I had the worst experience with target CVS. Being a first time client there and the pharmacist Ollie was very rude and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. She immediately just transferred me to a “manager”. I was expecting the manager to answer and it was just a staff member. I explained to them my daughter has a terminal disorder and I needed this prescription for her and they seemed to think it was funny and hung up on me

I really want to take the time to emphasize a positive experience I had with my niece at rite aid in Hollister. She had a covid booster shot appointment and she is an extremely anxious and stressed child when it comes to shots and medication. She's 10 years old and I knew this booster shot was going to be an event. She was going to have to be cue, informed and spoken to during the shot. I knew she was going to be upset and she was going to yell and cry and stress herself out.I really want to emphasize that the pharmacist really took the time to speak to her, to comfort her, to not rush her, and to reassure her that she is in a safe environment and that this would be painless and quick. The pharmacist took probably 30 minutes out of her day to help convince her to get this COVID booster shot. My niece was treated with dignity and respect and I'm unbelievably grateful for the resources we have at the Hollister rite aid.You have good people working there and I thank you all and hope you get to read this.

Wish I could give them 0 stars - WORST PHARMACIST EVER. Do NOT get vaccinated here! Pharmacist was so out of it and unprofessional. Vaccine leaked after administrating it and then he couldn’t reassure me it was normal. Said “should be fine” as if he didn’t know. Then proceeded to put bandaid on incorrectly which I didn’t know was possible to do. Terrible experience - go anywhere else!

Recently switched to CVS, and happy that I did. Staff friendly, professional, and helpful. Meds are refilled on time, and text message sent when ready. Recommend.

Very professional and hardworking people. Always willing and ready to assist in any way possible. They have filled prescriptions faster than any pharmacy I have been to near the area. I love this pharmacy.

This is the second time I’ve come to the store and it is closed when the hours on the website and on the front door, say open starting at 8 AM. If the store doesn’t open till 10 AM, that needs to be made clear. Pharmacy hours are different than store hours.

The pharmacy staff are completely incompetent. It shouldn't take four different walks into the pharmacy, 4 waits in line, and a total of 2 and a half hours to fill one simple rx. In the end, all they did was slap a sticker on an already packaged bottle from the manufacturer. Instead of service with a smile it's laziness with a bad attitude.

I'M SORRY MY PERCEPTION IS NOT YOUR CONCERN!!! This pharmacy is the worst!!!! They have no customer service the this location. The poor guy at the counter is always stressed out. I feel bad for him. I called for my perception three days in advance just to ensure that it would be ready and the female that took the call wasn't helpful at all and rude. I will be changing pharmacy's movie forward, Ill bet you they won't care! SAD... NO WORK PRIDE

I went to do my photo for my passport, one of the manager Tony was so rude and unprofessional.I just asked to see my picture before they printed and he was soo annoyed and making faces.Talking to me in a mean way and said that was going to walk away and don’t talk to me anymore.Worst experience ever!!!! He shouldn’t work with costumers .

I am a physician. I have been to many pharmacies in my life. I have NEVER seen such a poorly run pharmacy. One poor guy up front. 3 people in back who REFUSE to step away and help out one hour wait times are norm here. GO to a DIFFERENT pharmacy if you can. RUN to a DIFFERENT pharmacy if you are able. DONT shop here if you are anything but a saint with nothing but time on your hands.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. The wait times are TERRIBLE. Once in a while a smile from tech, but usually a silent unhappy worker. If I could go somewhere else I would - I will talk with insurance and see if I can move to a better/different service.

Never any issues here with my RXs. I'm linked with the online system usually order online there . Then auto texting when ready etc. Customer service is good cant expect people to always be super cheerful.

Located in Target. Always notifies notifies me online when my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Recently had to go out of plan to purchase a liquid form of a common pain med for after stomach surgery. They were one of the few in town to even stock it and they were the cheapest by $50. Even Walmart in Gilroy, if they had stocked it, was higher priced and i would have waited several days for them to get it and drive 30miles to pick it up. Walmart lost a customer here...
