Both Ginger and I came back really happy from our first experience with Andy's grooming! The owner, Arth (hope I got the name right) was really patient with both the human and the dog, listening to all my requests while playing with Ginger and making her comfortable.Looks like the groomers carried the same patience, treating her slightly matted hair and nails for a silky smooth hair cut. The result - a cute, fluffy pup that entered the store like a mini grizzly 😂

I highly recommend this groomer. They transformed my Airedale Terrier who hadn’t been groomed for over a year and had a lot of matted hair. Great customer service and quick turnaround - the owner (I think) is clearly very passionate about his work. We’ll definitely be returning!

Andy’s in Glendale did an amazing job on my doodle. Not only was the customer service excellent, but their groomers really know what they are doing. My dog came out absolutely precious and exactly how I communicated I wanted her to look. They did a thorough job and my pooch was very happy when I picked her up.

Just brought my newish rescue dog here for the first time after two failed attempts at having people cut her nails (and after me watching YouTube videos and getting cutters and a Dremel to do at home) I was ready to have her sedated for a nail trim and teeth cleaning. I decided to try one more place (I had already tried Petco and the vet to no avail) I decided to go with a mom and pop grooming place as my last attempt before taking more serious measures. Not only were they able to cut all of my dogs nails down to a healthy length, they scrubbed her clean she smells great, she's all trimmed up, AND her teeth are totally white clean! I don't know how they did it and I don't care! I will be coming back routinely. She's like a new dog.

I was so nervous to take our dog to a new groomer after moving neighborhoods, but Andy’s beyond exceeded my expectations. Art at the front desk is simply wonderful. He immediately put me at ease—the man clearly LOVES animals and goes the extra mile with his customer service and care. I was so relieved, and left feeling like I could *actually* trust someone with my baby. Fast forward an hour and a half—I’ve never been so pleased with my dog’s haircut. This is the first time someone hasn’t shaved him down to the skin. They gave him perfect little teddy ears and nailed the puppy cut. Plus, he seemed totally comfy there when we picked him up. I couldn’t be more impressed. So happy to say we have found our forever groomer!

First time I brought her in the experience was good but today I paid $90 for a hack job, over a years worth of hair growth mutilated. I called first to let them know but she didn't offer to fix it just "let us know next time" I asked to cancel the tip I left but she said she wasn't able too.The sides of my dogs head are completely different, one side is slighting blended at an angle while the other side is just hard chops. I understand the muzzle is slightly different because of hair growth patterns but this isn't even close to the photo. It's not even, smooth or blended. Imagine paying $90 for this, I'm in tears as I feel like I wasted all this money and especially after the holidays.I included photos of each side of her head and the reference photo I gave them to use.

My dog is a bit shy and is wary of people, but when I picked her up she was all tail wags. I've been told previously that her fur is a little challenging to deal with (as I often groom her myself, I agree). But they did a great job, trimmed the fur between her paws and overall made her very neat and fresh within a window of less than 3 hours.

What a wonderful experience here! I brought my foster kitten (3~4 months old) in for a flea bath and cleaning. I was mainly concerned about the fleas and when I got her back, they seemed to all be gone! She wasn’t scratching harshly (which she was very frequently) like when she had the fleas. She smelled fresh and clean. Art’s customer service was amazing as well. Highly suggest! :) Good prices too

I usually get my dogs nails trimmed with my vet in Pasadena but I wanted to find something closer. I took them for a nail trim and this is how they returned them.When I called him to inquire about the injuries and obviously get my money back.- He first claimed my dogs had that before coming in.- He then claimed were aggressive mind you I live with children and go to a daycare. I told him if they had been aggressive he could have called me and I would have understood.- I had to take them today to the vet and the vet told me the red eye cause is blunt trauma. This means somebody hit my dog!- The owner of the business never apologized and kept saying he was feeling stressed.- I did get a return for the money but this is unacceptable.I am now having to pay $200 for the vet visit and medicine.DO NOT COME HERE!!

Andy's does a great job grooming our terrier mix. We sometimes take him there just for a bath. They always accommodate my busy schedule. They're professional and very nice.I highly recommend Andy's Pet Grooming.

Great place! I was pretty nervous about taking my bengal for professional grooming for the first time as I normally bathe her and such at home. The only real visits she's had outside have been to the vet so she gets extremely anxious but they were very good with her and helped her calm down. When I got back she looked like she enjoyed herself and was very relaxed with the groomers. We'll be back!

This has been my fourth time, and the last time I will take my dog to Andy's Pet Grooming. The first time the price was $65 (small dog), and I had no complaints. They left my baby looking beautiful. The second time the price went up to $85 due to the added flea bath. I bought flea medication even though I did not see my dog scratching, but I took their word for it. The third time again, it was $85 due to added flea bath. I took my baby to the vet to confirm if he had any fleas, and no fleas were found. This fourth time the price was $95. Not only did they add the flea bath, but an additional $10 due to his paw being matted. Who has heard of a dog's paws being matted? At this time, not only did I tell them they were running a scam, but it would be the last time I would take my dog. These people are scammers, so please ensure you get a quote before providing service, or you will be overcharged.

