The store is always clean. My kids love the ice cream, and the staff is always friendly. Pharmacy staff and pharmacists go above and beyond from helping with a sick baby before they closed to helping transfer a prescription from Walgreens quickly (that Walgreens wanted to charge over $100 and here there was no copay). Seriously the best pharmacy I've delt with in a long time.

Had an amazing experience with Rodrik. He was very kind and patient with my father and me. We went in for our COVID vaccines and he noticed we were nervous. He reassured us that everything was going to be ok. He goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for his customers. Highly recommend Rite Aid pharmacy in Farmersville.

Had an amazing experience with the Rodrik in pharmacy. I can tell he actually cares about his customers and isnt just doing his job. He goes above and beyond! He made sure my dad got all his vaccines and prescriptions filled before he travels to mexico in two days. If i could i would give him 10⭐. I highly recommend going to the Rite Aid in Farmersville!

Bought some Golden Road Fruit Cart seltzers and they were expired! All the way back to March were in the middle of May!! 2 months old..SMH..and they had different expiration dates which I thought was weird

I would always go to Womack's pharmacy before Rite Aid bought them out and they were amazing and helpful and I never had any issues. Now since Rite Aid has taken over and moved to a bigger store I have had issues EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Filling one prescription and forgetting the other, refusing to fill my 1 year old's breathing treatments when she had low oxygen levels, because when I went in to get them it was 10 minutes to close and they hadn't filled them before that, and now today when my prescription of antibiotics was called in at 10:30 am and then when I arrived at 1PM to pick up I was told that the pharmacist was on lunch and it wouldn't be done until 3:30PM. How does it take 5 freaking hours to fill a prescription of 6 pills? Why couldn't they fill them right then since I was already there waiting? IT'S SIX PILLS! I am definitely changing my preferred pharmacist. This is why chains should not buy out mom and pop stores. You have a bigger store and more staff, but are a 1000 times slower than the tiny corner pharmacy before you. Ridiculous.
