Overall, an average Walgreens. It’s the closest Walgreens to SoFi so it can get fairly busy. I had an issue with one of the managers as he refused to accept a return because I didn’t have a box. The store manager contacted me after I filed a complaint and offered a refund. She was very nice. The seasonal shelves can look fairly disorganized but all other sections are stocked and organized.

There a cashier name Jamal that was making me pay with my credit card when I had cash. That he didn't have change its a big store make lots they should have change its not like it was 6:00 a.m it's already 2:15 p.m.

So I could not find they way to say enough about the manager GiGi she is so patient with me I have this new OTC benefits card and I really did not know how to use it or what I could use it for she took her time to make sure that I could get everything that I needed that day and to that I give my five stars and say thank you for the exceptional job you do in this hospitality field

Well it’s my go to for pharmacy needs but today I went around 9am on 9/7/23- the cashier really didn’t want to be there . I asked her if they had carts and she said no and I asked baskets and she said no but annoyed. So I lugged my stuff to her line she didn’t greet me just asked if I wanted to use my dollar sure and I said one bag please. She sent me on my way with no bags no greet nothing there is other workers there decent but this one must not want to work there or care for It. Maybe coffee is needed and she looked at the next person annoyed cause I had to ask for help since she didn’t give me a bag - sad experience

Wait here for over half hour to get tested. Then they say they're going to lunch for an hour. My appointment was at 1230.In the meantime I also called customer service. The wait time was over 30 minutes before I could talk to someone.What a pathetic excuse for a store.

Dirty and unorganized. Popcorn on sale sitting with the WRONG TAGS - the excuse the supervisor gave is that the chips are sitting in the wrong place with the wrong tag. " you think." Thenharged me for the stores mistake, without even a sorry for inconvenience, turned his back and walked away.

Alan always makes my families day. Everytime we come in he is so nice and welcoming. I could not recommend another Walgreens more than this one. I would give a 100/5 if it was possible.

December 18th, 2016 Store closed before it's actual closing time. Bad store management. Multiple Customers here trying to get in. But they closed the register early. Bad business. Shareholders aren't happy.

I Called for a prescription update was put on hold 10+ min. Hung up called again they answered put me on hold and the wait was again too long, always over 5 minutes. I went one day at 5 min to their lunchtime end which is 1:30-2 according to the machine info. I went to the drive through at 2 sat outside at the window for 15 minutes til 2:15 parked the car, went intothe store and they weren’t back from lunch another customer also waiting said that the cashier said 2:30. At 2:30 they still weren’t back at 2:35 they come back I asked them why yet machine still says 2? The pharmacy tech said they’ve been trying change it but 2 weeks later it’s still not fixed and customers are still thinking it’s 2 and have to wait or come back which is inconvenient. For Seniors having to wait around a half hour until they comeback from lunch is not fair nor is that good customer service. Also they don’t call you back, as they promise, when there’s an issue with prescriptions. I’ve been put on hold multiple times within the same phone call to inquire I’m about the issue or delay. Im a retired health care quality assurance/ quality improvement professional, snd I assure you this isn’t quality service nor service in excellence. I could teach them a thing ir two. I transferred my prescriptions from CVS for similar infractions. This type of service isn’t acceptable period!

Ordinarily I love Walgreen's and frequent the store on Slauson near me. But Sadly tonight I shopped at the 3724 Crenshaw Blvd location in Los Angeles and I had a very Negative experience. I noticed a guy following me and observing me. Every isle I went to he showed up peering to see what I was doing. The final isle I went to he came and stood near the end of it acting as if he was on his phone but still monitoring my movements. I knew he was undercover security. It was overtly obvious. "What is going on?" I thought. "Do I look like I'm stealing?". I really felt degraded and embarrased. Having had enough, as I passed him to enter the check-out line, I told him I didn't appreciated being followed and watched as if I'm a thief. He said he wasn't following me and that he was only doing his job. When I disagreed he became angry and proceeded to curse at me. I explained he was being really unprofessional using profanity towards a customer at work while "doing his job." I had not cursed at him. Needless to say I left feeling upset, unfairly profiled and annoyed. No one wants to be shadowed and made to feel like they are a criminal unjustly, when they are only trying to purchase items they need. I will Not be returing to That location again. All the time spent following me they probably missed the actual thieves who were taking items. This unjust profiling of people need to stop. I will never again spend my money at a place where customers are disrespected and devalued.

