This walmart staffs people in their self checkout then allows the employees to sit on their phones and refuse customers to the self check out. Huge lines for the 2-4 regular cashiers they have. Absolutely wild.

This was my first time at this store since it became a supercenter. I used an electric cart to shop and had plenty of space to move through the clothes racks and other parts of the store. It was a great shopping experience and I received great service from the employees with one exception. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes to get an item from one of the MANY locked cabinets, otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. I do want to say the wait was not on the employee, but rather a bad call button, the employees were great. I also had a curbside pickup that went great even though I was late for my pickup window by about 10 minutes.

Carlos bagged my frozen items with my hot Cook chicken. I informed brianna, She told me if I wanted items bagged a specific way. I would need to instruct the Cashier how to probably Bag my items. Terrible customer service. Risk of getting sick Because food for frozen and hot and ready food needs to be kept at a specific temperature. I'm pretty sure this is an OSHA violation. Brianna a cashier manager COULD CARE LESS.

I waited over an hour for something locked up in the camping section. A very nice employee that was using a pallet jack checked on me twice, but still no one came to open up the case. I left without getting what I needed. Probably won't be coming back to this location.

This location really shouldn't open until at least 10am when they have staff available and things have been tended to.Waiting at customer service (with others) for over 20 minutes before somebody finally came (despite asking for help).Several items needed weren't stocked.Only 3 check lanes were open with multiple customers and full carts... I only had one item.Needed to use the restroom. Did a poop bomb go off in the system? The store has only been open 3 hours. No way this is all from today!Will not be back.

There is never anyone around to assist you when you need them and please don't ask for help from staff... that you have to run all over the store to look for!!! Noone seems to know anything about where products are located and don't need something from a locked display...good luck with finding someone to assist.I have literally had to walk all over Walmart to find some to assist me at the jewelry counter. Everyone that I approached stated that they didn't have a key, emphasis the fact that they didn't work in that department and no one could call for assist....because everyone claimed to not have access to an electronic communication device!!!Yet, Walmart representatives brag about great customer service 😡

This store's employees are horrible ! My sister was harassed for a receipt after she went through a register with a live employee who scanned every item. The employees or lost prevention stopped her at the door got way too close for comfort in her personal space asking for her receipt. She said she wasn't going to dig in her bag. After spending $300 at Walmart this treatment of customers is garbage!

Self checkouts were created for a reason! Either train your people to actually be good at customer service or bring the machines back. Your employees are rude, disrespectful and slow to boot! If you don't know how to Fire the bad ones & get better ones, then bring the machines back!

I love to come to this store they have better customer service than the hallmark location. Sadly Walmart keeps suffering from the lazy syndrome to keep up with stocking the shelves properly specially at the pet department dry food shelves are always empty. That's the 1st reason I'm giving walt mart only two stars2nd reason when you need a tank of propane you have to go through a mission to get it. At the garden department no one will be able to assist you in no way since having the key for the propane cage is impossible for any of the workers and they will not even call some whom really can help you with that.I think all this problems is because waltmart no longer cares or puts attention to walking in customer's since they are putting more emphasis to the online purchases. Sad behavior from a big chain store like them.

Place has been under remodel for about a year and still has not finished. It is constantly unorganized. They remodel the self check out area. It now has more then 12 registrars, but only 2 at max 3 are open. With one man operated rarely opened.They implemented a 8-10am they have sensory hours and hopefully you don't have any sensory issues, because this place is still loud AF.Also there is so many people stocking while the place is open and people doing the mobile orders that it is annoying to actually try to shop with all the workers in the way.

Went to buy a dog collar and they were locked up I waited along time for an employee to open glass case and no one arrived . I asked for help from an employee walking buy and she ignored me and kept picking items not to mention the store has many registers that are rarely used, Creating extremely long wait time to check out, I ended going to target and it was a much better experience at target

Not a Walmart shopper; however, went here to pick up a pinata I saw on line. Wow this Walmart is super nice! Everything was so organized, clean, folded and easy to find. Displays were very nice and they carried Reebok, john deer etc. 4 stars as I did ask an associate to help me get the pinata down and she looked at me and said she didn't speak English which was odd because she was just in her cell phone during work and was talking English just fine. Went and found another associate who was happy to help.

