Fantastic pit stop. Well lit, pumps open 24 hrs. Microwave (and they sell frozen and premade meals), bathrooms, picnic benches all available and cleaned regularly. They have both a car wash and an RV wash (height limit 12 ft 8 in). Christmas lights are fantastic in winter time.

We recently went camping at Jackson Rancheria for four nights. We have never used a RV car wash before, we felt like it was a safe bet with the General Store. I paid $50.00 for their top of the line RV wash. My RV was like new prior to driving thru the Facility. I drove through and all I could see was the front of my vehicle appeared clean and no more bugs on the windshield. I drove back to my house 1.3 hours away and my wife was at the end of the driveway . She said I thought you had this washed and stepped closer to look at the RV. She said you better get out and look at this. I WAS HORRIFIED! The sides of the RV appeared to be chemically burned. I immediately called the Jackson Rancheria General Store and LINDA, the employee that led me thru the RV wash remembered me. I told her what happened and I was referred to SHANNON the General Store Manager and told her about the situation. I was immediately referred to TRACY DANIELS. TRACY sent me a Fed Package to file a tort/claim. I was told to get to estimates and I did. The first was $22,000.00 to correct my RV to original condition. The second quote was for $3,500.00 to remove all the 43 damaged stickers and buff the gel coat. We chose the cheaper quote . I submitted my TORT and they denied my claim. On top of that because they are a TRIBE they cannot be sued in state or federal court. My family and I have been camping there for years.DO NOT WASH YOUR RV AT THE JACKSON RANCHERIA GENERAL STORE!!!!!I’m a senior citizen and a veteran! I will never do business there again!!

Great store, wonderful people! Always clean and very well supplied. Their kitchen never disappoints. Lots of local wines and soft drinks to chose from. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

This is our "go-to" favorite halfway stop on the way to and from Tahoe via California 88. They have diesel for the truck and the restrooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. The general store has a wide variety of packaged snacks as well as hot and cold food prepared at the counter. There is also a dairy case with a small selection of Crystal Dairy products. The exterior of the store is eye catching with its display of slate stonework.

The gas station and General Store are convenient and a nice place to stop! The store is well stocked for a small store! The fried chicken and sides are delicious and priced right! Nice service and friendly folks! Gas prices are usually pretty good too!

When traveling from South Carson valley Nevada to the Bay area we take 88 this place is a must stop firstly because they have a nice dog run they also sell a decent fried chicken and french fries and have a well stocked general store

Cheap gas. Some of the pumps really suck. The sensors don't work properly and they click off too soon. Specifically #'s 1 & 4.
