Gotta say, Ace is the friendly place!Every single employee greeted me and asked if they could help!Since I was just looking around, I decided to Come up with something for them to help me find.Each one of them walked me straight over to where it was and asked if I was good or if I had more questions.Good job everyone!Great representation of a great motto!

Need to check your prices....overcharged on trash bags..they couldn't give me the difference back in cash even though it wasn't very much.wanted to refund and than redo well it takes like 5 to 7 days for a credit.

The inventory is very good, but the helpful attitudes and professional knowledge of every employee is above and beyond the average hardware store. Bought a Traeger grill on sale for a great price. Felt so happy about the purchase mostly due to helpful knowledge of the employee yesterday. Today went back to pick it up and again the employees were wonderful. Win win situation for sure. Even though it was a bit of a drive for us- we love Ace Hardware. Oh and they give points for purchases too.

They either have that special bolt or nut or tool that we need to finish a project, or they don't.But it would be a mistake to start at Lowe's and rummage through aisle after aisle of merchandise that is in the incorrect bin, or location in the aisle next to the incorrect price, or no price at all. Only to give up and go back to Ace.If thet don't have what you need, they can usually order anything for you with quick delivery. Save time, shop Ace Hardware first.

This is the place I go when I need advice on a project. They don't have the huge selection of the big box store, but their friendly and knowledgeable employees make up the difference. I bought the supplies for my last big project here because I had questions that the Ace employees were more than happy to find the answers for. Not a service the big box stores provide any longer.

Great hardware store no matter the location but as far as Jackson, might be the only one that carries power tools specifically Milwaukee. Their garden center is handy as well if you got that green thumb and the customer service is as good as it gets for a hardware store.

I love this store! I love the small town feeling it has! I can easily find products there and it’s clean and organized. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I always have a great experience when I shop at Jackson Ace Hardware.

You can find most of your hardware needs. Very nice; with a small garden center. All of the store staff are friendly and helpful.Side note; I would call ahead to make sure the item or parts you are looking for is available.Additional info. Had to make a purchase of a can of spray paint, I was a little disappointed to see so many empty slots of paint on the shelf. It really limited my choice of colors and type of paint I had to settle for in my purchase.On a more positive note. If you need any paint Mixed or color matched; they have the ability to do so.

What can I say... I'm biased this is my favorite place in the whole world possibly. So my review probably doesn't count. All of their stores are usually full of helpful people with Friendly Smiles and the store is no exception. But what I love most about Ace hardware is that they carry everything and put it all in a small space.I could spend hours in the store shopping happily.I love craft projects but you'll never catch me at a craft store, Ace is the place

This has always been my go to hardware store. The people that work here take care of business. When you walk in the door staff approach you with a friendly greeting and ask if they can help you find something. They understand customer service at this store. ( If you go to Lowe’s they have 50 + employees on shift and 48 of them have their head down like they are doing something - it’s a joke, and if you do get help 1/2 the time they don’t know what they are talking about)That’s another thing I like about Aces.The staff know what they’re talking about and if they don’t know, they seek another staff for assistance. That’s called teamwork ! This place is a dying breed in America because they have a tuff time competing with big box stores. Please spend your money here because they earn it. The owners are also great people too and that’s how they attract great employees.

Ace Hardware in Jackson Ace Hardware in E-Town actually. It's much better than going to this big box chain Home Depot Lowe's type stores the smaller hardware stores locally owned tends to have in stock parts and pieces you actually need to do repairs around your home and to help you receive especially the one in Jackson at the Ace Hardware in Jackson they have employees didn't know their product and their applications. I like to spend my money in the area I live and I like to promote privately owned businesses rather than large chains. So if you are tired I'm trying to get help and these larger stores and only finding out that you have to bring what you purchased back because it's wrong you might try first going to your local privately owned independent hardware store that tend to stock parts that are actually needed Inter-Community you might spend a fraction more but especially in today's day you're probably save that in your gas cost. Give your local independently owned businesses a chance in the area you live it'll make Community much stronger.

Small home town feeling. Employees are very helpful and courteous. A pleasant shopping experience. Prices are a little on the high side, but offer a good selection of sale priced items. I would not buy plants at this location. Most were dying and in poor condition. Small selection of plants offered.

Very small, multiple employees gathered in the back talking about how they don't make enough for whatever task they've been given. Poor girl at the register was the only one of the 5 people on the floor and was pretty sure they were guessing as they've don't know what PVA glue was (it's standard glue or or wood glue) so I doubt they'd know anything about the other items I needed. This towns hardware stores are VERY disappointing. Just go to Amazon!Response to management: you want my money business and word of mouth. I went in a felt the way I did about your store and the fact most of my issues came from employee representation shows how uncomfortable I was in the store. Also drawing attention to how disappointing I was with the store in a store I feel so uncomfortable in once again shows how disconnected you are from how your customers feel. After purposely passing every employee I could find to have no questions asked to me when I had so many wasn't very friendly. But no leave it to me to be the polite nice spirited one not the corporation that like I said WANTS my money business and word of mouth. Should be thankful for the review instead of just letting you stay the way you currently are without an idea of whats wrong.

They always have nice little knick-knacks to buy! Lots of diverse products, and always a great place to go if you're looking for something specific. The prices aren't bad, though on some products can be overpriced, altogether it's not too costly. The store is always clean and the workers are helpfully nice.

Everything you expect for an Ace Hardware. Staff is knowledgeable as one would expect at an Ace. Even has Data cabling needs and a few other things the smaller hardware stores don't have in the region. Call them and ask!

The first time I went in here, I needed a torque wrench. I couldn't find one, and the guy I asked didn't know what a torque wrench was, so instead showed me their screwdrivers. I pretty much always end up driving to Lowes instead when I can't find what I need here

Helpful and courteous. Thank you for a great experience at your local hardware store. Even though its a chain franchise, it has a small town approach. Goes to show doesnt matter what kind of store you have, it matters what kind of employees you have.
