I have shopped at Raley’s in Jackson, CA for nearly 25 years. I have always been a very satisfied customer until current Store Director Jason and Assistant Director Sean began their reign. They have brought the store and its moral to an all time low. They have poor management skills and it definitely shows. Very sad to witness. I will not return to the store to shop until they are gone. I’ve taken many, many customers with me and I’ll continue to spread the word.

Being right across the street from the hotel is very convenient. Raleys is a very clean store but it is the staff they are all so very nice. Was very easy to find what I needed in a short time. Had several recommendations from both the staff and customers on various items there i love it. Will definitely be back.

Extremely nice employees and extremely fair pricing. I will be returning! Better prices than the grocery stores around. I paid a total of $23 for a pound of ground beef, 4 marinated chicken breasts and some maple bacon. This comes out to being 11 servings for my family which comes out to being $2 per serving for meat! From my experience buying the same things (plain version not marinated) at a grocery store would come out to being $32 at raleys and $37 at safeway. I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was not as intimidating as I expected. Great prices, easy access (like a midpoint between raleys, Walmart and safeway), and plenty of kind people to answer questions if I had any. Give it a look-see if you haven't already.

This is a very nice chain of stores. Good choices. Grass fed beef and Bison.Update: it is still a nice store with great products and people working there, but the chain has gone digital coupon crazy. To get the super low sales prices, you have to download their app and clip the digital coupons. This app is the poorest shopping app in the history of shopping apps. To top it off, their system goes offline with "host not available," messages on the checkers screen. This usually happens at their busiest times. It's happened to me twice, once Saturday afternoon at peak shopping. Again the super staff always steps in and manually overrides the prices. Be warned.

I have always shopped at Raley’s for most of life and have always been happy. This location is on the newer/nicer side compared to the ones where have lived. They had everything that I needed at a fair price with friendly staff.

Very clean store inside, nice deli if want a sandwich to go. Good Chinese food to go as well. Great produce and meat selection. The in store Bakery has a fair selection to choose from. The store has a pharmacy as well. For us coffee lovers, there is a Pete's coffee for your morning brew. The cafe is open at 6AM.Up date 4/27/24. The quality of the Chinese food has slipped a little bit. But still a good value.

Surprisingly good! Having shopped in San Francisco we were not expecting what we found. Great produce, better prices than shops in San Francisco! Some of the imported goods were absolutely top notch but at much better prices then we are expecting. I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop

Great store. Always clean, helpful staff. Fresh fruit and veggies, most of the time. Prices always slightly higher than other nearby discount stores but that's offset by their own brand of goods, which are typically as good as or better than the name brands.

Used to be great. Now they make it hard to use coupons. You have to log on with your account and authorize them before you can use them in store.

I needed a lot of help from the pharmacy department and Maria was the one that was there to help me, she was absolutely fantastic! She worked so very hard to help me for two days and finally got the problem resolved just in time for me to go on vacation! I am so grateful to her and the rest of the staff for their help each and every time I go there. These folks are absolutely the best!

My favorite thing about Raley's is that they carry stuff I can't find elsewhere. Usually find new items here first before other stores stock them. Their produce is fresh and always well stocked, Just an all around well kept up store. Make awesome sandwiches and have a small coffee shop inside where you can have a quick bite and a coffee. The employees are nice and always helpful. I should shop here more, but the prices are a bit more than the cost less nearby. That said,some items are best bought here.

Well when you need groceries, etc...It was a clean place and everyone that we spoke to was helpful and pleasant. It is a rather large store, good selection and the lines were short. Whoa the bathroom was clean also, good work!

Clean, has everything you could ever need, especially when we stay in a pretty remote area which is a good 30-40 minutes from Jackson. The one odd thing...for 2 years in a row I have ordered a birthday cake online to be picked up at a specific day and time and BOTH TIMES the cake has not been ready. To their credit they put it together while I did some shopping, but wow...both times that I ordered??

Slightly expensive, workers aren't always the most delightful to encounter, but lots of great products. Wonderful for foodies and health nuts! Great organic selection and gluten free options! The deli sandwiches are really good as well.

Very nice store. Fast checkout. Very friendly employees. Amazing selection in most categories. Wine is a little over priced and could have a better selection of grass fed meats and free range chicken. Over all my top pick in jackson

All groceries ordered online are perfect, mostly fresh fruits and veggies and as good as I would do for myself. My husband and l are elderly and have difficulty shopping for ourselves now. The pick up of the orders is GREAT!!!

LOVE THIS GROCERY STORE! Clean, organized, nice wide isles. Food selection is outstanding with a huge variety of options. They have high quality home goods, gifts etc. The sandwiches in the deli are amazing!!
