They don't have free drink refills, and they don't tell you that before you order.They have two soda machines, but both say "unavailable". The person at the counter was nice, but said it's against policy at this location to refill.Touchscreens don't work well, and are very slow, making ordering frustrating.

I ordered a Pokémon Happy Meal. Very rude and careless employees work here. I ordered Table Service but they never brought my order to my table. When I went to the front to explain the situation to the cashier, she shrugged her shoulder and could not care less. I asked to speak to the manager, and she did not apologize either.They also messed up my order by forgetting about my extra order of fries. One of my nuggets was visibly older and colder than the others.The tables at the restaurant were all very dirty when we got there, and they only started cleaning it after we sat down.

New Managers not very friendly if you tell her you want something a certain way because it’s not the way you like it she gets offended. I asked her for a fresh well done fry and I recieved an old well done fry and manager said she didn’t do that she put that on her kids . Who even says or puts anything on their kids is silly . Her looks and faces makes you feel like you did something wrong because she want to get offended that’s not on me .

I went in to take a look around within the past month, and was very enthusiastically greeted by someone there, but when I looked at the $1, $2, $3 menu, there were a lot of items on there that were above $1-$3. I've never seen anything like it. So it was confusing. It was very clean though, I'll give them that. I didn't eat there. I might go back someday.

The place an average. Free refills.Make sure you check your order.Good customer service. But they forgot Some of my items like chicken salad. I think we got there on there busy hours. No big deal because we dine in and we saw what was missing . But make sure you check your food in case you are using a drive. It might happen to you or not.. Place is clean inside out 👍👍👍👋

This place will change your order on you and then when you complain the manager tells you that they did you a favor! There is another Mcdonnald in town, go there. The attitude of this manager is horrible and disrespectful and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all. I bet they probably spit in my food because i complained that they didnt give me my food that i ordered.

Listen there has to be standard protocol within the establishment between breakfast and lunch. Public is aware the cutoff time is 11am. Today I'm in the drivethru at 1055am and told only lunch. Well for one it's not 11am, two the menu for lunch isn't up I still see breakfast (truly I don't know what to order for lunch now thay wasn't in my head). I feel there could have been more done and all I was told " well I can't change the menu from here you can wait for it to change if you want"

The staff was really very nice. Me and my family had stopped by after 9 pm,on our way home from a 8 hour drive and they apparently close the inside at 9pm. We didn't know that and really needed to use the restrooms, they let us in and let us use the bathroom. They were so nice about it. We did use the drive thru to order our dinner since we still had another 2 hours till we got home. They were fast and the food was good, typical mickey D's and they got everything right.

I always go to the McDonald’s on Airline Hw in Hollister but it was closed do to renovations. Came to this McDonald’s on San Felipe Rd and my order was disgusting to say the least. All of my hamburgers were smashed, full of pepper, buns burned and the outside wrapper full of finger grease. Came to return them and the manager made it a huge deal since I didn’t bring back the fries and didn’t want to issue refund. Waited for 20min for them to contact the owner and after a few calls with the owners they agreed on refund. Not even my wasted time and gas to deal with their incompetent management or owners to provide great customer service after they can’t even provide great management or coaching to their employees to make the food right. Maybe with them making $20 an hour next year they’ll be able to provide better service.

Always satisfactory. The app makes ordering a breeze we get points and discounts using the app, double points for breakfast which is great as breakfast is less expensive and can be used towards free food or discounts on total orders. I save up the points and use them for the more expensive lunch or dinner menu items when we order for lunch or after school milkshakes YUMMY or those late nights after commuting home and cooking is just not an option!

Overall, I like this location. The people are always friendly. However, almost without fail, there will be at least one issue with our order. From the order being taken incorrectly, to items missing in the bag. So, A+ for friendliness, and C for accuracy.

Most McDonald's don't complete your order as specified, so I give a neutral rating. (Sweet tea not unsweetened, Honey not honey mustard, cheese burgers missing pickles and half ketchup) Still kids were happy, and I'm Happy but get the orders right next time... 👍🏼

I always thought that once you placed your order at the window that you could not modify your order, well I was wrong! The young lovely cashier helped out with adding a drink to my order, I had forgotten to get a slushie for my MIL. Thank you Staff!

unfortunately I can't give a good review because it is so very rare that I can go there and get my food to be hot and fresh. If I do it is a very rare occasion sometimes I order just a coffee and it's not even hot!! it's just so disappointing.. it's not like it's cheap or healthy, I only go because it's convenient.. Unfortunately never satisfied. We've asked for extra pickles for my daughter's spicy chicken sandwich, get charged extra and they don't put extra pickles!!!

The drive thru moves pretty fast, curbside is super slow, better to just go thru the drive thru. Never had issues with my orders. The parking lot is kinda dumb, the drive thru lines can block the exit at times.

Hire adult and not kids. Feel like I'm dealing with my children. This white skinny girl 10/25 Monday horrible Attitude and couldn't even make eye contact and was very rude in her delivery. Hope 2022 bring u better moods poor girl
