There is a lady with blonde hair that is amazing. We only trust her to cut our dogs nails now. When they were on Highland/Glenoaks next to 7/11 there was a dark haired girl, she always did poorly. So glad the other lady is there now but always forget to get her name since they are busy & with covid don’t wanna hold the line up.

This place is absolutely amazing. Today, my little cockatiel got attacked by an eagle. I let him outside (in his cage) for some fresh air and the eagle was picking at the cage and almost took my little baby. He survived, but his wing had been nicked. I was told to go to Pets R Us to see if they may have any medicine for him. Harut, the wonderful owner, took him out the cage and checked his little wing. He said all was alright and told me what to do to avoid infection. He gave me peace of mind, knowing he had been checked by Harut (who must have a lot of experience with birds since he was so gentle and so swift while looking at my little Tito). I also looked at some toys for my bird and some treats. Harut had a wide selection of items that were priced very well. My new go-to pet store is Pets R Us! Harut, if you're reading this... once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have no idea what the deal is with the bad reviews on this place. I've been taking both of my dogs there for grooming for 6 years and have not had a problem with them once.The girl at the cash register is always helpful and makes sure to call you if they're having a busy day and informs you of how long grooming will take. She calls again when your pet is ready and is willing to take care of your pet if you are running a little bit late.We recently shaved both of my dogs because it's their shedding season and they looked fantastic and felt great.I've been in the back where they keep pets who are to be groomed and it is sanitary, clean and a great environment for the dogs.I don't see why anyone would have to take their dog home afraid or groomed badly, for I have seen the individual who washes and grooms the dogs and cats and he surely knows how to handle the pets.I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

Never seen more expensive store then this one. And only four different birds on sale. And yes they are lying about gander of the birds. They just trying to sell them and that’s it.

My very first encounter with Pets R Us was having my legs covered in fleas while standing at the counter giving my information, etc. This after I'd handed over my small dog and watched her disappear into the back.As if that weren't enough they had her until almost closing. Needless-to-say I was very anxious and never went back.I will add that this happened quite awhile ago so can't attest to what's happening today. For those who are happy...congratulations!

Hello pet lovers! As of January of 2016 'Pets R Us' has changed ownership and management. I am the new owner with years of animal care and experience under my belt. My passion for helping people and caring for animals knows no bounds. I know this shop has a bad reputation due to the last owner, but I am trying my very hardest to change the perception people have of us. I have brought in lots of new inventory(at prices lower than or competitive with petco and other large name stores), new groomers, new pets, and boat loads of positivity to a once dark and neglected pet store. Now I need your help to make 'Pets R Us' the go to place for all your feathered and furry friends' needs. Come in and see all the changes we've made!

Based on the manager's incredibly unprofessional tendency to respond to negative reviews with poorly-spelled and rude remarks, this is definitely a place I will never be taking my dog. Eddie the manager needs to develop some public relations skills. This is a real-life business, not your personal Facebook.

For those, who don't like this store.First of all the old times owner came back, so there's someone else now. I give them 5 stars cause at first you care for costumer service, they always care. If you dont like to go there anyways, go 1 more time.

Terrible place to take your pets to get groomed! They don't care about the animals! They are brutal. The owner is very very rude! PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!!! They are just running a business to take your money they have no heart for the animals!
