I just left the store not 20min and got home to realize the clerk didn't put my Google card that I paid for in either bag. I called to inquire about it and got "Oh yes I remember when you came in. Long story short very poor service from the cashier and manager. I have decided to let my credit union investigate because professionalism needs to take the lead on this matter.

So disappointed. I walked in and they had carts and totes blocking the isles. If someone was using a walker or wheelchair, they would have trouble getting through the isles. I hope no one gets hurt walking the crowded isles. So very unprofessional. The gal that was working was very rude when asking her a question. She acted like I was bothering her. The young man at the register was polite. But please! Get it together DG. You are representing FOWLER. My main concern are those people who use wheelchairs, walkers and canes.

Its a well stocked store, but I just experienced terrible service this morning, I went in grabbed the candy I needed for tonight, went up to the counter and greeted the clerk with a "Good Morning" and not a single reply from her, I thought maybe she had not heard me; she rung my candy up gave me the total, she bagged and left my bag in the "bag holder" told me to turn and grab it myself. My mouth dropped! We all have bad days, but when you are dealing with customers sometimes our issues we need to set aside...... what is happening, no more greetings, or appreciations or a plain smile, all of this is free guys and MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!

Dropped off a FED EX package Friday, was supposed to be delivered Monday but is not showing it was even picked up. I have called many many times. They will NOT answer their phone. UPDATE: I had to go down there. After a few minutes they found my package under a bunch of junk. All I got was someone didn't put it in the right place. I'm filing a complaint with FedEx.

The store is clean and employees are nice. I wish this store had a bigger selection of food items. It's very limited on everything. The only baby food was fruit. They also do not sale near here. Other than that the store is great for simple things such as milk, eggs, cheese and frozen pizzas.

Both the manager and staff are rude and lack quality customer service. I went there last week and I tried asking for help and the managar and one of the employees just like looked at me, laughed and then shrugged me off and ignored me like they had better things to do despite the store being basically empty at the time I went. Even when I eventually found what I was looking for (no thanks to the entire staff there) and made my way to the register, the lady working the register had a very rude and gloomy attitude. And I get it, we all have those days we don't wanna be at work. But I've worked retail and many other jobs in the past and one of the key factors for ensuring continuing service and support from customers is to make them feel welcome and taken care through quality service. And overall I didn't experience any of that here. I think I'll continue to support true friendly places like A-Mart, despite the price difference, it's worth shopping there. The family that owns A-Mart have been a supporting part of the community for years since I've lived here in Fowler and there they take care of your needs and make sure you leave feeling taken care of and wanting to return for more quality customer care.

Friendly staff. Clean and organized. They carry some diary products like milk, whipping cream, cheese, ice cream and sour cream. Overall, its more ideal for snacks or picking up household essentials.

The benefit of here is that you don't have to drive all the way into town if you just need a few things. The downside is the coupons don't work alot of times and sometimes he store is packed with inventory that is being restocked so it's hard to maneuver especially with a cart.

This Dollar General is smaller than most, but in such a small town I would expect it to be. My overall experience shopping here was good. My only complaint is that they didn't carry the "Dailys" cocktail in a pouch. I specifically went to Dollar General because every one I've been to have had them. Usually they have 3-4 racks of them on display.

Do not shop here. I was there the other day and wasn't familiar with this store since I was visiting out of town and the manager Walter was rude to me. I was simply asking where the cookies and Christmas snacks were and he sighed and annoyingly walked me over and showed them to me and pointed with his finger frantically and said "maybe if you use your eyes you would've found them!" and he then picks up the item and waves it in my face and then makes a remark about my race which I will not repeat. I was disgusted by this behavior and will never come back here again.

Best place to get inexpensive groceries and stuff in Fowler. They don't really have fresh foods which is a bummer and there's a bit of complaining that you can't hope but overhear from some employees. Having said that, GOD they have really awesome people working there overall. I just can't give it 5 stars because of the few complainers and... well... sometimes you find products in the weirdest places...

There's a blonde worker named Kayla who is down right rude, immature, and very impolite. I asked her a question and she was listening to music in one of the aisles on her earphones and she replied, "Why don't you go look around instead of asking me?!"Plus the manager Walter and the rest of the staff are rude people in general, no respect or manners

It has just about the same things I get at Wal-Mart without having to drive all the way to Selma. The staff is really nice and they make you feel like family.

DG in Fowler is always clean and is a great store when I need to pick something up for the yard, house, car or pet. Prices are very reasonable.

No one had masks on in the store not even employees which masks are mandatory! The tape on the ground was about 3 feet instead of six, and employees were playing with their gloves!