Definitely a nicer Walmart worth driving acrossed town for... even if they were out if everything on my list.But more importantly, could you please coordinate a better time to clean the bathrooms. Much appreciated, but 6pm is a busy time. Unless there was an emergency cleaning needed, the line of people waiting to use them should have been an indicator to pause and let them in. At least remember to post the wet floor sign b4 you go

Connie the chick at self checkout is pretty weird. I usually have a good visit here but she made the visit feel awkward. I observed not 2 but 4 people walk through shelf checkout without paying and there was a female that didn’t scan a few items. But employee of the month Connie felt the need to be hawk eyes wit my family and myself. What is it to her if we have 3 different transaction. The items are being scanned and paid for. rather than hawk eyeing us she should’ve pairs attention to the other customers that missed items

They took away self checkout and with hardly any registers open your gonna be waiting about 40 minutes to checkout, I had a fussy baby and this long wait was infuriating. Do better and bring back self checkout.

My wife is paralyzed due to a botched chiropractic treatment and Walmart refuses to allow her access to the motorized carts for shopping purposes. Every time we attempt to shop at Walmart the security guard prevents people from taking the motorized cart outside the building. Paralyzed individuals CAN NOT WALK, and their anti-handicap policies are just wrong.

Many items are locked and it's very hard to find someone to help you even when you use the calling assistance button they never come. The only staff available are in store shoppers and they're very rude and never help.

I found what I needed, but it was a little bit difficult to get to where the Cirkul water bottles were. I had to ask more than one employee for directions. But other than that, my experience was great!

Waited for 20 minutes for an employee to come open the camping locked boxes. So many employees walked past and said "oh sorry i don't have keys". The check outs are absolute mayhem with cashiers arguing, going very slow and walking away. Overall a very hectic and unpleasant visit.

I usually shop here when it's something specific that Aldi just does not have unfortunately. The staff have always been kind to me and it's fairly easy to find anything in the store.My only 1 complaint which in truth is a nitpick is that it can be really noisy. (The people who work here have no control over this, plus it's Walmart LOL) but Ive since rectified this by simply wearing headphones when I shop here.Recently picked up some skincare products, and I'm not sure of her name, but the older lady who assisted me was very kind and I think her and the other workers there deserve a raise especially since it's the holidays.If you're just looking to get your shopping done, this place tends to be somewhat cheaper than target, but I WILL say you should do a majority of your grocery shopping at Aldi's, since they tend to be cheaper. And if you can afford to, they have healthier options as well.

Remember,this world has people that physically need parking as close to front of door as possible. It has been difficult for 3 years to find parking close so you don't run out of breathe before you get to store door. I use to go to store more often before covid-19. Wal-Marts are still catering to that time.I still cannot find a close parking spot to entrance. Maybe security guy can attach a trailer to back of his car that can pick up slightly challenged physically persons needing to get a little closer to door. I see him driving around and I have hoped he could give me ride to the entrance of the store.

Parking was easy, lot is laid out well, better than most. Nice and clean, inside and out.most employees were very nice and helpful. I'm so used to getting attitude from employees at most Walmarts. Usually, when I ask for help, they give the impression that they are put out, here they were actually helpful and friendly. One actually went out of his way, walked me to the location I was looking for, passing through many departments.Update, 2024: excessive long lines and at check out. Need more cashiers working.

This location is seriously the worst. I’m completely convinced that people who get let go from previous jobs for being lazy work here and they figure they might as well just keep them in one location so they don’t infect the rest of the population of Walmart employees. Curbside is my thing I have two kids every single time I get curbside though at this location I wait over an hour and half it does not matter the day or time. This location happens to be Less then a 7 minute drive from my house the next location is 15 mins. I see employees walking all slow with empty carts laughing standing outside talking then they go back in take 20 plus mins to grab 1 order? My 9 year old could do a better job. Won’t be back!
