Always a helpful, friendly place to shop locally. Prices are sometimes comparable to big box stores, but mostly higher priced. If I can't go out of town, it works out OK for me. The guys working are very knowledgeable.

It's a little more expensive than other stores, but I like the convenience of parking close and getting in and out quickly. Everytime I walk in the store I'm greeted and someone will ask you if you need help and they're knowledgeable. I always need help. The big stores I have to find who works in that aisle, if I'm lucky and hope they know about I'm looking for.

Very nice store. I'm a girly girl so if it don't have make up n perfume I'm kinda bored BUT I LOVE IT HERE!..They have lawn ornaments, stuff to hang on your walls. All kinds of gnomes ...and the employees are very nice n helpful..I give it 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ and would def recommend others to shop here for paint, tools, lawnmowers fans etc

This store totally remade it's garden center this year. The plants are very healthy with a good variety. I bought three fuchsias and needed a fourth. Darian put in an order and they were in I'm about a week. The phone call today telling me they were in was a pleasant surprise.

I love a good Hardware Store and this is a good one. Lots of choices, plenty of helpful employees, bright, open space too. Food nearby and plenty of parking. I love it there!

Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Spoke ton2 different customer service helpers and both gave great information. The only downside was being spoken to like a child and talked over by the store manager (didn't realise this at the time). His attitude towards other members of staff is rude and degrading. Talking over and through customers is (in my eyes) a very poor management choice. After 30yrs in customer service I have never been treated like I dont exist!

I love this store! It is much needed in this town. (no Walmart) They have everything they should have, gardening, home improvement, tools, premium dog food, and so on. The staff is friendly, and it's well staffed in able to help you!

It's my local hardware store. They have everything from fertilizer to spring form pans. Lumber to rubber bands. Whatever you're looking for! But watch out, they don't stay open as late as their neighboring businesses do.

Excellent customer service, and it's a pretty large store. In fact,, the largest Ace Hardware I've seen, as well as I can remember. So, if you're looking for hardware, or many other products typically found at stores like Home Depot, you will find it here. I've never had to go looking for an Ace Hardware representative, as they have always approached me first to ask if I needed help finding anything. Highly recommended!

The store has a lot of potential. I’m a senior citizen, I love shopping at Ace, but the staff behavior is questionable. A young girl, I think Alondra is the name if I read the name tag correctly… has refused to help me several times and has given me a dirty look on multiple occasions when I come in. Her behavior has made me feel very uncomfortable. I was standing at the check out waiting to have my items scanned while two young ladies were chatting, not even glancing to notice people at the counter waiting. It’s gonna be a while before I come back, hopefully things begin to shape up.

They took pretty good care of us for our generator rental. It didn't work for some reason and they refunded us no questions asked. They also usually have what we need when we have a reroof in the area. Great little shop.

Excellent customer service. I did not get the gentleman's name, but he was Awesome. Took us to where we could find the cleaners, explained the brushes, even demonstated how the connect the brushes, asked if we needed anything else. He was attentive, kind, polite and knowledgeable! That is customer service!

Yesterday 10/1/21 my neice and I went in to get fishing line on our pole and as we waited in Gene was standing at the door asking us if we needed help. That guy helped us so much and even told us a good places to fish. We took his advice and we had so much fun and cought a Pike minnowl so appreciate you Gene me and Tammy had so much fun because of you. I hope you know how appreciate you are at our Ace. Thank you

I love coming here they are so helpful and will go the extra mile every time. And not make feel dumb for not knowing how to fix something. I am a Cub scout leader and every time I come in to get something for scouts the won't charge me they donate it with out asking anything. It has made it easier to do more projects with the boys thank you A hardware.

High prices, limited selection, and staff thay doesn't know what end of a screwdriver to use. What a waste of time. I used to love small hardware stores. They would have little items the box stores don't and they had knowledge. Old timers that either worked in the trades or been a do it yourselfer for the last 50 yrs. Now it's just uneducated, kids with little self motivation thay know less than I do. So how is that helpful?

The stores clean the people are friendly n helpful and they have a wide variety of stuff it's really not that much more expensive than Home Depot and the gas spent on the ride to Yuba City or Oroville.
