I’m so grateful and thankful for this hospital. . Today we took our dog to CCPH and everyone there worked so quickly with our dog! Dr. Fiona Dodson was amazing as well as Jenifer the front manager and as well Jenifer Strong.They showed so much love and care for our dog.They took all the time to explain everything to us and Thank God our little doggie is home safe and sound.A HUGE Thank you to you all that helped us today! I’m so grateful that we have such an amazing team of veterinarians in our neighborhood. 🙏🙏🙏

It's a long story how it came to be that I started going to Crescenta Canada Pet Hospital. It's been 7 1/2 years now and there hasn't been a visit when I left and I wasn't completely comfortable, confident and relieved. Doesn't matter what doctor I see, or which staff member works with me, I'm very happy with each and every person. The recent addition to the building is very nice and it sure makes things even better. Personally, I can highly recommend them and I am so thankful for everything they do for us.

Amazing doctors and staffs!Found Romeo have a broken tooth during thanksgiving and it was very bad from what I saw.As a dog mom, I worried so much but couldn't get any appointment for him(not even his own vet which he has been seen since he was 3 month old)Sometimes I feel no one(the animal hospitals I visited)truly cares about them. Those places make a lot of money but I had to wait on the phone forever to just get one appointment.I always always wanna switch his vet to somewhere else. TBH, Crescenta canada is so far away from where we live but I already decided this is where we can hand over our trusts when things happen to my baby..🖤They followed up with me today about his surgery and no one(the other places) did before! The text service is so amazing, I feel I don't have to struggle with the communication when I need a simple but important answer anymore. Again thank you♥️🙏🏻

I have been going here for several years. I have a cat and two dogs, one large and one small. One of the dogs is a German Shepard and about 85 lbs. Other vets in the area have wanted to sedate him to treat him. I think that is ridiculous. This practice has never asked such a thing and treats him in the room with me. I highly recommend them. Great staff and vets!

First visit here was great! My cat had some redness on her gums that I was concerned about in March ‘22. I brought it up to her (now former) vet & they pretty much dismissed my concerns. The redness persisted & seemed to be affecting a tooth, so I decided to take her to Crescenta Canada Pet Hosp based on a recommendation from a friend. Everyone on staff that day was friendly and kind. The vet techs were gentle with my girl & I could tell they cared, and Dr Dodson was excellent. She heard my concerns, did a full assessment in a gentle, loving manner, and then made recommendations. Unfortunately my cat will need surgery, but I have no qualms with Dr Dodson performing the procedure based on her knowledge & demeanor. I’ll be going to this vet exclusively from now on.

Went in to get my dogs tail docked for a tail injury that wouldn’t heal..and it’s been nothing but disappointment the entire time and I deeply regret trusting this clinic with my dog. The first appalling mistake was the length of her tail which we specifically said we wanted to be 4 inches, verbally and physically showed them the length we wanted, THEY CONFIRMED IT, then when we picked her up they casually said her tail was double the length we requested. Obviously it’s irreversible and when we asked why our requests were just blatantly ignored and why the vet decided to just do whatever they thought best without even speaking to us the response was because it’s not a “cosmetic” procedure (it was done to prevent further injury) basically the look of the tail didn’t matter to them. And it clearly didn’t matter, it looks like she was taken to a chop shop. Mind you we have spent $1600 on this so far.When we went to her check up after surgery her bandage was gone because the cone they gave us was too short and our dog could still reach her tail, they said it didn’t need to be re-bandaged. Her stitches tore and caused her tail to have a huge open wound and it became infected regardless of wearing the cone and taking the antibiotics.A few days later at her next check up they told me they “maybe they should have re-wrapped it at her last check up” MAYBE?? Then we were told they “hoped her skin would grow over the wound but just didn’t” and that they wouldn’t replace her stitches but just leave her with the massive open wound which looks HORRENDOUS and just wrap it with gauze instead. That visit costed us near $300 and her tail looks absolutely horrible. I’ve never seen a boxer with an 8 inch “docked” tail and it just looks completely ridiculous. I would literally never suggest this place to anyone. I feel like my dog has been mamed and this place takes zero responsibility for their mistakes and miscommunication, the did nothing to make up for the damage. The worst vet experience I’ve ever had.