I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so genuninly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered a photo book for my husband"s 50th birthday. The book came out amazingly beautiful. Anna the manager was the cherry on the top. She provided excellent customer service above and beyond my expectations.

I don't like being treated like a child, or a thief. I went to buy a razor and some bath gel. Both items are locked up! Ridiculous! If there is a loss prevention problem, hire the proper personnel. Don't inconvenience and demean customers!

The store does not provide excellent customer service. I visited the store to buy some products and I had an online Walgreens coupon and the cashier refused to accept it because his manager ONLY takes printed coupons. I was very disappointed because the coupon was from their store. And the coupon was an “in-store only” coupon”. If the company provides this coupon why won’t they take it. I asked to speak to the manager and the cashier said manager was not on site which did not seem accurate. According to him there was no manager or supervisor in the store at the moment. He said that he had been working for Walgreens for 3 years and that they never take online coupons because that is the store’s/company’s policy. If that was the case then why would the company provide this coupon.

You would "think" at a time like this... In the middle of a PANDEMIC, especially when numbers are raising... That WALGREENS of all places not reinforcing wearing A MASK!!! I was completely disgusted standing in the pharmacy of all places and no one requested this woman in line to wear one or no service. Instead the pharmacy clerk just laughed with her asking about her day. I WILL NEVER return to this dirty location that cant even RESPECT others safety

The worst pharmacy I've been to in my life, stupid and slow can't describe this place. If you want to have a lot of problems come to this place. Well, they kinda reprieved their selves today and only had me wait 1 1/2 hours enstead of the 4 hours they told me at first. I don't know what to say, only that they had me stressed at first.

I was from out of town I needed to fill a prescription that was already in the computer.I knew I had to wait no problem but then i noticed people bringing in there prescriptions and got there medication within minutes some with more then 2 or 3 I had 1 that wasnt complicated to fill I was even was told my own Walgreens it shouldn't of taken as long as it did. They pharmacist was very polite and they were super understaffed but still I waited 1 hr I came in at 8 pm they closed at 9pm and was told oh 15 mins and others noticed they got there's before me well my 15 mins turned into closing time woohoo I got it . I'll never go this ghetto pharmacy ever where the pharmacy tech was rude and kept saying how sorry she was for the wait knowing that she wasnt. Being in the medical field myself I kept my patience I was never rude or demanding and wasn't expecting this sorry if I wasnt one of your regular customers who you seemed to treat better then I. To the pharmacy tech your customer service sucks and hope one day you never meet someone like yourself and end up in my shoes.....

This is the worse pharmacy. Out of surgery needed my prescription filled drop it off at 3:00 pm told it would be ready after 7:00 pm however it wasn’t filled the same day. It’s unfortunate that individuals must be in pain because a pharmacy in incompetent. Is there a company in which a formal complaint can be filed.

The wait on either drive thru or inside service is not a good reference, they need to get more hands or conduct a Rapid Continuous Improvement(RCI) and see what's the cause of this long wait on all aspects,I don't even try calling the phone cause there is always a long wait or no response.

Worst pharmacy in Los Angeles/ Inglewood! I caught them in lie after lie! Said their shipment didn’t come in on my medication then had me come back 3 hrs later then said oh we jus ran out of your medication a few minutes ago when I returned. Then told me oh we have to get variation to fill your script half my script for 4 days and did NOTHING!!

I would give zero, there is only one computer station for all the services they offered. I have to wait in line for more than an hour to receive money through western union, while a customer was printing pictures from his cell, while other customers were in line as well, and nobody did anything to help us, i end up leaving. Horrible pharmacy service. People don't go to this place.

The staff is awesome. The store is always empty. The area isn’t safe every time I go, someone is either shoplifting or the local shoplifters are getting escorted out... no one wants to see that...
