The staff was very knowledgeable about the pets in the store and they were able to help me set up a new aquarium for my house. I'm very happy with everything that I found there. They have a big variety of animals and different kinds of food for your pets. This is a place you need to check out if you only shop at the local PetSmart store.

I purchase my very first Ball python here today! The workers are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable! A worker walked through the whole store with me helping me get the proper enclosure and items my snake needed to be comfortable in his new home. I love it here and I'll definitely keep giving them a good word! Here's a picture below to show how healthy and well taken care of their animals are. They actually care about their animals well-being.

Upon returning an item, I found both the cashier and manager to be delightful. Love the store. Little aviary with pretty birds, rats, {ewww}, guinea pigs, hamsters, a plethora of fish, and some pretty cool reptiles. No other pet store even comes close. And, Whities represents the best of Fresno businesses. Buy local and make our city strong.

This has always been my favorite pet and pet supply store! Everyone is very friendly and this store has everything you need. I would like to give a shout out in particular however, to the employee ‘Hunter’. He was very very helpful when I was picking out a dog house. He was very kind and helped me decided as to which one to buy! Thank you Hunter!👍🏻

Has great variety of everything dog you might need. Prices vary. Nice to just walk around and look. I ordered most of my puppy stuff online.

My son has a 24 year old Rosy boa, and she is picky about the mice she eats. They must be all white and Whities Pets always has what she likes. We also have two dogs and a cat. The food I get for them is always less in price than anywhere else I have been, too. I highly recommend Whities Pets.

I took my daughters cocktail to his wings clipped. The employee who helped me so friendly (he had bright blond/ yellowish hair)and knowledgeable about the bird. He went above just clipping the birds the wings. He took time to show my daughter how to get the bird to bond with her. He gave excellent customer services.

If your looking for a guniae pig with long curly hair or short hair, Go to this store. They have alot kind of guniae pig, I'm sure you will impress like me. This is the first time I'm writing a review for pet store cuz of I'm impressed with what I'm looking for and got at this store. I was looking for a white and brown color with long curly hair and here I am successful. This is my guniae pig Leo I just have him for like 4 days.

Best place to buy feeders (crickets, worms, mealies, mice, rats, and fish. Awesome reptile section with very knowledgeable employees. Buy the feeder cards and get an extra $2.00 every time (10%) discount.

Don't know if there's a new owner but he's a real jerk, whoever owns it now. Been coming there for years, spent my hard earned money there. Been using same credit card there and have authority to use mother's credit card because she's disabled, now all of a sudden they won't take her card even though we have the same name and I'm on her list with the credit card company to use her card. I really feel he is a biased racist.They wouldn't even call the company or my mother what a jerk. Staff in the fish department ignores you.They won't even look at you or knowledge you. You have to coral them to get service. What a disappointment what a waste of my time and energy. Made me feel like a criminal and then told me to leave. Plus alot of stuff is overpriced. I suggest you find elsewhere to shop. Now the owner is trying to justify his rudeness by lying on me, I was NOT hostile to the employees. HE needs to live and learn how to treat customers. I see I'm not the only one who has been biased by his behaviors. I've used this credit card many times before here with my mother's permission. I'm NOT a credit card thief. I have used the same card there many times before. I've NEVER had any trouble using this card anywhere else but here ! Now I'm being harassed online. I rest my case. Yes, liar, play the video. If I was a raging and hostile I would think you would call the police. Call them and show the video and you'll see I didn't commit any crime, so go cry in the mirror and tell that stuff to yourself, because you got a problem buddy. No wonder you have such a high turnover of employees. By the way, I ordered the same things online that are WAY cheaper than your store, yungsta. You're ruining mama and papa's store. I have always bought the St Francis dog biscuits which helps homeless women from here but since I was unreasonably denied purchases I'll be buying them elsewhere. Google St Francis peanut butter and honey dog biscuits. Allot of other businesses sell them who would be happy to make a legit sale with a legit credit card to help homeless women and hungry dogs. Blue Buffalo dog food is sold for five dollars cheaper down the road from this " Whities " pet store. Sure hope my debit and credit card info doesn't get compromised with that outdated system they use for checkout. What an idiot that current owner is.

Man whities is a beautiful look. They got fish, frogs and even rats. I bought a big one and tried to feed my dog it but he got scared so. You will know next what happened. He ran away. But later I seen a car ran it over but Damm.

Very sad and disappointed in this place. I have been going here for over ten years but my previous visit will definitely be the last. I was sold a very sick rat that had a fever, red tears (sign of illness in rats), and she was sneezing. I was told she's completely fine and if anything's wrong I can bring her back in two days and they'll help her. Well she just got worse so I called them to see if they can help and they said they don't help animals, they're not a vet, and all they'd do is give me a refund or exchange her for another. Why even tell me you'll help her in the first place if the animals are that disposable to you? I don't want to exchange her either as they told me they'll take her back to basically die in the store so I decided to take her to the vet instead and I'm never coming back to this place again. They don't know how to take care of animals or how to take care of customers.

I had a clown loach, six years old that had stress ick and I think he acquired it from a nervous gourami I saved from my nephew. I asked the employee in the fish department and explained what I would have to do to save him but apparently I was too late. The very knowledgeable employee shows how well Whites team is about your pets. He gave me a ray of hope where I had none. Thanks Whites.