LOVE IT HERE!! So nice and such good service. My dog looked amazing. They even gave him a free flea bath because they found a few fleas on him!! They also have a great little store with a lot of well made products. Didn't take a while either, unlike the other groomer places I've taken my dog to. Definitely recommend!! 🐶

I was helped by "Art" and he was very considerate about me taking my cat in to get groomed. Prices were super fair. 100 even for full wash and trim and shave on my long haired cat. They did a good job, didn't cut any whiskers. It was a clean shave too, no cuts. I'm super satisfied with the service

I have tried a bunch of different groomers, and I always end up unhappy. I like a very specific, non-traditional cut on my little maltipoo. I went to Andy's for the first time today, and my dog has never looked cuter. They listened to every instruction and executed it so perfectly. My pup came back happy and relaxed. I am so so happy with my experience here. Art was personable and great to speak with. I will definitely be bringing my dog back here for every groom!

Great grooming prices and amazing doggy daycare. I am so glad that I found this place for my rescued super sensitive Maltese, my dog was very badly abused, and she has a hard time trusting people she is very scared . So it is always hard for me to fined a place where she can get groomed and not feel so scared. So When I first took her to this place for grooming the owner Art welcomed us very kindly made us feel very comfortable, made her feel very comfortable, then he offered us the greatest package for grooming very cheap and amazing 🙌🏼, when I picked her up she looked amazing she got her teeth cleaned, she looked and smelled amazing. Then I had to leave out of town so I left her with them for 4 days, they worked so well with me, they answered my calls the sent me pictures they are the best place in town. Art is amazing Andy very hard working and he loves what he does and he loves his customers

I have been bringing my dog here since I moved to LA, and I still drive all the way from West Hollywood because of their friendly service, and the owner is a wonderful guy. However after my last visit I was petting her and she was jumping when I would touch a certain area. After looking closer I realized she had a huge bloody wound under her fur, which was matted with dried blood. I looked more and found two smaller wounds as well. I realize accidents happen but they didn’t tell me and I had to find it on my own. So either they didn’t realize, or knew and didn’t tell me, both of which are very troubling for a professional groomer. If I hadn’t found it it could have become infected easily. I guess I will be looking for a new groomer unfortunately.I will say this is the first time I didn’t see the owner there, it was a woman working at the counter. So I guess mileage may vary.

We've gone here multiple times since moving to LA and our dogs always come out fresh and clean. They handle full grooming care and the price isn't too bad. They even seem to do well with our dog that is super high anxiety around strangers. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

our 8 month old pup just got her first haircut at andy's. she was totally comfortable with them. she got a great haircut with all the other pet grooming bells & whistles. the price was totally reasonable. we didn't have to wait a long time. both art & terry were really friendly folks. I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment here for a wash and a cut. When we got there (this place is 45 mins from our house), they said they didn’t have time for the cut. Then they said dog won’t be ready until closing (our appointment was at 1). We asked for our dog back and they said it was too late, as he was already wet. They gave him back to us wet, unwashed and still charged us $80. My husband paid because they were holding our dog hostage. I am dubious that most of these five star reviews are legit and suggest you do not take your pet here.Do not believe the 5 star reviews. As others have stated, this business offers a discount for 5 star reviews.

Very Bad ExperienceI took my 2 small dogs to this place a couple of months ago. Since the first interaction, I noticed the cashier was recommending way too many services that I did not request. I accepted most of them (like teeth cleaning, ears cleaning, nails cutting, etc.) always thinking I wanted my babies to be pampered and look nice when they were ready to be picked up. I noticed the receptionist/cashier kept telling me about the cost of a “Flea Treatment”, without not even knowing if my pets needed it or not. I firmly told her my doggies did not have any fleas. “I check them on a daily basis. I am sure they don’t have any fleas”, I said. When it was time to pick them up, I was told that both of my dogs were infested with fleas and that both received the Flea Treatment. To make the long story short, the cashier informed the services rendered grand total was $149.00. I fell robbed! I never authorized such treatment for my dogs, which I was sure had no fleas at ALL! I had to pay anyway to get my dogs back. I love my dogs like they were my own children. I will pay for any service I consider they need, but paying for something they did not need was very dishonest, unfair and unprofessional. Pet lovers: Be aware of this so called “Pet Grooming Service”!!!

The best grooming job I’ve gotten so far! I moved to the area not too long ago and I was nervous about finding new groomer for my two dogs. The first groomer I tried by my house I did not like. This one is perfect! They told me about their history and experience quickly making me sure my dogs are in good hands. Haircuts also were exactly what I skated for and so cute! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very disappointed with this place and the groomers. They obviously have very little experience and do not care what notes customer leaves for them. I won't go back here again. Every time they ruin my poppies head and cut her lashes although I made sure it's in the notes. They never pay attention to instructions I leave with the receptionist and when you tell them why this happens they go... oh it was a mistake 😒 this happened to me 3 times and I'm done with this place. Not recommending at all. The owner doesn't care at all about things that go wrong in there.

I love bringing my dog to get groomed here. They are very quick and my dog always looks great. Even on a Saturday, my dog is ready within 3 hours. They always have availability and you can book online. The owner is very knowledgable about dog behavior as well as dog hair styling. I'll be moving to a different area of LA soon but plan to drive back to Glendale every other month so I can stay with this place.
