware and garden accessories.

I have been shopping at this store for over 20 years (even before it was a True Value). They have excellent customer service and the most helpful, friendly staff anywhere in town, or beyond! They have cheerfully helped me solve many home improvement and gardening issues over the years. I always check there first before going to the 'big box' store in town, even if the prices are a bit higher for some things. The service and product quality make it totally worth it!

I usually prefer to go to ACE as opposed to Lowe's because the employee's are more knowledgeable. That is still true for this location, however, there was a lack of hardware and selection at this store. It was a glorified home and garden center. If you're doing anything serious then you will need to go to Meeks or Lowe's up the street, unfortunately. If your the average homeowner looking to complete a weekend project, then this store will work just fine, and you will have access to intelligent staff.

Helpful and knowledgeable. I have an old house..items not always available. Insteadnof the usual UPSELL..they find items that will work. They also are respectful of a womam trying to figure this all out and offer sound advice and ideas. I love going there and like that the staff are available, without following you like youre going to steal something. Not the stock on hand that the larger stores have, but I always visit here first.

This is actually "Ace" hardware now, Ive gone here most of my life but i wont be going there anymore. Last time i went they falsely accused someone i was with of stealing and its not the first time ive seen or heard this happen at this location(it was the manager with a bald head but i didnt catch his name). This is disgraceful and disrespectful, this man should not be a manager if i could give zero stars i would, and i will no longer be referring anyone to this spot.

Fabulous customer service! I go there every time I need something, and find the best prices plus a lot of great deals. Marvelous bargains at everyday low prices. Ace is the place in Jackson.

They had a 4way light switch that we could not find anywhere else. They are always helpful and friendly & informative . We love shopping here.
