Fun place to go to! I helped a friend choose out a fun animal. They have cool breeds of animals there. There is a lot of supplies there that is very useful and necessary and can help at everything. The only thing that bugs me a little bit is that you need to be 18 to buy any animal which is kind of strange because I don’t think that you need to be 18 to buy a fish. One another thing that I saw was that they have ferrets and bunny food, but don’t sell any favorites or bunnies. The one cool thing is that they give pamphlets about the animals that are there so you can become more knowledgeable about the pet that you were buying which is very extremely necessary. They also have cages that are 25% off which is really good because you can save on a cage.

my Rocky needed more reinforcement to correct him when he is walked and socialized.The Trainer Bridgette immediately recommended the proper chain and the store assistant went and procured the correct size and everything. I am so grateful as this will make it better experience for me and my fur baby when we walk among other dogs. Especially since my fur baby is still a 2 1/2 year old 85 lb german shepherd mix who could pull me down the street. lol Thank you, unleashed.

This place is the absolute worst with their customer service. This is the sixth time that I have gone to the store and every time I go in the associates are on their phones and chatting it up with one another. I walked around for 20 minutes lost and confused because I couldn’t find a product. At no time did any of them, come up to me and asked if I needed help while they were walking around on the floor. There were other customers who were just as lost as I was and they agreed that the customer service was the worst at this particular store. I won’t be returning. If they only gave the customer, the same attention that they give her personal cell phones and the chatting Amo, some selves. This would be a better place to shop out.

They are a small store and they're expensive but they have quality items for the most part. Their staff is always busy talking to each other. Normally, there is at least one person who is helpful or offers to help within a couple min of walking in. If they weren't about the only place that sold what I needed, I wouldn't return.

i called ahead to check if they had a recovery donut for my kitten. the clerk was kind enough to check the stock and also made sure the donut would fit my gato. when i arrived i noticed the building ac wasn’t working and they had a temporary machine set up. i admire everyone’s work ethic under these conditions. it’s unfortunate the company isn’t doing more for these wonderful employees.

Absolutely love my experience at Petco Unleashed. I was looking for a kibble for our neighborhood kitty Dickens. Dickens currently loves the most expensive wet food. We’re in California. We prefer to feed our kitties kibble in triple digits weather.Lola made a very promising recommendation. Dickens chewed some holes into the bag while he waited for me retrieve a bowl and a measuring cup to scoop out the new food.

Normally when I go to the store, staff are friendly and nice. Today 1/23/21 around 6pm I went with my daughter and my dog and bought the flea treatment. I usually buy it to make sure my dog is flea and tick free. Emily the staff (name on the receipt) ask rudely if my dog have fleas and that my daughter and my dog would have to wait outside. Of course I repliedwith a “No”. What is her problem? Why is she so unfriendly and talks rude. A staff like her doesn't deserve to work in a dog friendly store. Please educate her.

Nice employees. Wanted a certain product so I called a day in advance. Workers told me there were still 8 boxes of the product left. Came the next day was gone. Wish they would've checked the back for me but they didn't even offer.

Great store where you can also bring your pet, on leash. Very welcoming associates who are knowledgeable and helpful. It's our favorite place and our GSD thinks everyone working there belongs to her. They have training classes and fair prices for products and 100%guaranteed money back promise if not satisfied with product for some reason.

Great place to pick up common needs for your furry family members. So if you're looking for a quick stop while skipping on a huge warehouse type pet supply, this place is it. The staff here is also great. You can tell they are animal lovers and are always happy to help with answering questions for first time pet parents to longtime seasoned pet parents looking for a change in diet or habit.

Great convenient neighborhood pet store. I ordered online for pickup and it was an easy pickup. I also needed a couple of other items for my dog and found what I needed quickly. Also, it's always great when your pup can meet other pups and play for a minute.

Really friendly and polite staff. They love animals and you can tell they want to help when you need it. Got a surprisingly good selection of items and food there (including the fancier brands of cat food I get). This will be a regular stop for me going forward.

First of all, I had a wonderful experience here at unleashed. I usually go in for my dogs treats but this time, my German Shepherd stopped eating his dry food for no reason and I have been to petsmart, petitude nothing worked until Unleashed showed me a new product to add into his food.
