These days I seldom write reviews anymore, unless the place really exceeds expectations. This is the best McDonalds in the world! Seriously, upon entering the associates greeted us and as we were five people with three kids they gave us plenty of time to choose. When the order was ready they served us at the table like if it was a regular restaurant. And the same happened to several other families and groups that came in at around the same time. The manager and the associates were really smart and on top of things. This is so rare nowadays in any establishment and in particular in fast food. Wow they made us happy

6:44 am the day after Christmas. Drive through young woman working the second window in the Jackson California location. Brought me my order and told me all of my condiments were in the brown bag. I asked: ketchup too?  She then pointed at me, scolding me and said.  You didn’t order ketchup, you have to order ketchup. Then she tossed a handful of ketchup in the bag. Slammed the drive through window so hard the window bounced back and turned and walked away. I had no idea ketchup was a menu item that required me ordering. My suggestion would be that the person taking the order would ask, would you like ketchup with this order?  Then the young woman filling the order wouldn’t get so angry when a customer simply asked “ketchup too?”  This young woman does not like her job and shouldn’t be working the drive through window if asking “Ketchup too?” throws her into a rage at 6:44 am.

I support helping the handicap have jobs but omg, it was very difficult to place our order with the gentleman at the counter, then the food came missing part of the order, then asked for ranch, he gave 1 ranch and there were 3 of us. The fellow just seemed really overwhelmed and the restaurant wasn't busy. I will never be back to jackson california McDonald's..

Ok I guess it's been awhile since I ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese.First of all. Lets not call this a. 1/4 pounder. This was the most disgusting product I've had from McDonald's. Notice I said product. Let me break it down. They packaged it in a box now instead of a wrapper. And looking at the box it was obviously smaller than the original. ( big Mac was the only one made for box ) the "patty" was so dried up. Not the meaty and moist burger it used to be. And the bun as you see , I poked a hole in it touching it. Didn't bounce back like a fresh bun. I believe this was probably frozen. Bun and all. The cheese wasn't even melted on the patty like it use to be. Very sad McD. And the kicker it's the same price as used to be. Y'all have killed the quarter pounder and it's obvious by the coffin its served in. I'm D and D(Disgusted and disappointed )My favorite burger is dead. 😒

This Mcdonalds' once made me the best tasting to-go hashbrown I have eaten. They are experienced at mobile orders, and the parking lot is easy to navigate. Prices aren't what they were before inflation but the breakfast, buy one sandwich get one for $1 is back on. They have a lobby kiosk.No kids play enter or dog park, the road is cul-de-sac shared only by a veterinarian so it is certainly probable a good dog walk will be had.

The food is well made and given fast after ordered so I can’t complain all that much. But the environment is absolutely horrible. The employees cuss and yell at each other 24/7 and complain that there are other employees that are late. There is plenty of staff but I think there just might be too much. There’s a large amount of tention in the kitchen. Employees constsnty yelling and cussing. It’s just a really unprofessional environment. I mean I’ve seen them do it with children around. I can’t complain because it’s not my business or my responsibility to deal with the drama in the restaurant. The food is still good and comes out fast and hot. It’s also constantly clean and neat. 3 and a half out of 5

When you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, you should not take it out on your customers. I was rudely told that they now charge for large cups of ice.. corporate policy she said, even though this is the very first McDonald’s that’s ever charge me for a large cup of ice. So how was I supposed to know that it was corporate policy? I guess now I’ll be getting four small cups of ice instead of one large cup.

From now on we will think twice about visiting this location. There are other options in Jackson. This Drive Thru generally does a good job! Today we went through used the app with a code for Buy One QPC get another for .29. The restaurant DID NOT honor the Deal despite it being shown on the screen at the speaker. We got to the window and they charged us full price. The staff DID NOTHING to fix the error. They said they couldn't do anything about it. They did say have a nice day though. The customer service line people are claiming it was our fault. Great Job! McDonalds!

Stopped by at 10:20 am. One lady ahead of me in line. Breakfast menu up on board. As soon as she placed her order and I moved up to place my order they switched the menu. Very disappointed with this service. They should have honored the fact that I had been in line for over 10 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me. Won't be going back.

I bought a large Dr Pepper and received the correct amount of change. The soda was perfect with a lovely balance of fizz and sweetness. I even got a free straw without asking. The bathroom was sparkling clean when I dropped a deuce. It was an awesome experience!👌 I will definitely return and recommend #McDonalds to my friends and family.

Actually we ate last evening at McDonald's. We hadn't been inside for a number of years. This place is spick and span. What happened to the $ menu. The food was good.
