Love this place, best in town. Kelli and jessi are the best in the biz. I bring all 6 of my Pitt bulls in for baths and nail clips. I don’t know how they do it, but they do. Would highly recommend!!!

It was a great experience for my Golden Doodle Gracie Mae she used to get anxiety at the groomer but she has been here a couple times and I will continue to bring her back .The women are friendly and listen to how you want your dog cut. They do a beautiful job also.

These folks have been in business here for many years which means a lot in a town where the grapevine is key. They are very skilled at dog grooming. When I go in there to use the dog wash, the dogs are always calm. Staff is friendly and efficient. The most amazing thing is considering how many businesses come and go in Grass Valley, that they are still around at all! I have been going there for years now and highly recommend.

I just had my dogs groomed at Your Pets and they did the most wonderful job! They both were in bad Filthy shape and i was given back 2 new dogs! Highly recommend for anyone that.Needs a good reliable shop to take their fur babies.

I made an apt to take my cat here to get his usually summer shave. We dropped him off at 9am and the lady said he wouldn’t be done until 3pm which seems a bit ridiculous to me. By 11am she called up back telling us that they couldn’t get him out of the cage and we needed to come pick him up. They didn’t shave him, and it was a complete waste of time. Don’t be a groomer if you’re not good with animals.

What a shame this place is. It truly broke my heart to leave my dog here - I feel guilty that I trusted these negligent groomers. From the moment I walked in the woman who finally walked over had the worst vibes and attitude. Being a compassionate empath I felt for her and brushed it off as she must have personal issues but then she was blatantly rude and had attitude with me for no reason. I simply was dropping my dog off excited to see the results later. I told her exactly what I wanted done. Just a hair trim. Over 6 hours later I come get my dog who was clearly traumatized and dehydrated. Had been tethered for 6+ hours under a fan in muggy conditions, and they had done some fancy "blowout" brushing and shampooing and never even trimmed her hair "because she was stressed out". (She was stressed out because of the poor service and horrible energy and unprofessionalism of the place.) To make matters worse, they harassed me over the phone, never apologized, and had no feelings of remorse or care. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner bragged of being in business over 30 years & extracting dog's anal glands and taking advantage of people's naivety. Gross. Innocent pet owners who think they're getting good treatment for their dog but really just handing them over to inconsiderate selfish people who are just wanting to get paid, not actually loving animals. I'm disturbed by the whole thing, and will never take my pets to ANY groomer now because of this. Just wrong. Wear shield to protect your heart if you go in there. Toxic energetic environment.

I have been taking my dog here since we got him as a puppy and the price has nearly doubled in 3 years and this time the groomer called and told us they cant groom our dog anymore unless we got a tranquilizer from the vet first because he was "too high strung". He is a well behaved trained dog and normally likes going there this time he wanted out of there so nad that he jumped their gate and sat by the exit door waiting for us to put his leash on him he was panting and we got home he drank almost 2 gallons of water after being there almost 5 hours I am going to assume he had not been allowed water. Either way I will not start drigging my dog to continue paying more and more each visit it started I played $45 and he weighed 46 lbs he is full grown and weighs 47 lbs and now the price is up to $70. Originally 9ne of the groomers there came highly recommended from a very close friend but even that friend has decided to no longer recommend them given her experiences and how they have treated the many people she has referred to them. It's sad because not only are they hurting their own reputation but that of the people whom try to help them through referrals which in this rural community is by far the best form of advertisement and business growth plan.

They are quick with both dogs and cats. Only 1 time did they cut a bit close. My dog has anxiety so it was nice to be in and out quick.

Adopted a cat that had matted fur and needed a bath. Charged me 60 for both but didn't bathe the cat and reduced the price to $40. It's strange that the bath package was $20 but shaving a few spots was $40. Yeah not going back.
