Daniel was fantastic and deserves 10 stars for customer service. From the moment I walked into the Verizon store, he made me feel welcome and important. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire sales process. Many thanks to him for making the sales transaction such a pleasant experience.

The store was unable to help with my phone issues. M'ok ... I get that certain things have been trimmed here, small town etc.What caused my 2 ** is that the very casual, seemingly vaguely interested associate spent our entire interaction with a juicy wad of gum in the side of his cheek. This made his lackluster approach more irritating as I had to ask him to repeat himself as he spilled words from a clogged mouth. He seemed pretty disinterested and had no solutions.

Trevor and Raistlin were very helpful. I would work with either of them in a heart beat. Trevor took time to explain every detail from ordering the phone I wanted to how my business billing would change. When I went in to pick it up Raistlin very meticulously explained the activation process and made it super easy. I highly recommend both of them. I avoid the Brunswick store like the plague - terrible customer service there.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and had all of the information I needed to complete the process of putting a person my plan. He stayed with me thru a couple different on line sales associates that were in specific departments. It went very smooth and it was extremely easy. I had tried all of this on my own until i drove to the Verizon Store for help.

Staff was pleasant enough but not thorough. Turns out my new phone was not activated or connected with Verizon when I left the store, but running on wifi. The sim card that was transferred from the old to new phone was incompatible with the new phone. No double check was performed to see that the phone was in good working order, and as a result it required a visit to another Verizon store to fix the issue.

James was awesome! Broke my phone on a search and rescue mission. Swung into the store and James helped me through all the technical difficulties of switching phones - issues not remembering my Google password and not having another device for 2 step auth. He was fantastic.

Very relieved. I had considered replacing my phone, but Ben showed me that my recent problems had been caused by a weak system signal, not the phone. He showed me where to look to determine the signal strength, and how to locate some other features that I had not been able to find. Very happy to have met Ben.

Customer service exceeded my expectations. I really didn't want to give up my old phone, but after 6 years it could no longer keep up with the demands of new technology - I dreaded doing the transfer and time/stress of a new learning curve. Adam spent many hours patiently, kindly and expertly going through the process with me, with a promise that I could come back with any questions if I need further guidance. I never felt rushed and the whole atmosphere in the store was cheerful and calm. I'm so glad I chose this location to purchase my new phone!

We sat for 2 and one half hours while the young man floated mysteriously in and out of the back room.Now and then he would sit holding a phone to his ear, moping his hair around with the other hand in an apparent state of intense problem solving. Nothing came of this. Exhausted, we departed without a phone, told all would be fixed tomorrow at 9:00 am. Guess what happened? Stay tuned for more surreal experiences available at your local Verizon store.

I had a great experience with Jakob. He sold me my new Galaxy S10+, and made me feel very welcomed. The manager of that store, I think her name was Bria, stepped in to help when other customers came into the store and she was also an absolute pleasure to work with. All in all, I will be back to this store for any more needs that may come up. Thank you for the awesome service!

This location Avoid at all cost. Staff is rude, not knowledgeable,. I went into this location today to activate a phone I already own the phone I just need activated on my plan. These two girls that were working in this location wanted to charge me $30, and then Verizon's going to turn around and charge me another $35 activation fee. Not quite sure why they wanted to charge me $30 they're not doing anything but activating a SIM card on my current plan.There was some customers in there before myself so I had to wait, I heard the staff telling customers that Verizon does not have 5G in this area. This is completely wrong. Verizon is expanding almost on a weekly basis here and my current location in Grass valley I have 5G UW, you actually have 5G service over by the new Target there's also 5G service in the Brunswick basin over by the hospital and other areas scattered out throughout this town. Verizon is in the process of updating the current towers to the 5G UW. After dealing with these two rude gals in this location I went over to the Verizon location by the new Target that's going in, nice young gentleman did his job activate my phone didn't charge me this $30 fee and I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Push comes the worst go down to Roseville and go to a Verizon corporate store.

I had excellent service!! A trainee did an excellent job of helping me. He was kind, patient, eager to help, and professional as was the manager.However, the store is severely understaffed. One customer was there being waited on when I walked in. When I was finished, there were about 6 customers waiting for customer service.Verizon really needs to keep a full staff at this location. Customers NEED in person customer service as I did.

Staff was friendly. Right up until I noticed I was given the wrong phone and tablet. I was told they would have to order what I actually wanted, which they apparently knew. A phone call from them was expected, never received. I finally had to go there where I found they had been sitting for a week. At this point I was just about at the end of the return window, I was told that my actual purchase date was when they gave me the wrong equipment, and they had no way to start it the day of receipt. I asked them to go ahead and take back the tablet,which they would happily do for $80 to mail it back. I offered to go ahead and mail it for them.. you can finish the rest of that sentence. Since I was effectively saddled with it, I applied for the rebate using their handwritten instructions, it was a bad link. Today, I took it to Auburn and they confirmed it was a bad link and not a problem on my end, they were able to get it done in about five minutes. I prefer to shop local, but... Auburn also informed me that they could have processed it on the spot and they seemed confused about why they didn't. I won't be back, since they are really the only good service in the area, I guess it's the treatment you too can expect. Looking forward to when they actually have to compete. To be completely fair, the whole office does not need to be fired. Megan and the other rep were more than nice, and the only thing keeping this from one star.

I have been in this area almost 3 years, never had a negative interaction with anyone in this particular verizon store. Keep up the good customer service!!

Iām writing this review and I hope everyone reads it. Iām a dissatisfied customer and if this means anything to the corporation you need to fix this location and customer service ASAP. First, on each visit, the customer service was terrible. Second, I've visited this location numerous times and noticed there was no minority on staff. I walked by and noticed the store, finally, hired a minority person African American gentleman, he was Miguel. I needed a new charger this time I didn't have to stand there and wait for 30min to be acknowledged- immediately Miguel walked over and acknowledge me right away. This is customer service, therefore, I felt comfortable and return to the store. I'm white I found out from my coworker the ONLY person of color was let go. It is evident this Verizon store DO NOT want to have on staff in this location employees that are representative of people from more diverse groups.
