Don't leave your fur babes in the car ,..they like to shop too.If you have any questions , ask when you walk in...not to many employees floating around...

We had such an enjoyable experience. We went to adopt kittens, we'd been working with the foster mom for months. We got there early so we could purchase a new carrier and some other supplies. The lady at the checkout gave us scissors and offered to help us put it together. (We put it together ourselves.) The Animal Outreach employees were awesome. The whole adoption process was really easy and a lot of fun. I would totally do it again.

Very nice store, wide corridors, great variety of animals and supplies, and nice staff. We went in the afternoon, an hour before closing and very little people, the place was clean, not fool odors even when they have live animals and all animals looked healthy. Reasonable prices and staff was helpful and friendly.

Ordered a cat bed online. Did not read the description it was for a hamster very tiny. The staff were very accommodating in returning it and helping me pick out a better one. I think her name was Savannah.

I ordered my bearded dragons new enclosure on the website, it had not yet been prepared when I got to the store. BUT! There was a wonderful young lady who took my order and scanned the same product off the shelf right then and there! Have never had such smooth service buying such a large item, will definitely come here again! They even helped me put it in my car!

I went to Petco 1st to get my dogs nails done. employees do not seem like they want to be there she said I would have to come back next week. so I called PetSmart they gave me appointment for 1:00 pm same-day and it seems like the employees wanted to be there. almost the same place way different feel way to go PetSmart

We went to PetSmart to adopt a kitten for my granddaughter. The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. The adoption volunteer Stephanie was so personable and great with the kittens and cats. Also a smile on her face. She was knowledgeable and knew all the cats personalities. She treated us and the animals so well. You could tell she loved what she did. The store was so clean and great clearance deals. Definitely recommend this particular PetSmart.

Customer service could be a little faster, present and acknowledge customers when they ever into the store because the cash register at facing the entrance. The building was very clean and they had a lot of different animals that were well groomed.

I take my young cat here to get groomed. Rachel A is the best! She is so patient and caring towards my skittish and timid little one. She makes me feel comfortable leaving her there while I walk around and shop. Rachel A is a wonderful asset to Pet Smart and I will keep coming back to her to service my cat.

The employees are super helpful. I didn't get a shopping cart because I figured I could hold a litterbox and 35lbs of cat litter on my own. One of the employees came over and asked if I needed help finding anything, and then she carried my litter to checkout and got a cart for me.In general, Petsmart has a wide variety of food, supplies, and goodies for cats, dogs, birds, rodents, and fish. They have tons of ArmNHammer cat litter choices. They have other types of clay, corn, paper, and crystal litter as well and this location lists the price by pound or ounce so you can compare litter prices.I wanted a travel cat covered litter box but the smallest litter box was a medium to large one.Convenient location and ample parking and spacious store.

Customer Service at its Worst!This past Sat., 4/1/17, I went to PetSmart at Broadstone Plaza in Folsom to get Flea medicine for our dog. I walked in the door went to the to display, picked out a card (to trade for product) for what I needed and took it to the cashier. Cashier rang it up and called for the manager, who she explained needed to go get the product. We waited a few minutes, no manager arrived and she paged the manager again. 10min later, still no manager. By that time another employee is leaning up against the counter chatting. My cashier asks her if she wants to go get product. She says no. Then rethinks and goes to look. She comes back with the wrong product. This process happens 3more times. My cashier continues to page manager in the process. 20min into this, manager (Carla) shows up. My cashier (did not get her name), tells her what’s going on. Then I tell her what I need and I that I would like as few does as possible. Manager goes to back room and comes out with wrong product. While talking to me, she gives her keys to another employee. She stands and looks at me, I ask if she’s going to go get the correct product. She says she gave her keys to other cashier and has to wait for them. She then walks off about 10’ and starts talking to another employee. The conversation went something like this; “I’m ready for a Starbuck’s, are you ready to make a run?” I asked if she was going to pick one up for me while she was at it!  I then told the manager I was sorry for being a B…..! But I’d now been there for 30min and was she going to be able to help me? She went and grabbed her keys from other cashier, went to back room and came back with the correct product and dosage. She gave it to my cashier and walked off. She did not look at me, apologize or acknowledge any error on her part or her staff’s. Long story short… PetSmart might want to re-think Carla as a Manager. Her customer service is nonexistent and the staff on the floor has obviously been influenced by her demeanor.C Cook / Folsom, CA

This is a great PerSmart. Fully stocked with all sorts of brands. They offer training classes, grooming, and kitten adoptions on Saturdays. It is very clean and friendly employees.

The Betta fish here are extremely close together which stresses them out a lot and one of them from what I could see was very sick and swimming on the top on its side.I have a Betta fish of my own and I've done tons of research. Please take care of your fish as much as you can petsmart, these are living fish and should be treated respectfully.
