petco doesnt take care of any of their fish. heres some dead ones i found at this one! and the betas that are in those sad containers lost all their color, one was nearly white.

It was excellent! I found what I needed and a reasonable price. The line was getting a little long and immediately they called for backup cashiers. That was great, made us all happy!The store is clean, the employees, are professional and friendly.

Fish get live plants in their tank which is surprising and good! selection in every category is far superior to neighboring chains. Will make this the main pet store I go to!

The employees are super nice and they always have what I need. However, I do wish that they would have a better selection of food for our leopard gecko. Most of the Dubia roaches are already dead as well as the non super mealworms. Our elderly leopard gecko can't eat the superworms. They're too big!!

This store is well-maintained & organized. Staff is friendly & helpful. They go out of their way to support rescue groups, with adoption areas, donations & events. The local rabbit rescue even comes in on occasion.

Didn't have any of the meds for dogs I was looking for although the ads say they carry Guaifenesin for dogs. Not as many of the beautiful clothes they had 3-5 years ago. Cheap stuff that cost $24.99-$29.99!! Big lots n Walmart have more nice dog stuff. Don't waste your time shopping here!

My dog really dislikes baths, so I figured I'd give PetCo a try. They were so good with her. I was grateful that they did gland expression as part of their regular service. When i picked up my dog, she was happy, clean, super soft, and smelled great!!!

I came for a cat diffuser and ended up buying a collar for my anxious cat plus a few toys for him and his brother. I hadn't known there was a wellness section for cats aside of the food/toy area so I'm glad I'd asked for help, the employees I dealt with were great.

This is my go-to Petco. They are very friendly here and almost always have everything my dogs need. My pup loves coming here to see all the toys and treats and often receive little treat bites from the friendly staff. The dog trainer here always goes out of his way to say hello, and has even gone as far as offering me advice on correcting my dog's behaviors. The advice I received from the gentleman here has benefited the two dogs that I handle and has kept them from being aggressive with each other.This building is always clean and the service here is great. I'm always treated with respect and kindness. I have never had a grooming service here or any vet so I cannot speak to these services. I also have not purchased any dog training here, but I believe that the training here is good after my interactions with the dog handler.We also enjoy the clearance toy bins that are always on display. My german shepherd destroys toys and balls, so it's nice to have some less expensive options for toys I know won't last too long. Overall a good store with many options on pet supplies.

Your fish dept is EXCELLENT - clean and with a good variety of fish available. Also, you were the only store in town where I could pick up the Vetericyn that I needed. All others did not have it in store and wanted to ship it.

This is a great store and I love that they welcome the fur babies in with you. I prefer to go to Costco/Amazon for dog treats, but they have a good selection of anything else pet related!

Staff is always friendly and knowledge able. Groomers are fantastic. A little expensive when it comes to habitat and aquarium items. I can't afford things unless on sale,so I try to catch the sales.Grooming prices are very fair, Fantastic place.

We bring our 3 year old kitty there to get her nails cut. We got her there when she was 10 months old from a very kind organization. The store is filled with kind animal loving people. If you are looking for a new member of your family who will love you...come to this store on Saturdays. The store also has everything your little friend needs.

Good place to wander around with a six year old to check out the pet fish, reptiles, rodents and birds. They appeared to be out of the dog food we needed, but a helpful associate offered to check in back and was able to find me a bag. Easy to find parking.

We have a rescue dog that has issues being left. We have been taking her to be groomed at Petco (Madison & Hazel) for about a year. The first time we brought her in she jumped back over the counter. JJ calmed her down and able to groom her. She is getting better but this visit she tried to jump over again. JJ calmed her down again and carried her (80lbs) back to grooming room.

I love taking my dogs here because I get to work with Arielle. She is super sweet, honest, genuine and knows her stuff. She is very submerged in her art of grooming and continues to show value of Petco services, every time we get our grooming done. We get follow up calls, appointments scheduled and a warm welcoming from this location. Thank you Arielle for the Vital Care recommendation. It's a no brainer. I get so many discounts and rewards, it would be silly of me to shop elsewhere. With love, every staff member I met at this location is friendly and helpful.

Jessica is awesome! Jessica gave us outstanding customer service, she event met me im the parking lot to return my cart for me. She helped us find the best deals on our products and was super friendly. 10/10, will be back. I bought a $100 bag of dog food from her and I don’t even have a dog. Jk, I do have a dog. But still, great customer service.

Yes, all busineses have bad reviews.But no business has an assembly of the exact same employee.There are bad employees but sometimes it just sucks to work for poverty wages while the CEO makes hundreds of times what an average employee makes.Just about every single company says the same thing.. you don't like your job/wage, find another one.

We have a Maltipoo puppy. His little nose and tail went wild as we walked through each of the aisles. We went for some potty pads and treats. Petco has a great variety and selection of both.

Product placement is in a logical position and easy to find place in the store. My check out clerk was kind and friendly. Petco carries more refrigerated food choices now.
