I came here shopping with my sister on a Saturday at 7:00 p.m. I was told that I needed to leave my backpack which is my purse front while shopping. Mind you I have been in the store for 25 minutes. He had no idea that I had oxygen in my backpack and I couldn't remove it because I couldn't breathe without it. You need to screen the people who you have as your employees because they have no disregard for customers. He could have asked me and I would have told him but instead I left my basket and everything in it. I won't be patronizing your store because of this. People have medical issues and employees have no idea what your going through. He could have pulled me to the side instead of saying it in front of everybody in the store. Embarrassment! One day your gonna disrespect the wrong person and they gonna meet you and your disrespectful mouth in the parking lot after work! I hope you have breathing issues one day and somebody disrespects You or your mother and make you leave your oxygen at the front counter. He looked like a thug in the store with a beanie on harassing customers who aren't Hispanic. And that's who you have representing Dollar tree great job. No wonder why the majority of your stores are closing. Disrespecting older people is NOT cool B.A.N!!!!!!!!!

Super rude employees!!!I went in for some birthday balloons a day before Valentine's. An employee was filling up balloons. I asked her for a birthday balloon. She said, "We don't have birthday balloons right now!" I noticed a birthday balloon on top of the cabinet where they keep them all and asked if I could have that one there (innocently thinking they had really run out). She told me, "No, I can't do any balloons right now because we are only doing Valentines balloons since that's what the customers want!" So I told her, "So I'm not a customer, and you can't just fill that balloon right there for me that I will immediately pay you for?" She replied rudely, "No!!!"

Typical Dollar Tree that is understaffed but has what you need. I just went to get artificial flowers and rocks to add to my Dad’s gravesite. The selection was better than I expected. The clerk was nice but there was line was super long and only one register was open. I felt bad for the clerk at the register who asked for backup and didn’t get it while still being polite to rude people who were upset about the lines.

It would be nice if the customer service was great. There is always a line full of people and the staff hides in the office. Or stare at people when we ask for another cashier. One cashier is not enough.

Staff members were friendly helpful and made me feel welcome overall inventory selection was surprising and worth the unplanned visit I took 3 bags home with groceries snacks for $20. Customer Service was better than I have ever experienced anywhere else so far. Thank you for being kind, helpful and not making me feel unwelcome and judged as is my experience everywhere being a nonbinary person.

Super crowed seems like the only store open. It's time to respect customers again. Please schedule enough employees' daily lines way too long for a few items. What happen to greeting and smiles.

Before some unfortunate soul set this location (very near Superior Market in No Ho on Lankershim Bl.) I always had a pleasant shopping experience. The employees busted their butts stocking, cleaning up after those customers that tear open packaging, or that didn't have the sense to PUT items BACK where they belong. The cashiers were truly cheerful, fast, & engaging. For ALL that these employees had to put up with... from the inconsiderate, or just RUDE customers to the agitated homeless that frequently came into the store and one that eventually lit the place on fire (he had just prior to setting the store alit tried to light a public bus afire just moments before- wasn't successful & brought his arsenic plans into fruition at the Dollar Tree). My heart goes out to the employees that found themselves without a job- they worked so hard to keep the store up, for ungrateful customers. If you like shopping in clean, tidy stores then DON'T TRASH THEM & treat the store & it's employees with some RESPECT.

I went to purchase some birthday balloons, a birthday sign, and a birthday card. They had MANY balloons displayed but only had a few in stock. NO birthday signs at all. Not many cards to select from.I walked through the store and a lot of the shelves were empty or stock was low. Don't waste your time going to this store.

$ Tree is my go to place for greeting cards. So many great bargains, of course I come out with so much more. The clerk, a young lady was very courteous.

Dollar Tree was busy it looks like they've gotten in a lot of stock and they've got cashier help lots of Easter cards candy everything that you want to make a basket so go and enjoy yourself shopping

The store was crowded with only 1 worker. Then another lady finally came and opened the first register and took the customers from the back, not the customer that was nextr in line. When the actual customer that should've been the 1st person in her line asked why she didn't take the next customer 1st, Claudy is what she said her name was responded why with a funky attititude. You should never give such poor service, especially when your whole business is customer service related.

I was excited to see there was a dollar tree on my way home .i have been here three time and all three times i have had really bad experiences . The cashiers are rude and ghetto . They have bad attitude no maners it's like if they did not have any management so they do watever they want . This last time I just had to write a review. I don't think I will be returning or at least for a long time . This is the worst experience I have had in a dollar tree store . I guess I rather drive a few more miles and be treated nice then to go back to this store.

Call double location is show it on the map and I found it dragging my finger for over 3 miles in both directiand was unable to verify if I was on Manchester boulevard if I didn't know where I was that would have been a problem

Good parking and not crowded. Only negative was they didn't have any carts and it's hard to shop without one. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

NO STARS. EVERY TIME I COME IN HERE THERE ARE EXTREMELY LONG LINES.Wait, not LINES. ONE LINE. There are 4 registers but ONLY ONE visible person WORKING ALL THE TIME. Is it because this is a majority hispanic/black neighborhood? Do they stress the employees about theives, even though there is NO WAY a cashier can be a cashier as well as a security guard? For minimum wage too? I come here all the time, for a couple years. It's been like this since it opened. Dollar tree, do yoipay your employees a dollar an hour, and that's why you wont keep it well staffed?

There are 12 people in line and no one designated to blow up balloons so every customer who's wants balloons the cashier has to stop the already long line to open the door. Then I asked to use the restroomthe cashier said he's the only one with a key and can't leave to open it up.

These stores are popping up everywhere, I assume as the anti-99 cents store. This new store is clean and seldom crowded so it is still nicely organized. 10 dollars goes along way in the kitchen/bathroom supplies department.

In and out pretty fast. Always nice employees. Parking can be a hassle depending on the time & as always..there's some rude folks that come here to shop and the casual thieves. 😕

Wish I could give it a negative star... The Manchester one in Los Angeles Ca. Worst experience of my life. Manager was poorly dressed and looked dirty with a huge golf ball size hole in the front of his shirt. Didn't look like any manager I would want representing my company. The cashier named Leonilda was extremely rude and the "Manager" allowed her to go back and forth with me.... And when I asked for corporates number he gave me the wrong number. I will NEVER GO BACK TO DOLLAR TREE!!!!!!!

There is always a long lineI am an extremely patient person, but this situation is ridiculous. Never more than one maybe two cashiers. The employees are angry and bitter, probably overworked and under paid. Get one star just for being open!

I went looking for this store yesterday September 30, 2021 and to my shock this store no longer exists. I googled the address followed google map and it told me I have arrived but nothing there was a different type of business at the location so do not go there thinking you’re going to find a dollar store.

I found what I went there for but there was only one cashier and she kept leavg the register. We had to stand in line an unreasonable amount of time. Perhaps i shouldn't go to that one again.

There's always 1 long line. There could be 20 in the line and they still won't open another one. So don't ever think you're hobby l going to run in and run out because it's not happening...
