I was in need of new couches and didn’t want to go down the hill. I popped in this store with my fingers crossed.About 45 minutes later, I was scheduling delivery for a great new couch set.The owners are very helpful, the prices are better than a traditional furniture store and they have the same pieces.The delivery was incredibly quick. They were in and out in 15 minutes and it only cost me a tip.I’m very happy I stopped by. They not only pleasant to work with, my dollars stayed local, and I saved atleast 3 hours and several hundred dollars.Give them a shot, you won’t regret it.

This is the best place in the area to shop for furniture. I needed a bed, and Kelly and Bob were there make sure I got exactly what I needed. They had their daughter there too, the whole family!When we got down to business, Kelly and Bob asked a lot of insightful questions about how I sleep and I literally tried every mattress in the store! They had lots of tips about how to choose what was right. They know their business! I ended up with exactly the bed I needed and the price was surprisingly way below what I expected to pay.My only regret is I wish I needed more furniture right now so I could spend more time at BoxDrop. 10 stars all the way!

Wow! I don’t even know where to begin. We needed to find a bed immediately as we have to move our 94 year old Mom into assisted living today. It’s all happened so fast. The room we found out isn’t furnished and we were scrambling. We live in Oregon and I called to leave a message at 7:30am knowing they weren’t open but got a call from Kelly at 7:40. She was amazing. We not only got the bed, bed sheets, pillows, bed frame and delivery for an amazing price. ✅ DONE. They will deliver this am and I’m still in awe. We will definitely stop in to meet these wonderful people when we get to Grass Valley. Hard to believe there are still people like this. Thank you Kelly!!!

We are so happy with the couch we purchased from Drop Box. Not only is the quality of the products sold at Drop Box high, but their service is amazing. The owners opened a few minutes early when they noticed us in the parking lot, explained everything about the couches and chairs we were looking at, helped with measurements, and gave us the space we needed to make an informed decision. On top of that, they delivered the couch in 3 days. It was an amazing all around experience buying from them, and we would highly recommend them to others.

The owners are fantastic, but the quality of the mattress we bought less than a year ago wasn't what we'd hoped for, each of our sides developed obvious dips after only a few months, (and we are over weight) and it isn't the kind of mattress that can be flipped over.

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress and a love seat to match our furniture. Bob was able to order the loveseat we wanted (which was a couple of hundred dollars less than what I could find online) and Kelly was so easy to work with in regards to the bed. She didn't hover over us while we were checking everything out like we've experienced at other furniture stores. It was a very easy, comfortable experience and we will definitely go to BoxDrop the next time we need furniture. Highly recommended!!!

Kelly was absolutely lovely, just the right amount of attention without the salesy pressure you expect from a furniture store. Really knew her stock to make great recommendations for what we were looking for. Went out of her way to make us a great deal, helped with financing and they got everything delivered the same week, squeezing us onto the truck which was a huge boon, or we'd have been sleeping on the floor for a week.The pupper was an added bonus!Kelly really helped us out on some of the accessory items to sweeten the deal too, so huge huge kudos to Kelly, and Bob for running a really honest business and doing their best to make sure we got what we needed. If we ever need furniture in the future, even with a drive, I'd still go back just for the experience we got on the first trip. We're extremely happy with our purchases so far!
