Horrible! Horrible Service! I was asked to leave my puppies at 11am for a trim and my puppies weren't ready til 6pm! When i picked them up i didn't recognize them, they were completely shaved and there was a small cut on my puppies leg. They were scared and frightened to make any sounds. It was too late for me to debate the service fee we had had already paid $160. This place is very unprofessional and i will never ever recommend anyone to leave there babies with these ppl..

I love this groom shop. My dog always comes out looking so fresh and so clean!! Make sure to make an appointment they book up quick. It is worth the price! The staff is so friendly, I will be back soon I don’t want to wait half a year again for my poor poodle lol off of foothill right in between Sierra and Juniper.

I brought in my two dogs Pearl and Bella for a groom and nail trimming before the holidays and I recommend this place not only for their excellent service and fair pricing, but the patience and dedication that goes toward making your pets looking and smelling fantastic! I will definitely be coming back in the future for all my doggy needs c:

Took my dog to get her nails trimmed and she was shaking and bleeding from every nail on all 4 paws. Horrible that this place can treat an animal so badly. Then they tried to say it was my fault for letting my dogs nails go so long without a trimmed. If you love your dog please don't take them there.

This has been a great place to get my 2 dogs groomed. I have never had a problem. They are a little more expensive than i would like. But i can't complain about anything else. I will still continue to take my dogs here.

You take as many pets as possible for your own benefit and financial purposes without considering how long you’re keeping dogs away from their owners, regardless whether it is an appointment or not. Your response to my personal experience says PLENTY of your business. Your “save time and effort with one-stop-shopping” should be updated to more a more realistic quote.

I am taking my two Schnauzers, I meet with Veronica and the shop looks clean and she was very friendly and allowed me to inspect the bathing area as well as grooming. That impressed me a lot. I am heading over there right now and am even more comfortable on the reviews I read online Yellow Pages. I will write later how the grooming went. I am scoring on the greetings and customer service.....All my dogs were groomed and I was so pleased! The owner Israel and groomer Veronica are real genuine pet lovers. This was the first time that I picked up my dogs and they were real calm and not barking waiting to get out there! I will for sure bring them back......

Took my dogs in for a haircut. It had been a while since I had taken them. But when I talked on the phone I asked for my female dog to have bows. They shaved her off. I paid $135.00 over priced to have my dogs shaved. Then I get a call that my dogs were ready that I needed to hurry up cause my Yorkie was bleeding from his eye. I needed to go pick him up fast cause he wouldn't stop bleeding. What kind of place that works with dogs does that.

This place is amazing they greet you well and treat your fur babies very good. I’ve been bringing my dog here for 4 years and I have not had a problem I would definitely recommend this place. I drive from menifee and it’s worth it! Would give more stars if I can 😊

Love this place take my dog here everytime. The price is reasonable for its quality and condition they leave your dog in. My dog stays smelling good for days. I recommend this place for everyone looking for a grooming spa! You get what you pay for here!!!

So thankful for the Ladies at Sirias Pet Spa ..... I know it was a challenge to groom my dog he weighs about 88lbs. He had foxtail grass in his fur they did an amazing job....... Thank u again for taking the time to groom him on your busiest day today....🐶👏Highly recommend ......

Pricing wasn't the greatest but they really took care of my husky. She was shedding really bad and they did the best they could to control it.I will probably bring her back in for grooming here.

I took my 5 year old Pomeranian to get groomed for the summer right before I moved to Washington. When i picked him up, the lady said he fell (she dropped him) and that they checked him and was okay. He looked great and didn't seem hurt but on the drive up to Washington he didn't want to step with his rear leg and developed a scab on his testicles while shaking a lot. The vet in Washington told me they shaved his testicles and are now infected and scabbed, that they should never have shaved him there and that his knee cap was out of place that might have a hair-line fracture. That the shaking is because he was in so much pain. Now my poor Pomeranian is on medication wearing a cone and waiting to see if he needs surgery to fix his knee. NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! If i were back in Cali they would have a HUGE fight on their hands. I'm urging you to find another place, they seem like they don't know what they are doing.
