When the app wouldn't work for curbside pickup, I called the store and the manager was amazing! I have COVID and he came out to my truck took my payment and my order and returned in a few minutes! That's TRUE customer service! Thanks Jim! You are a Rockstar in eyes!

Visited this store on Sunday which is when they have a Mobile PetVet Clinic come through where they give people a chance to get your puppy or dogs any of their needed sets of shots or boosters. I brought my puppy here that I had just gotten a few weeks before. I have also taken my adult Dog here when he was a puppy which is how I knew about them. Once you are finished which is typically within 15 minutes or so of them opening if you get there quick enough. The price of the sets of vaccinations they give range depending on what you need for your pet but they seem fair to me and you receive a Proof of Vaccination on site as you pay for what was given. They also give you coupons for the Tractor Supply store which includes a coupon for a free 4lb bag of one of their grain food dog foods which is named 4health and you can choose from a different variety of the formulas they carry at the store which usually comes out to be about a $10 value. Be warned that the coupons do expire that day though so take advantage of them while you are already there anyways.

This place is my favorite store in all of Galt. Great selection, knowledgable staff as well various experts in the different sections. Really make an effort to please the customer. I love there jeans - I have a pair 8 years old now and they still look great with no holes or signs of wear.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. The store is a smaller tractor supply but they use the space well and still carry all you need. Their employees are actually more friendly and helpful then the one in my area.

A few weeks ago my husband went with my little toddler who loves and enjoys going to this store everyone is very friendly 🤩My husband some how forgot his wallet 😅 and my toddler who was 2 @ the time was refusing to leave the store without his toy since he knows daddy always buys him a toy when they shop there, somehow Riley a young gentleman who works there overheard the conversation and went out of his way to pay for it. Props to your parents for raising a great young man. We of course went back the next day to pay him back.thank you once again!

Been here a couple times, customer service is horrible. When you ask where something is they just point and say "over there". One time I asked 3 people and then went in circles, and ended up finding it on my own by walking around. Ace hardware is definitely the place to go if you have questions. Unfortunately they were closed, so this was my last attempt. I'm not coming back here.

I use Tractor Supply for a lot of what i need.I have a wine grape vineyard and farm animals. I usually use our local store but i was on the way home from visiting family and stopped at the Twin Cities store to pick up an atv sprayer tank 12 volt pump and a few other items. The next day I opened the box to use the pump and water came out of the pump. I realized this pump had been returned and also both hose line connectors were missing. This required me to drive 40 miles both directions to my local store to buy these parts.I called the Twin Cities store to complain and was told my story would be passed on to the manager. He would be in touch.Have never heard a word back.Not the way to do business.

I have not had a bad experience here yet. My kids really enjoy looking at all the chickens and ducks when they're in. Being able to refill my propane is a nice plus as well

I absolutely love our local Tractor Supply. The staff are becoming familiar and always greet us with a smile and hello. Everything I need for my property is here and then some.If you have any questions or they don't have something in stock they are glad to order it for you or check one of their nearby stores!

I normally come in for fencing and other items but decided to check out the pet department while I was there. Huge selection of dog and cat products. I bought a ton of new item's and saved money on their normal diet. They are very happy with my new shopping habits.

I bought a trailer from them. They were able to register the DMV paperwork there for $20.00 cash and saved me a bunch of time.The trailer I bought went on SALE a couple days later and I went back and talked to the Manager. He was able to give me the sale price which saved me a cool $100.I'm a happy camper!

People here are not very nice and helpful. I'm an outer towner and this store makes you feel like your not welcome when they noticed a stranger even the customers that are from this small town. Don't think I'll ever come back here. I rather pay more at home depot and drive further to find another tractor store.

We called the Galt store today as the item online said it was in-stock and could be picked up.We wanted to verify that as we do live some distance away. We spoke to Jennifer on the phone. We tried to give her the part number she seemed frustrated and said she wasn't by a terminal. And that if she was it would just tell her the same information we had. Of course we just wanted her to check which she would not do.We went to the store - you guessed it not there. DON'T BE A JENNIFER. Who needs lazy employees these days. She's the supervisor. More like Miss Management.

Really wanted to like this place but while looking at the ducks and incubators nobody came to help us, after asking for help the lady was nice enough but then I noticed people following us to the lawn equipment aisle. Just when it can't get worse after spending over $200 the alarm goes off while we were leaving. Boooooooooooooooooooo

I am surprised that 5 isn't the rating all over. Anyway. They have everything I want or get it for me very quickly. Good pricing. Really nice staff and knowledgable. Easy to find things and laid out for wandering. I go for outdoor tools and decor, gardening, camping supplies, dogs, and now cats. They have clothes and shoes - all ages too. Always a surprise found wandering too. Sales are in bins in front. I love shopping here. Wish i needed a sporty tractor or ATV. Lol lol

What's not to like about Tractor Supply! They have something for everyone even if you don't have a farm or ranch. This store, however, needs to upgrade their decor and garden items. It was pretty picked over and its only June. That's the only reason for 4 stars.

Horrible management! I called 5 minutes before they closed to wait 1 minute because I would arrive at 6:00 pm even though they closed at 6:00 pm. I needed milk replacer for my baby lamb who was about to die and the lady didn't care. They have no heart in what they do and just there to do there job. They need better management

Good place to find farm implements and animal feed, but limited on other areas. Prices are kinda high on regular things like dog food, gloves, etc. They do have shot clinics for pets periodically at discount pricing

I buy all my chicken feed there.and around Christmas time me and my husband went into the store at almost closing there was noone else shopping in there but we needed to get a tractor tire so him and i went into the store waljwd straight back to the back of the store and they did not have the size we needed so we walked to the front of the store as we went to walk out the door the alarm goes off so we stopped and looked at the cashier she gets on the phone and callad the manager and said "you need to come up to the front this couple did not buy anything and the alarm went off , soi kept trying her that it was the tips of my cowboy boots. She acted like i was lieing so i proceeded to take them off to show her it was indeed my boots by that time the manager watched me and let us go ...so my complaint was...her saying the couple did not buy anything..it was just rude in my opinion..

Rude, and unprofessional. Please use another tractor supply - this one is run very poorly. Not community oriented nor understanding of how farm communities work. Save yourself a trip.
