We’ve been coming to this Petco for 7, going on 8 years. Lynette has taken great care of our Otis since he was 2 months old and got his nails trimmed for the first time ever. Fast forward 7 years later and she does his bath, teeth, haircut, and nails. She has always treated our Otis very good. We’ve never had any issues with Lynette and I completely trust her with my Otis. There have been times when Lynette isn’t in and someone else takes care of our Otis and they do a good job as well, the first name that comes to mind being Cynthia but I know I’m forgetting others! Everyone at Fontana Petco’s grooming treats our Otis good but Lynette is our go to:)

Brought my dog in for his routine bath and nail treatment. Greeted by a friendly and professional employee both on the drop-off and pickup of my pet. The service was fast and fairly priced. The groomer did a great job... as always.

1st time for professional grooming. Didn't really know what to expect our dog to look like after. Groomer said our dog behaved very well. She came out looking so pretty. Was so happy to see us again too. We plan to go back again. 😊 🐕

Kristin was very disrespectful. I walked through the aisles several times, looking for an item. I asked and called for her excuse; excuse me, Miss. After 3 to 4 times, she finally walked past me and said I'm in a class. have you ever put a Petco shirt on? You're speaking to customers about other products and services and training somebody on the floor in front of other cus. tomers I think you should be respectful to the other customers trying to purchase items. If not, take the class away from where you can be. I don't understand how so hard to answer a question about where some dog food was in the dog food aisles advising clients how to train dogs.

I love bringing my dog Rambo for grooming. I had a bad experience at petsmart and decided to bring him here. It was a great desicion. His groomer is Megan, she explained everything and all the packages. She is so sweet and kind. Rambo does amazing with her and she is amazing with him.

Megan I believe was her name, she was awesome from start to finish! My dog had not gotten groomed in a while and with life getting busy my dog needed some extreme TLC!! She did a awesome job explaining the different packages! Plus called me to offer flea treatment he needed!!!

My little Princess is groomed by Brenda. She is always polite and courteous. Brenda, always if there are any changes with her health, and when I pick her up Brenda goes over how well she did during the grooming process. She has her report card with her next appointment always scheduled. My little girl really loves the attention that she always shows towards her.

Lynette did such an amazing job with my baby girl Truffles. It was her first time at the groomers so she was a little unsure what what going on when I dropped her off. But when I picked her up she was so nice and clean, her coat looked so shinny and was so soft and she smelled so good. Her nails were well trimmed and she was so, so happy. I dropped off my pet for grooming and they were extremely professional and made the whole experience a safe one, from drop off to pick up. They did exactly what I asked for when it came to the style of cut I wanted for my pet. They took great care of Jude and made him look great even during these uncertain times. The staff at the grooming center are the best!!

My frenchie sheds so much, I've tried different groomers and it never seemed to help until I tried Petco... He looks like a new pup! They got 99% of his loose hair off and he smells so good!

Awful service from Linette. Had an early nail trimming appt for my pup at 830AM (petco doesn’t open until 9am), doors were locked and NO signs indicating what to do. I knocked (lightly) on the glass, stood there for a few more minutes and then looked in the store. A girl named Linette came and said rudely (no hello, considering I’m a customer) “your not supposed to walk back and forth” I replied with, “there are no signs indicating what to do” ummm…I’m the customer and she had a zero personality!! Grooming folks, you better consideri your Greeter. The only reason I gave 1 star is because of Brenda who did my pups nail trimming. She was fabulous and courteous! I tipped her as she was awesome. Please consider your Greeter (Linette) she was awful! Other customers will be going elsewhere for their grooming services…possibly to Petsmart. Their customer service is fabulous.

I am very satisfied with the grooming services and the Groomer, Lynette. My pets are groomed once a month and I never have to haggle over what has to be done. She knows exactly what type of service my pets need and makes recommendations for their grooming needs and health.

The workers never rush me and all handle the animals with care. I have seen other places where they check you in without even ever looking at you. I want to know someone is taking care of my animals like they would their own. The workers know my animals and make me feel like I am leaving my fur babies with family. Lynette has gone above and beyond for 3 years taking care of my english bulldog and Chiweenie. They trust and love her.

Pamela F. has groomed my pup's many times and i really like the way she grooms my fur baby's. I feel like my pups has a great experience with her because their happy afterwards and don't bark with a harsh sound like they've lost their voice's from barking so much like other times they've been groomed at other places. This is why i bring them back to petco to see Pamela F... were happy with their cut's this last time also.