What a incredible first experience I had with this establishment. My pitty is super nervous at my normal vet. This makes her very difficult to treat without sedation. I walked in with her to this place and she immediately felt comfortable. Tail wagging engaging with staff etc. This says alot. The entire staff was kind and gentle with her from start to finish. I went it basically to schedule surgery when amazingly the great Dr Fiona Dodson came up with a rehabilitation plan to try instead returning my best friend to normal activity quicker by months. My wallet is smiling as well! I couldn't recommend this vet office more. -Robert-

Knowing my friend had come here for a surgery I included them on the list of vets to call for pricing and availability after I got my kitten.I found this place to be the friendliest when you call in, very prompt in replies, calling you back, etc. and knowledgeable. I never felt like anyone I spoke to didn’t know what they were doing. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for other local vets and that’s why I chose this place.My kitten was seen by Dr. Speas and I’m happy to say he’ll be her primary vet.Thank you for making me and Suki feel comfortable!

I needed a travel certificate for my dog and the vet clinics I'd talked to indicated that one of the tests would take up to 9 business days, which would have forced me to reschedule my flight. When all seemed lost I was referred to the Crescenta Cañada Pet Hospital. They were able to see my dog that same day and perform the required tests, and six days later I received the travel certificate endorsed by the USDA. A BIG thank you to Megan and the whole team there for making it happen!

We just got a puppy and I had heard so many incredible things from this vet just from many friends and locals it was a no-brainer to give them a try. I called and made our pup's first wellness check appointment and the gentleman on the phone was very kind and professional. I was then sent a text with my appointment info, and a link to click on where I would fill in the patient's information prior to the visit. It was very straightforward, took a couple of minutes, and saves you all that time and paperwork at the counter (also kudos for the paperless, environmentally friendly system). When my puppy and I arrived checking in took 1 second. Their waiting room is very clean and I did not feel uncomfortable sitting in there. Our name was called and we were guided into a room where the lady sanitized the table in front of me and I noticed they were also playing relaxing classical music for the animals which was so adorable. She took the basics like weight, etc. and then we waited for the doctor. Dr. Baker came in and was so friendly and loving and amazing with our pup. Our puppy loved her. She was very efficient which I loved. Nobody wants to linger for long periods of time in a doctor's office (unless you - then ok), but I don't so I loved that she was efficient yet still ensured my questions/concerns were answered. We wanted to microchip that day and I was so nervous it would hurt our puppy, but she didn't whine or yipe, I was relieved. I can tell Dr. Baker is a total bada$$. Anyway, I left knowing my new puppy was in great health and was given tips on what to do keep her that way. Also, silly me forgot her vaccine information from the breeder, so we couldn't do shots that day, but they sent me reminders to get this information from me via text and email, I responded and sent them the info, and we made a new appointment to come back for her next shots. Overall I was very impressed with my experience here. I am looking forward to returning, and I know my puppy will be happy to come back too (she was wagging her tail for the staff when they were talking to her - which I did appreciate that they talked

Adored this place for my first dog- he was treated wonderfully. However after adopting my second dog who is one year old and has spinal damage requiring him to use a wheelchair- the vet has remarked not once, but twice, that we may as well put him down. Mind you- this is a puppy with no other health concerns that leads a very happy, healthy life outside of his somewhat limited mobility. Really disturbed and unhappy with our last few visits.

CCPT has been the place we call home for all of our pet’s needs for the last 15 years. They have treated my dogs with love and compassion meeting their needs at each stage of life including when it was time to make the heart wrenching decision to say goodbye to a beloved member of our pack family.Currently, we have our 14year old grand lady. She was 9 months old when she had her very first appointment with Dr. Speas. With that partnership, our sweet girl has had a healthy, illness free life until this July when it was identified that she now has Kidney Disease. Working with Dr. Baker, a plan was devised to meet her needs with dignity, respect with the end goal to give my scrappy girl a chance to live out the remainder of her golden years on her terms.Yesterday’s appointment with Dr. Wehbe, happily confirmed that the medical plan which included dietary changes, is allowing my beautiful little fireball to have a fighting chance at enjoying the precious gift of time playing with her big sis; however long it may be .
