I like the staff. Very friendly knowledgeable. They do have a way though of selling you more than you came there for. Also I was offended when using my debit card and being asked for my ID. I mean that's what a pin number is for. Other than that they're ok. I would go back if I really had to.

What a neat place. Clean and organized. Easy to shop . The entire staff is so very friendly and very knowledgeable about their inventory. The selection and prices are very competitive. It is difficult to find a place where you can still buy your animals boosters and shots. What a great resource. I will consider shopping there for all of my pets needs. Great job!

Prices a bit high & the 1st younger girl, although very sweet, didn't to seem to be very knowledgeable about their products. Then another women came In, seemed to be very knowledgeable, and supplied terrific customer service.

Last week I had gone in with a very ill 4 week old pup. The vet stated it would not making it another 24 hours however I felt I had to try something. Tamara helped me and I would like to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart my pup is going to be 5 weeks on Friday and she is healthy and full of energy and living!!! your help with products and advice saved her.7/19/23 6 yrs later and My beautiful Boxer is still alive and well and we will forever be grateful ❤️

I'm Latina and I'm surprised by the reviews I'm reading. I've never had any problems or negative experiences at this store. In fact, everyone has always been very helpful and kind. Whether it's the woman walking the floor, the older gentleman selling me the shots, or the young cashier, they answer my questions and provide great customer service. Sorry, guys I don't see it.

My new favorite place. The customer service explains there long time open business and in 2 different cities. They were great. Helped me help my pup pup with skin issues before ending up at the vet paying an arm and a leg for blood work! They are great! Thanks for making my pup feel better and in just a couple days! I had been tending to his skin for a few weeks trying everything! I definitely recommend stopping by and checking them out!

One of my favorite local pet stores. Their prices are reasonable and they have an awesome selection.Their employees are also always very friendly and not a fake kind of friendly, they genuinely seem happy and happy to help you with whatever you need.I do have one suggestion, if you still sell wire mesh wheels for rodents I'd advise against that. They can cause bumble foot and hurt an animal, feel free to research it. (plus then y'all could sell the boojee wheels $$)

This was the first time I'd been here. We had to pick up a specific ear medication and the employee immediately helped us to find it. She couldn't have been sweeter! She was masked, as she should have been, and even found a sample dog food for my specific dog. I'd like to go back here when we had more time to browse.

This place is family-owned and very attentive to your needs. Their selection ranges from medications to dog food to horse saddles, and everything in between. This place has everything for pretty much any critter you have. Even better, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you are buying meds, they're not cheap, but they are certainly fair. They're my first stop when I have a problem.

Samantha, Vet Tech, was amazingly caring. Jennifer, at the front desk was awesome. All three Vet's are wonderful. There are two handicapped parking spaces. Doors, bathroom, and patient rooms are walker and wheelchair accessible. The staff are kind and caring to the animals, as well as we humans. My pets have been patients for over 15 years.
