Our first experience today. They were super nice and my dog was at ease with groomers even though she is normally quite unpredictable with strangers and other dogs. Plus she is very scared of the dryer / the staff was careful to not scare her. Happy and super fresh pup🐾💕I will definitely stay with them!☀️

I've gone here twice now to use the self service washing. The store shampoo and conditioner smell great but are really watered down so I suggest just bringing your own products. The water pressure is awesome, the bathing tubs are high up which is awesome that I don't have to bend over, nice natural light so dogs don't feel trapped in a tub, nice and friendly staff upon check in. My only real complaint other then the watered down products is the dryers are a bit weak. I'm familiar with dog dryers and these are either cheaper models or they have them on a setting prohibiting full power. My husky normally dries in half the time. Can't speak to actual grooming services, but would recommend the self service either way!

I originally gave this place a great review. But I have had it with Chritina and her fees for petty stuff. I have gotten my dog back the last 2 times with really bad results or the service just didn't happen.The company hires untrained and unskilled labor from HS and her family and none of them say the same thing about services. I talked to her about brushing teeth. Which wasn't listed and now she charges 15 bucks a pop to have someone possibly or possibly not smear toothpaste on your dogs teeth. The other thing is the grooming sucks.Do you want a kid with clippers and no license cutting your dogs hair.Done with Pampered Pup. More like a dog mill.

I loved taking my dog here! But tryed over & over to make appointment i went in person, emailed, text & didn't get a reply for over 3 weeks, then could not get appointment for another 2 weeks!! I now go over hill to PETCO, & SAVE MONEY!!

Gia (70 lb Shepherd/Boxer) loves the owners and employees. They spoil her, and every time we go back, Gia’s tail is waggy and happy. I love the deshedding shampoo and handkerchiefs.

I used the self-wash for my dog. The water was cool-barely warm. The sink area was dirty...dirt and hair. The brush they gave me was full of hair.The 2 towels were paper thin and stained. The air dryer was too strong. No way to reduce the air flow.My dog is clean, but I wouldn't go back

This place is wonderful and the owner is a kind, caring woman. She helped me trim some of the matted fur from my dogs neck even though I only came for self service and treated my dog as though he were hers.I only wish I had started coming in sooner.#groomer #dog#selfservice

This is a wonderful place to get your pup groomed. Our 4 yr old Husky can be a nervous guy when it comes to bath time, but under Pampered pup's excellent care, he comes out looking great and is a happy dog. 😊

Came here for the fist time today. I had one dog groomed, and did the self wash for the other. Staff was friendly and helpful. The self wash was easy to use. My groomed pup looks adorable! I will definitely be back!

Mercedes is truly amazing. She is so helpful, whether you're there to wash your dog on your own or to have her wash or groom your dog. The dogs love her, she loves the dogs. I've brought dogs there for years and have always been extremely happy.
