Honestly this place is a joke now, I remember when they actually cared but now it’s always been difficult to find help in elections even when you press the call button. I feel like Target is hurting financially and it shows by the lack of employees they have in the store. And if it is due to limited staffing… what’s your excuse for not having ONE employee in electronics at all times? No one takes care of that department anymore. I did all my shopping elsewhere and unless you change it… you guys will become the next K-Mart… you guys really look like electronics department has just lost all hope. Fix it!!

Clean store! Areas are arranged so you can actually get around rather than squeezing between displays! Every employee I've ever interacted with in this store has been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful making my shopping very enjoyable. For the most part prices are fairly reasonable and some things are real bargains. Shelves are well stocked and the food section has great selections and variety while the produce is fresh though not plentiful. I suspect that's because they really aren't a grocery store, just provide a well rounded selection if you are looking for something to cook for dinner after your shopping. I would like to see more checkers available for us so we don't have to wait. That is my only concern for this store.

I got snapped at by one of the Target drive up attendants. I told Target via the app that I was on my way and just leaving my house, but I was actually already there but the only reason I did that is because they were supposed to open at 8 AM and you can’t tell them you’re coming when you are on your way there before it opens so at 7:45 AM they wouldn’t allow me to tell them that I was coming on my way because they weren’t open yet!

I appreciate the option, however, they need to have better shoppers on hand. I purchased a bra that (obviously) has to be a specific size. The shopper purchased a size three times too small! My husband picked up for me and had no clue. I had to drive back to the store to return and realized the size I needed wasn’t there. Had the shopper known what they were doing, they could’ve just canceled my order. All around inconvenient and I’d much prefer to shop by myself without the $1 bag fee that doesn’t get refunded even if they are the side who messed up. Plus, I would not sit there to demand such a refund, I just wish it shouldn’t be a question.

It's Target. The staff is nice. The selection is decent. I mainly go for the $1-$5 section in the front or groceries... or Starbucks.

Store needs to do better. Way too many drive up spots which I know don’t all get taken. So I have to park far way. There is always only one cashier every time I visit with no one watching self checkout. All while they have like 4 employees all at Customer Service and half that time they are just hanging out doing nothing. This store got really lazy. It’s all downhill from here.

Big selection , clean and attractive department store. You know... You can get anything you want plus Starbucks! Good sales. Grocery dept has vegan and organic food and produce. The team members at this particular Target are super friendly and helpful. They act happy if you ask for help { instead of like you are bothering them - unlike the other big discount store that may or may not start with W). This store is a class act.

well how about some good things to say about target. TRuth be told we were coming thru town on Highjway 25 and wanted a clean restroom. Yes its true. We really had no itention of shopping. So she went in and I followed in a few minutes. (after checking in)What a nice store, I was drawn in to the Easter stuff, even thought it is a fefw weeks off. and purchased some darling rabbit figurines (all different too) an I hve to report and ultra cleam, very friendly, and happiness prevails.Tie this together with clean restrooms at the front of the store!Thanks Target - wew will return.

Always clean and organized. Cashiers are always delightful and friendly. One of my favorite targets that I go to frequently. On floor staff are helpful when we ask questions. I am rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the electronic section. It's not always staffed and can be hard to get someone to help.

Only have one star because that’s the lowest score 😂. Made a drive up order was notified as I was waiting that the diapers I ordered in my cart were out of stock (online said there were 5 left). Fine no problem the email from target said I would not be charged for the missing item. I go inside after my drive up order because we’ll I still needed diapers for my son and I see that they still charged my target red card for the item I didn’t even receive. I went to customer service and the manager was pretty useless. She said the charged but out of stock item would be reimbursed on my red card in 2-3 days. I asked wether I could get the difference now since I still needed to go get another pack of diapers and I was offered no help besides go buy another pack. Customer service and management is severely lacking.

I called and was told they carried the infant formula I was needing.I asked three times if they actually had it in stock on the shelves. 3 times they confirmed it was there and they “just got the shipment in so they actually had a lot”. 20 mile trip to find out they don’t got anything.They get two stars because a manager named destiny was a superstar and help me locate some at another store.

