Manager should be ashamed because God damn. My wife is a travel nurse so we go to these pet washes all over California. Sad to see in our home town was the dirtiest we have ever been in. We loved coming here when it first opened years ago due to how clean it always was. The room was disgusting. Both showers were flooded. Dirty towels were everywhere and the floor was slippery and full of wet dog hair. Was so dirty my wife had to pick up before even showering our dog (the photos are of after she picked up.) The store was empty so I'm not sure why it was so bad. Other stores have 1 hour waits to be able to use the showers since the staff cleans up after every customer so the fact that the store was dead it's ridiculous that it was this bad. I understand dog hair and maybe some water but soaked? Flooded? Yikes.

ARIANA ROCKS!! She answered polite, answered my question & gave me information that would help my dog with her itching. Great employee, and AWESOME customer service and I've never even been to this store in person. It made my day how awesome this woman is!!

if i could rate a Zero,i would.2nd time I''ve come here for propane and couldn't get none.1st time they said it was too dark outside for them to pump propane,and this time they didnt have any one who knew how to pump propane,and i counted at least 4 employees in the store.This Tractor Supply aint worth a broke 🥒,wont be coming back

Well my husband and I went in to ask questions about getting a trailer but we ended up buying the trailer. Because the price was better then where we went the first time. Plus everything I saw in here i want. Lol its a very nice store and the associates in this store were very helpful. Thank you to them for their help.

What's not to love about a big, clean store with lots of interesting tools, cloths and animal feed? Great staff, always friendly and helpful. If you need work clothes or shoes, this is the place. If you own a farm or work outdoors, ditto.Own a dog, great selection of food and supplies, as well as a wash station that makes washing your dog easy. We feed a lot a birds, and their selection of seeds and feeders is great.Can't say enough about the people that work there. Really good people.

I love tractor supply, the entire store is centered on a rural lifestyle, Carhartt clothing, boots, pet food, fencing, welding supply's, towing and trailer, yeah and tractor supplies.

As a recurring customer, I've noticed a change in employees. I've been a TSC customer at the Indio location since it practically opened. I've stayed and recommended y'all for everything from dog feed to horse feed and chicken. But I've noticed a change in the recent past months. Your best employees are gone. What happened to them? Where is the tall young man that always helped me with my farm animal feed needs? I recently walked in, and while there are still great staff, it's not the same. There were actually employees who were educated in what my animals needed. And now when I go, it's not the same. Many of your remaining employees don't know what they are doing and don't have the patience to help out. Like the Anglo girl with glasses who always looks like she doesn’t want to be at work and when asked she responds with a disrespectful tone and the Hispanic light skin girl with long nails who is always on her phone at the customer service desk and also give attitude when asked for help. They just want to be left alone with their phones at the customer service desk. This isn't how y'all used to work. It's really sad to say goodbye to such a wonderful store like TRACTOR SUPPLY. I'll be getting my animal feed elsewhere y'all should really get y’all’s things together, since y'all seem to get bothered when we customers ask for help.-Elian Q.

Great new store.. they have pretty much everything and is cheaper than the local feed store. They need to do more advertising it is pretty empty of people whenever I go.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and really know their stuff. Sherie in particular was over the top friendly and went over and above to help us find what we needed. It's so nice in this day and age to find people working in retail that actually provide a high level of customer service and they absolutely do!

This place claims to sell propane but 75 percent of the times I have been there they were sold out. Save yourself a trip and go to the TA Truck stop just three miles east of here. TA is less expensive as well.

This place is freakin' awesome. They have everything from clothes, a dog wash area, kids toys in addition to your tractor needs. There is so much more, you just really need to check it out cuz I can't name everything they offer. Really great and friendly staff, I'm definitely a repeat customer.

The bathroom was blocked by a giant metal pool. That's a hazard! They also have a u boat behind that! No sign or explanation. Just a hazard!

I came in a few days ago and I was disgusted the way some of these workers were speaking. The boy louis and the girl monica were going on about one of the workers making fun of her weight and looks. They were just standing around the register gossiping for too long not getting any work done. This is disgusting! People like this shouldn't be working

Employees are polite, helpful and make you feel like you're welcome. They ask if you need help and respect your space to shop in peace. When you need help all you have to do is ask. The store is very clean, and I like that it has thing's that other stores just don't have. For me it's a Godsend. It has tools that I can actually look at, and get a feel for . Not like some catalogs, other stores

Saturday I went to Tractor Supply to have two L.P. Tanks filled. A man saw me standing there and continued to water outdoor plants. After a few minutes I asked him, if he was just going to watch me standing there. He said he was going to water the plants first. This store has a lot, often very clean… but the staff… the young girls working have no idea what customer service is. There were no shopping carts, all left outside in parking lot. I needed to large bags of 35lb bird seed, and they saw me trying to carry both, because the carts were all over the parking lot. Not ONE person offered to help, or even get a cart. They close at 8pm, and then after I walk out… the girl goes out to get shopping carts. But when I got to the store, they both were sitting at the register just talking and laughing. Very disappointed.
