It is absolutely amazing what they have in this store. I was needing some parts for an old faucet and unfortunately went to their much larger competition, searched for 45 minutes found nothing but parts for new faucets and no help from any employees. Went into A to Z was asked if I needed help before I got all the way through the door, showed the part to the gentleman behind the counter he walked right to the parts I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I love this place .

I really enjoyed my experience at April's and A to Z Supply. The staff was friendly and helpful. If they didn't know the answer to my question, they offered to look it up. I do my best to shop local and support small businesses. I already made a second visit and will continue to return.

I wanted a Satsuma Plum. I was called that they had found one for me. I expected a 4' or so starter tree. The tree they found was about 8' tall! It was healthy and really beautiful, at a great price! I couldn't be happier about it.

Amazing staff, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Huge variety of hardware, tool parts, garden supply... more than I can possibly list. If you need a tool, garden/landscaping hardware, plumbing hardware, definitely go here. I even bought bales of hay for my archery setup here.

My father was visiting from out of town, he was working on projects around the house for me. He went to a couple other hardware stores in town looking for needed items, he couldn't find what he needed. THEN, He told me, "I found the hardware store I need, A-Z is THE ONLY PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN THAT HAS EVERYTHING I ASK FOR! " "They're friendly, knowledgeable, and know right where everything is." While he was here visiting, he went to A-Z several times, every time he was astounded by the great experience. I think next time he comes to town it will to be visit them 😄

Always helpfully and very knowledgeable they will even design your irrigation system professionally for free . No strings attached. Also if you need a foot of 3/4 pvc or 1 copper or ??? They will cut it for and you don't have to buy a whole 20 ft stick.

Such a cute spot, my boyfriend didn't know about this place until ACE told him about it, (he was out searching for parts for a well) within 10 mins he had everything to fix the well. We only explored the top level, but I'm sure my boyfriend next time he goes in will go downstairs. Great customer service, and nice people who work there.

At Z has everything and more that a hardware store could or should have! The garden department is Amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. 5 Stars++!! This is our Go To hardware store for plumbing, hardware, fixtures and outdoors. They have it all and then some. If they don't have it, they will order it. Great place to shop, always. I don't even have to call first to see if they will have it, even I sure plumbing parts or exotic yard plants...they always have it or can get it within a day or 2. Love this place, and the staff is always upbeat and professional without being institutionally impersonal. No hard salesmen to cope with and they love being there, it shows in every display and the vast product selection. The items are all top grade and returns for any reason are always honored regardless of condition or reason. Go! Its worth it!! Always.

I went in there needing a very specific plumbing bit. The cashier took about 10 minutes to help me find it and I checked out of there for $5. I actually felt bad for not spending more money but I'll be back because of this experience. I recommend them highly!!!!!

Great hardware store out in the boonies. They didn't have what I needed a couple times I went there but did have cool stuff I hadn't seen else where abs purchased. They had fresh Japanese pears on sake at checkout desk. Yum yum. Friendly staff that knows their products.

A to Z Supply is a local treasure. We drive here first to buy any needed hardware or project supplies. The employees here are inspired, intelligent and most helpful. It is a pleasure to not feel ripped off every time one walks through the door. Very pleasant to shop an old fashioned, well stocked hardware store, for a change. No excuses ever given or needed. If item is not in stock, they offer to order it for you. And they will do just that. You can actually count on A to Z!I can not type enough good words to describe how well this store is run, stocked and staffed. A first rate operation in all ways.

A to Z has consistently the best customer service of GV hardware stores, almost every time I go there someone does me a solid and finds the stuff I need. I was doing our first garden drip system and Charlie looked at my drawing and found us EVERYTHING, the system went together like a kit. I’d probably still be looking at one of the other places where you’re on your own to puzzle out the mysteries of plumbing.Competitive prices and good quality on the hardware. Lots of extra hardware, bulkier stuff down in the basement, worth asking if you don’t see what you’re looking for.

Used to have helpful service. Now that they've hired a bunch of new employees, the helpers are overbearing. I was asked if I needed help 4 different times by 4 different employees in a span of 5-7 minutes, who were clearly looking for something to do. They often run out of commonly used materials, so I have to go to other hardware stores to find them. Not great.

I am always more happy walking out the door at A to Z than when I go in. The staff go above and beyond to make my experience there a great one. Today I went in to get the last pieces of a daunting gardening project. I was in and out in 5 min with the right tools and a clear idea of what to do, all because they gladly sorted my plan through with me and helped me find what I needed. They are my #1 place to go!!!
