It can be helpful for people living immediately nearby. However, the prices are very high. I have gotten food poisoning twice from the discounted food items. I was told by two people who live in the community, that they have gotten food poisoning as well. Apparently the owner shuts off the coolers and freezers at night to save money.

Clean, well-organized, great selection of a variety of things, including anything you may have forgotten on your camping trip up from the city to simple car accessories a local may need. I typically buy snacks and beer after work in this place, but in a pinch, you could grab something you need for a recipe that was forgotten when you bought groceries.

This place is only good for one or two item conveniences. It's overly priced and the environment has a warm, rotten food smell. They charge a fee for cards under a certain dollar amount. It's main appraisal is the alcohol selection. They close way to early for how populated the area is.

They were rude about my ID when buying alcohol. I’m 24 and look young I get it protect your business, but it’s not fun being accused of having a fake ID when you’re over 21. Just be nicer next time and don’t be condescending to your customer.

This is a well run store just old and wore a bit. A face-lift and new color, maybe some extra lights so you can see better inside could do amazing for this place

No masks. Seriously. One customer I saw was wearing a mask, and there was about 15 inside. Not even the cashier. The sign on the door said they were mandatory but I guess not. Covid is real and in a community filled with elderly at risk I would expect better. If I could give it zero stars I would , never coming back. Gross

What I thought would be a convenient local market in Alta Sierra was more like an oversized gas station. NOTHING has prices on it unless it's on sale which usually means it's extremely high. I was right. I got a 12-pack of Diet Dr. Pepper and it was nearly $9. Crazy!

Make sure you check expiration dates when coming here! The guy that works in the evenings acted like he wasn't even aware that they had freezers there when we asked why everything had thick icicles and was expired. And I wonder what they are guarding with the barbed and razor wire on the windows that boarder the parking area.....

It has improved over last 6 month. Everytime I go in there it looks different. Ive only den in there about 6 times. My boy friend said it used to have the best sandwiches around but that was years ago. It has a kitchen but I dont think its used anymore. Bummer. The guy working was very nice.

Has an assortment of stuff, but you never know if it will be there every time. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and nice, they got in something I requested. Have more than you might think. Good assortment of ice cream and good popsicles.

I feel like customer service is on the decline here with the new employees. We've been going here for YEARS, and have always had great experiences and consider Dil and the other employees who have been there for years friends.My boyfriend bought some lotto tickets, and was only given half of them, when he went in to get the others, and they told him they'd have to review tapes? So he waited, no word. Called back, and still no help a week later. IN FACT, he's been hung up on multiple times, and now they are saying they never heard of this, THEN HANG UP.I'm beginning to feel convinced the newer employees are stealing from both the store and customers, since none of these people seem to want to have honest relationships with their customers!

Convienent local store. They always have our HD coffee ice cream in stock and service with a smile is a plus.They do seem to be understaffed for keeping the store stocked and faced regularly, but it's my own pet peeve and being down the street from us means, I just don't mind. I always face and straighten when I'm there anyway ;)

Convenient to have so close, but typical over priced corner store. Fairly large, but the produce section scares me, and have decided against buying things due to the amount of ice I had to scrap off packaging because of their weird coolers.
