My dogs haircut came out so bad and was not what I’m used to compared to the other location on Herndon Ave in Fresno. My dog was not given a Maltipoo haircut as his previous stylist would give I explained all notes were in computer but my dog was completely shaved down. I also asked for a teddy bear face and my dog had no fluff in his face. His ears were cut horribly and on top of that my dog came back not himself either traumatized or depressed which has never happened before. I have pictures from his last haircut and this recent haircut and nothing was the same. I am very disappointed with the way this cut came out.

Love going to this location. My dog Kane is a dutch shepherd who has separation anxiety and just a huge baby even at 3 yrs old. They made him feel so welcomed and loved to where he isn’t having a problem going anymore! The first couple of times Kane wouldn’t let them touch his feet and Im glad they let me know rather then trying to force him to get it, to where now he goes on a regular basis and let’s then cut his nails. They work with the dog and not just try to get the job done no matter how they feel! I work with Raymond and they always keep kanes best interest reporting back on the whole process with me when i pick up!

Heather was wonderful. She treated us so nice and gave such high compliments on our dog. We left feeling so good and said we would be back and would highly recommend heather to all of our pet lover friends. Plus out dog smelled great and his nails never looked so good!

I was told not to bring my dog back. My dog has NEVER tried, or attempted to bite ANYBODY. I have a home Daycare, she is with 6 kids under 4 daily. The groomer said she tried to nip at them. Put a muzzle on her as MOST places do! I just feel because she was a bigger dog(Lab) groomer didn't feel comfortable with her. It makes me sad to discontinue with using Petco for my pet., I will NOT be recommending Petco grooming to friends! A friend recommended this Petco to ME! Not Happy! Thanks!
