Florist lady working there is so arrogant, racist and toxic that I don't want to go back to this location just because of her. She seems to have some kind of beef with younger girls, since every time I go there and pick up flowers she gives me an attitude for no reason whatsoever. I wouldn't take my time to write a review about her if she didn't asked me if I knew how to write while she was giving me a note! Like seriously?! Maybe doubt your own intellectual abilities since you act the way you do...Get some manners and learn how to treat people!!!

Great service had everything I needed fast in and fast out. There is a Starbucks inside the store with the best customer service anywhere! The deli carries Boar's Head Meats...the best meat & cheese ever.

For starters... I must say that it's nice that this store is open 24hrs. I came in here to use the restroom then proceed to shopping but wow did my decision change quickly. I went into the restroom only to spot something that looked like a cockroach. I stopped it's lights out then went to tell the staff which was lounging around. They seemed to smirk at me and didn't address the situation. I ain't coming back to this store even for the midnight purchases anymore. It's your decision but mine is no way!

Got a sandwich at the deli. The price has really gone up, used to be a good deal, now it not. Staff was excruciatingly slow (30+ minutes to get 5 basic sandwiches) and looked like they wanted to die. Ordered a Reuben, it was soggy, undercooked, and tasted of disappointment and wasted dreams. Never going there again.

Why is it that the produce on the floor is molded, wilted, or unsuitable for sale? Dog treats are molded, steaks are grey, or grey by the next day. They need a better resource that provides quality and they need to check their products better. I've been in and looked at strawberries that just got stocked and have the white mold on them.

Great store. Plenty of products to choose from. You can find name brands alongside store brand all with various price points.I was rather disappointed this morning. I needed to buy some milk and there were many empty shelves in the milk case.I would also like to see them clean their produce bins. I think they are in need of a deep cleaning on a more regular basis.

I love coming to this Safeway. This store is always clean and the employees are really helpful. Anytime the lines get long, they open another line or take you to self checkout and assist you. The deli is clean, and I have never had a problem with the food there. The Starbucks baristas are always nice, make an effort to get to know you, and they are willing to give you suggestions of different drinks to try or different ways to make them.The pharmacy is fantastic. They have always filled our prescriptions quickly. They also are great at giving advice regarding medicines.

It's a smaller Safeway. Typically if I get Safeway-for-u deals, they will include items for free to try but this Safeway doesn't always carry them. Parking is tight, but plentiful. Staff are generally helpful, particularly in the bakery.

Not the first time I came after work, before 2am, and they are closed. Even saw an employee watch me pull up and park just to have em go back inside and lock the doors. Thanks a lot Safeway. I just needed one item of dog food.

7/14/20 between 1 and 2 pm.I wish to thank the wonderful, helpful lady assisting with customers using self checkout. I am 75 and have problems with my memory. I was having a problem checking out with the machine and my card. I asked her to watch my things while I went to the car to get my daughter to help me. I explained my problem and she was more than understanding. She assisted me and and made me feel relaxed and comfortable I wish I would of gotten her name as she is a perfect example of customer service. The world needs more people like her.

I shop here for the gas points. And great coupons on the app. Plus the gas is pretty cheap so with the points it's a great deal. I can actually fill my tank up with $60 or less.

Mainly because they don’t have good systems in place. When you enter your phone number for your rewards account it does not show a name (just a first name would be enough and wouldn’t be a security issue) and simply acknowledges the phone number was entered. Yes, this is the fault of my memory, but I entered my cell and that’s not the phone number on our rewards account (under my wife’s number). The rewards didn’t show up. I was using the self-checkout, which I usually do wherever I go without problems. The lady came over and entered a discount so I got the sale price. I voided one item and she cleared that, too, so I could check out. I didn’t see until I got home that I was still charged for the item I didn’t get. I had to go back and went to customer service. I showed my receipt and explained what happened. She was holding my receipt and said I should get $2 back. I knew it was supposed to be just over $2, but I didn’t want to argue about it. When she gave me the money and the receipt back I saw the amount of $2.25 for the item I didn’t get was very clearly printed on the receipt! Why did she only give me $2, especially when I had to make a special trip to get the refund? She should have offered me $3 or $5 or something for the fact I had to return because I was overcharged!!

I really love shopping at Safeway. Their produce is always fresh. The staff is very friendly. The floral dept in Orangevsle is amazing with selection and custom arrangement in-store. 👍

Good prices, great hours, good produce and tasty meat.Safeway has everything I could ask for when it comes to normal groceries. Not the cheapest when it comes to some boxed goods, but the seafood, meat, bread and produce are very high quality.

The butcher is by far one of the nicest and humble human beings I have ever met! I’ve been coming to him for years! He remembers me everytime and is always so helpful and knowledgeable of his trade! He just saved my life on helping me pick a nice cut of steak for thanksgiving! Last minute plans and it looks like cooking landed on me this year so he really came through for me!!!! I forgot his name lol but I came in around 6:45 pm tuesday night before thanksgiving. Your the best my guy! Happy thanksgiving Safeway family.

I was very frustrated this morning at this location. There was 1 checkstand open and a long line of people with full charts. About 6 other employees were standing around while 1 poor cashier looked nervous and stressed. I stood in line at least 15 mins with my small children and this cashier got zero help. I just don't understand why a business is run in a way where employees can't/won't help with whatever needs to be done and I think that getting customers thru check out in a reasonable amount of time should be a priority. I feel bad for customers and employees here.

The store was slow. 2 employees in the deli section start arguing. Really? I just want some slice Turkey. Talk about drama. I drove here to get away from the other Safeway stores and this store turns out to be the same as the rest in the area

Beautifully Managed store. The store was flawless. I'm a caregiver and my client switch us from Rawleys to Safeway and I was disappointed until I walked through the store. My 89 yr old client complained that Rawleys was too dark, not well lite for her.

We went at 1 am. I needed something for my stomach. Too scared to go to Alhambra, 19th street and Howe Ave in Sacramento that time of night.This store was clean and had what I needed for my stomach. The prices are a little high, but where aren’t they these days?The staff was friendly and professional.

Managment needs to be on top of things , very disappointed, only safeway that is open pass midnight drove 10 miles and just to get to the register and by luck there is no Alcohol sales after 12 , what kind of $*** Is this , no signs anywhere ,no message on the website or Google maps , now I gata drive back home empty handed , job well done Safeway !!!!! Management team good job letting your customers know !!!!! Won't recommend this location to anyone !!!! Put some signs up people or something . Worst experience ever .

Shout out to the great butcher crew.Great personal service as always today.However while they were taking great care of me a large man, (manager?)with a shaved head and a red shirt came over and was very inappropriate in front of customers seemed clear that he was threatening their jobs for not having face masks on. I understand policies need to be followed even if it may be an overreaction. But I feel like an effective leader would have a talk to them in private not in front of me.

This Safeway is awesome. Clerks are nice and helpful. Always smiling and great to have conversations with. They're often out of stock of things I buy regularly. It really is unfortunate that it is so close to my home but I have to go to another store to buy my cereal, milk at times and a couple of other things for an entire week before it returns to this Safeway.

Have been a Shopper here since the day it opened and my little (now adult) daughter was the very 1st retail customer thru the doors, they have the nicest employees, an Amazing Deli (Boars Head All the Way!!) and the member points fuel discounts are always appreciated (even if I have to get fuel in Roseville. Just like days gone past they will remember your name if your a regular and always helpful if you need help.

This store is amazing! By far the best butchers in town. The checkout people are always fun to visit. The deli is extensive in choice of meats, cheeses and prepared foods. Produce better than nearby Raley’s. Great job, Safeway.
