Overall good selection and reasonable prices. Could use more sugar free items like Dryers No Sugar added Vanilla Bean or Triple Chocolate ice cream. 5 STARS IF carry these. I have to frequent other stores because they don't stock regularly or carry these items.

In Amador County amongst our several grocery stores that we have I would say Save Mart is the most consistent but what I like most of this store is about once a month they have five for $5 each in the meat department you can get 50 to $60 worth of meat for $25 can't beat that. Along with their quality produce and the best selection for ice cream out of all the stores when it comes to price and selection

I love this store. You dont have to wait around at the bakery or deli trying to find someone to help you order. They always have someone in their area. You can also always find employee's in the aisles that will assist you. The cashiers are also fenominal, always curtiousz fast and friendly. The prices aren't always the cheapest, but they do have many sales. I rather pay a little more than waste time trying to find someone to help me in the deli, meat and bakery department.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Last week I bought the wrong flavor of Crystal Light water drops. Today, I went to exchange it. I had my receipt, and had a different one to exchange it, along with a few other groceries.The cashier starts running my groceries through before I have a chance to enter my phone number. So, now she has to enter it for me. Which, she didn't seem too happy to do to begin with.Well, she input it wrong. But instead of admitting that, she tells me "No, it's not good". So, I repeat the phone number slower and much louder, so she can definitely hear every single number, one at a time. Naturally my number goes through. I have had this phone number over 10 years, and have shopped at Save Mart stores over 7.She was rude, and I also don't think English is her first language.But she treated me like I made a mistake of my own number, and was completely condescending with her attitude toward me. There were no customers behind me in line, so I don't know what her problem with me was. Except sheer rudeness.

Dropped in to pick up yeast, but all you had was small packets & small jar.Disappointed.Suggest you stock the large air vacuum blocks of yeast like Costco & Sam's Club.

This is a great place to shop. They always have the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables. Their take-home chicken is terrific. They have a mind-boggling selection of things to drink -- some bottled water send fruit juices, sports drinks, mineral water, and all kinds of liquors and wines. Most of the folks that work there are friendly and helpful, not that the others you're bad, they just don't let their personality shine. Also, I'm some weekends they make BBQ out parking lots on a big giant grill. Good stuff!

Save Mart always has a wide variety of items and even those tough to find items I need for specially dishes. It is a tad on the pricey side and the staff would rather not be there most days from the impressions I have seen. This tends to ruin an otherwise cheerful shopping experience as the last process is left bitter. Even with these hurdles I still brave my way in here now and then for items and deals like 5 for $5.

What a nice place to shop! Always ice water with cups when you come inside! Good weekly sales, self-checkout, deli, decent wine selection a butcher and seperate deli. Some shade trees in the parking lot, fresh flowers available...no complaints at all. Friendly!

Really love this grocery store. Out of all in the county I think their produce is the best. They might be a little pricer and not have everything I need sometimes but still my favorite places to shop

They are not very helpful. Stand and talk to each other while customer waits for help. They have 3 things I can't get anywhere else or I wouldn't shop here at all.

Clean facility with a help courteous staff. Pleasant affordable prices. It is the meat annd seafood counter that is the focal point of the supermarket. Best quality and selection in all of the foothills with prices that do not leave you with the feeling that you were hooked.

As most people know a bride on her wedding day is somewhat always on the verge of a melt down! I felt like everything was starting to go wrong, the pressure of time was very heavy on our shoulders while trying to get everything together and pick up our kegs before the wedding! At first the experience started off rough and the bridezilla was starting to surface but then the Manager Phil Vigil came out to help & went out of his way to make sure our day was going to go perfectly! He was such a nice guy and we couldn’t have asked for better customer service! Thank you and your staff for your help!

I love savemart. Better prices than Safeway. And their bathrooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly, shelves are stocked and they don't allow the homeless to take showers in their bathrooms.

May be the only close store you can get prime rib eye steaks at a fair price. They have good sale priced alcohol most of time. The rest of the store is just fine too.

Shopped early afternoon for numerous things. Looking in produce for 3 different items. Found 2 and asked a fellow in that department and he directed me where to find my item. Needed a roasted chicken but was all sold out. At checkout I asked the teller how often do they put out a new supply of roasted chickens. She picked up the phone and told me she would check. To my delight, they told her they were just removing some from the roaster. So I dashed back to the Deli Dept. Got the roasted chicken plus some great broccoli salad, then back to check out. Everyone I encountered with a question for help was friendly, helpful and courteous.

l was at the store today and not one worker was wearing a mask!!! l also saw a worker stacking OJ and she had a very bad cough!!! l went down the next row and when l came back she was still coughing!!!! and again without a mask!!! It seams people forget fast. Don`t know if l will be back soon. Very poor .

I shop here on a daily basis. It is the best store in town. Great prices, service, and convenient. They even have a senior discount on Tuesdays for my grandfather. Love this store!

I love my local Save Mart. All the staff are friendly, my produce people know what I'm looking for. Anything I'm looking for in the store if I can't find it everyone is always helpful and, try to order it for me.

I really enjoy the dinner meal you get at the meet dept. Because of that meal deal that is why I shops there. Clean store. Not a fan of how the aisle are layed out.

I love Savemart they always have what I need.. just recently moved I never used this store before. The people were so sweet and kind and patient. I would recommend the store to anyone.