Employees seem happy to be there and happy to help. They really make the store - from the crew in electronics, to pharmacy to the guy stocking the freezer section and even the gals in the changing rooms, they have been cheerful and friendly, willing to answer questions and offer help. That's unusual.Store is well-stocked and easy to navigate. I like the self-check kiosks though they seem to be down often- maybe less so lately.

Service quality has gone downhill. Not as neat and organized as before. And furniture has most of their price tags missing. This is why people shop online. Plus only two registers open with a rush? This is no Walmart.

Since they got a New Manager things have been Better. Store is Organized & cleaner, New employees Are the BEST They have Excellent Customer servie. The Girls that have been their longer are snooty and mean they walk around like they hate being their Never working always talking fooling around instead of greeting or asking if customers need help. Old employees look complacent their.. New employers do help you.

This store often has dirty floors, dirty carts with debris left in them. Its also usually understaffed with one or two check stands open. Waits for checkout range into 10 minutes or more, even in the self checkout.

They accommodated me for my order that I couldn't bring up the barcode I thought I needed to pick-up the order. She said it was alright with my print out and ID. She was very nice and friendly when getting my order. This took like 5 minutes total. They needed to respond to customers who don't have an App on their phone to print out the barcode.

My typical experience here has always been fine. The customer service desk is usually the only spot in the store that has anyone helpful. The store is usually clean and things are easy to find. Some of the regular things I purchase on a monthly basis are out of stock every time I go...frustrating. Today was the first experience at this store that makes me never want to come here again. I came in to get food for my daughter with our WIC check. The associate who helped me on the floor seemed bothered I asked for her help. The register experience was the worst I've ever had. There were 3 additional associates helping train a new person (ok fine, that's not an issue), but NO ONE said a word to me. I felt like I didn't exist. All 4 of them were gathered at the register talking about my transaction without acknowledging me, except to hand me a pen for my signature. Worst feeling I've ever had at this store, and it's not ok.

Clean and nice premises. Most of their staff are friendly and helpful. Only giving it four stars because it's so close to go to the target in Gilroy which is much larger and just as nice. But if you need to grab something quickly this is the better one to go to as lines are typically shorter at this location.

So this morning I visited the target in Hollister and came across a young and kind associate named Brittany, she not only walked me over to the aisle but showed me exactly where my item was located on the shelve. I’ve came a cross my share of employees who are just rude individuals and have no respect for customers. But this young lady was so kind and had a smile across her face that made my day and I will definitely be going back to this target for my shopping runs. Thank you Brittany!!

Best customer service ever provided by Isaiah in the Electronics department! I called in searching for a very in-demand item and he was kind enough to do a physical check to verify that it was indeed in stock and on-hand. I really appreciate the fact that Isaiah was more than happy to suggest placing the item on hold for me, since I would be travelling an hour to arrive to the Hollister Target. This might not seem like a big deal, but I had actually been told that I could not put items on hold at various other Target locations (when clearly it was possible). In the end, while I had to travel farther thanks to the disappointing customer service of employees at Target locations closer to my home, I am thankful to have had the opportunity to meet and have been helped by the awesome Isaiah!

This target is by far the rudest target I've been to. The staff here has been eyeing my friends and I right when we walked into the store. We were then approached by security for being too loud and throwing products. He assumed that we were drunk or something cause he walked up and asked if we have a problem. We told him everything was good then he said ok and just left. This encounter has left a bad taste in our mouth and will be stain on my target experience from now on.

This is the only store we have in hollister with grocery and apparels, and cvs pharmacy. All in one. you can get everything in here. Very convenient as it is close by, and clean! That's a plus points when the store is clean. I love it that there's so many apparels here. Most of my clothes are bought here;-D hopefully they will keep up with restocking in the food section but other than that i am always happy shopping here.. Plus, it's my favorite store. So can't complain about that.

If it's new and you like it you have to buy it.. things sell out quick especially in clothing. By the time it goes on sale their out (clothing). The groceries are less than average they don't look to appealing but they do have the Best grapes by "pretty lady". The store needs a constant cleaning roover it's starting to look disheveled. Over all for being a small town this is highlight of my day..
