Like most specialty shops they are a little pricey but with a good selection also. Pretty clean in the store, quick cleanup from accidents! Right now Archie, is taking their training class for beginner/puppy's. Reasonable pricing for their 6 week sessions. Same instructor, Sandra, that I had 12 years ago with my first puppy, Jack. She did a good job then and was glad she was still there. Consistency is good!!

Just started pup training. The training leader Sandra was wonderful at showing owners how to get your pups attention and gain control. I'm loving this training I would definitely recommend this training for any age pup ❣️

I hadn't been to this location in awhile. I was really surprised at how much it had declined. I needed to get some Freshpet for my dogs. The cooler had trash inside and clearly has not been cleaned or wiped out in a long time. It for reals looked like someone barfed inside it. Take a little pride in your jobs. How hard is it to wipe the bottom of the cooler, when you are restocking it. This is truly gross! The entire store just looked sad and kind of had a pee smell to it. Probably won't come back here again.

Staff was great. But the prescription food I have to buy for my cats have gone up tremendously and now I'm going to have to put my cats down because I can no longer afford it. So I am pretty damn upset and depressed and so is my family

The staff there has always been friendly. However my review is more for the training classes. I had a hard time finding reviews specifically for PetSmart trainers. My dog took beginner to advanced classes and I'm so thankful for the trainer Sandra. She's kind, tough love, you can tell she enjoys what she does and works with you and your dog to meet you where you're at whether it's scheduling make up classes or giving extra advice on what and how you can improve for your dog. So glad I took these classes.

The service is getting worse. I went to pick up an online order. The pickup station was no longer in operation. I went to the the cashier and was questioned like I was there to rob the place even after I showed I had an order to pick up. I think I will stay with Walmart where my kind are more welcomed.

PetSmart was awesome 👍🏻 clean aisles, friendly staff, and very pet friendly... I started taking my dog to obedience training and it turned out very well Sandra the trainer is very good at her profession she made training very easy comfortable and entertaining. My dog as well as myself loved every minute of the experience I highly recommend this to other dog owners. We can hardly wait to go back we have done our homework and are ready to impress Sandra with our new tricks.

Found an abandoned kitten who was near death. My wife and I immediately came to the conclusion we had a new member of the family. Went to PetSmart to get everything we would need and k ew there was a vet there who might point us in the right direction with her care. Was disappointed when all they would do is offer to schedule a appointment. We would of been happy just knowing how old she might be. Was immediately reminded that PetSmart is about profit margins, not animals, or what they mean to us... No matter how new to us.

Made an appointment for grooming at 1100a, was told by tech that appointment was a hour. Upon arrival was told that it would take 3-4 hours for grooming, what's the purpose of an appointment if it's not honored? Don't overbook and give customers conflicting info.

Just left this location. Should have gotten the employee's name that helped me but I went in and was at the fish area for short time before being asked if I needed help.. I didn't at the moment but definitely appreciated being asked so quickly. I took my time and didn't feel rushed at all. When I was ready an employee came quickly and wad very friendly and helpful!

All the groomers and bathers in the salon are excellent with my fur babies. Everytime we go in, they thoroughly go over everything they're going to do during the bath and grooming. They also suggest various products to use to help prevent bad hair or skin on our pets. They're always so helpful and friendly, I wouldn't of going anywhere else. They also have special days where they have discounts for certain breed that need extra care, and it definitely helps save a lot. Make sure you always make an appointment because they're so popular it's crazy! But they can always accommodate you as best they can.

My cat is on prescription food. They always have it in stock and you can use your points or coupons to help lower the cost! Plus, they carry the only types of wet food my cat will touch. So picky.

Britney was very rude didn’t want to take my dogs gave me a complete attitude I had to call the manager . She tried to tell me my dogs rabies vaccinations were expired and they were not they are good for three years I will be reporting this to corporate and with an attitude she tells me you have a nice day very rude very confrontational not professional at all I would have given zero stars

Purely based on the Grooming Dept.:Your customer service is trash. Why would you make customers feel like they are bothering you? They are there to pay you for the services that you provide. YOU chose this job. YOU chose to work here. Your attitudes stink. I don't need to be reminded 80 times that "normally you have to leave them for 2-3 hours...blah blah blah." YOU had the appointment time available. Fulfill the appointment, take my money, treat customers with kindness and respect. That's it. That's your job. Major leadership issue at this location. Attitudes are horrible. You're a pet groomer. Calm down.

I took my puppy for grooming here for the first time. I asked for her ears to be cleaned, and I wanted her coat tight (short) and this is what they gave back to me after nearly 4 hours. Absolutely horrible. And on top of that, she was extremely thirsty by the time I got her back to me, meaning they probably weren't looking after her very well at all.

Friendly people here. Not as big as the other ones, and they don't always carry the frozen raw food my dog loves and will ONLY eat. They do always have cute dog clothes though. And friendly staff members.

If anyone sees a kitten named Morticia here today, that was my little foster kitten! She was found on Ventura and Broadway downtown trying to cross the street. She is the sweetest kitten that went from feral to perfect. Please take care of her and thank you PetSmart for taking in rescues!

I’ve taken my dog to several petsmarts for grooming. Never had an issue, in fact they all did a fantastic job except this store.Dropped my dog off at 5. There were no other dogs present and the groomer even said they weren’t busy. Didn’t get a call back till almost closing time.Although I got the bath plus furminator brushing, my dog was still wet and not brushed.
