I love taking my dog here. He's always so excited and happy to come! He pretty much knows where the main door to the play yard is in the office. The staff are super friendly and you can tell they are very passionate and care for your dog. I couldn't recommend them enough.

It could be better because I know especially speaking with different employees. Unless it was just a show to get your money the first time and saying they're able to provide services. After explaining my concerns and what is it that I am looking for in a safe space and possibly updates with retraining for my puppers it seems what I shared wasn't read or discussed with other employees on how my dog could be after being attacked 3 times by unleashed dogs. Even met the owner on the day of evaluation he seemed pleasant. I discussed that I am working on having him retrained in some areas so he wouldn't have anxiety being around other dogs. Anyway, the price kept on increasing with what one employee, an older gentleman mentioned services would be then when stopping by on another day due to having to reschedule because of other appointments and scheduling that were priority asking questions regarding specific services increased even more with the female employee. Even when a courtesy call was provided as to why we had to reschedule previously with an employee being aware of it. Also, it was told to me by the female employee to have him be in day camp he had to be reevaluated which was an additional cost then to keep him in individual play it was extra on top of day camp fees. The female kept on increasing the prices compared to what was discussed upon my initial conversation with the male employee when I looked in on daycamp, training for dogs. I'm disappointed with getting different prices on services even looking at the prices on the brochure the female employee increased the service rates. I would like to know if I happen to be the only customer who has gone through this with increase in services rates with that particular employee because I really haven't read any of the reviews as of yet, and probably will not. Just Do Better!

We've had a great experience with Buster's. The staff is so friendly and provide such amazing care. In addition to boarding and grooming, we have used their Dog Training services and couldn't be happier. Colin is amazing to work with and has transformed our 3 year old Lab, Zoey, into a responsive and obedient companion. One training session with him and you'll be amazed at how knowledgeable and effective he is. We look forward to coming here for years to come.

Colin was very authentic and basically responded to what we needed help with on a week to week basis. We learned a lot of skills for dealing with the bad behavior. I was not a fan of the prong collar but it's been a God sent 🙏. The dogs get so excited when we put the collars on them because they know they are going for a walk. My 76 yr old mom can walk the dogs now with out pulling. Colin is great and easy on the eyes. 😉

Buster's helped me save a life. We adopted Suki from the SPCA, and boy was she a handful. We weren't sure if she would be the right fit for us. But after the daily daycare program and a 3 week board and train, she is such a good dog! Buster's fixed her food and toy aggression with our other dogs and made her not want to chase cars. They showed us how smart she is and taught her great listening skills and a ton of new tricks, and they trained us too! Suki gets depressed on Sundays when daycare is closed! Thank you for helping us appreciate what a great dog she is!

I'm very impressed with Buster's Pet Resort. All the staff have been very nice and friendly. I cant begin to express how much my dog (Tucker) loves going here! At first Tucker was a little hesitant but now when he is being dropped off he runs for the entrance with his tail wagging. Someone is always at the door to greet us. And in the afternoon when Tucker gets picked up he is always exhausted from all the fun he has had all day playing with the other pups! I would highly recommend Colin and the staff at Buster's Pet resort!

I love taking my dog Piper to Buster’s. I have used them for training and doggy daycare. Piper’s trainer Don is excellent and very patient with Piper and also with me, who doesn’t have much experience training dogs. I really appreciate their thorough evaluations with the dogs and the care they get while there. I have no worries about sending my dog to Buster’s. The owner, trainers, and staff are all fantastic. You can tell they all love dogs and care for them like their own.

I absolutely LOVE Buster's Pet Resort and Daycare. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I just started personal training at Buster's last week, and I'm convinced these trainers are wizards after the magic they preformed....I have a 14 month old Blue Heeler/GS mix (Willow) and 8 month German Shepard (Luna). My 14 month is a TANK and very leash reactive (Pulling, barking and getting exciting with other dogs). Walking both dogs was Extremely difficult, so I had to start taking them separately. After, only ONE personal training session, I was able to walk both dogs together, with little to no reaction when we approached other dogs, even barking dogs. They are walking so well together and people have actually commented on how well behaved they are. I'm so excited to continue our training at Buster's.

Great reliable staff, fortunate to find this place.My dog is taking training lessons, has spent four nights boarding and playing there, and is doing much better, behavior wise.We also feel welcomed, and I also, am learning new things(as a dog owner), as well.I give 5 stars.

Buster’s is wonderful and takes great care of our dog for daycare and when we need boarding services. Our dog is always happy to go in and comes back soooooo tired! We have also used their grooming services upon picking up from boarding and I have been so happy with the grooming services. My dog was so clean upon pick up and didn’t smell strongly of perfume or other fragrances. The groomer also must’ve used a magic spell on his coat bc he came came shedding minimally instead of the fur tornado that he usually is!

We have taken our German Shepherd puppy to Buster's since they opened. We take him to get out his extra energy and Buster's definitely does that. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. It's nice that it's so close to our home. Thanks Colin and all!@

We left our dog for 7 nights from 7/2-7/9 at the last minute. I believe our dog had a good time but she did have a few marks on her nose and body but I don't think it was due to negligence on Buster's part. Plus, it was our dog's first time away from us as well. Overall, I am happy their business and will bring one of my animals there if boarding or grooming is needed in the future. Thanks Buster's.

By far the best place to take your pet when you either on vacation or away for the day. Collin and his family have created a fantastic place for the dogs to socialize, play and have a great time. We have had both our dogs there at least 3 times. The Best part for us is they took in my Queensland Healer who has issues with her back legs and is in a doggy wheel chair. Great care is taken by all the staff. I highly recommend you take your dogs their.

So I reached out to Sara and explained my whole situation. She seemed eager to help. There was some miss communication on her end and I dont feel like there was much accountability taken unfortunately. I told her I would have my husband come in either way for paper work but had asked if she could email it. She said she'd get back to me. I told her that he could come by either way but id prefer to have it emailed. When my husband got there she said the original appointment she had promised had been filled. She said she and It was all said and done she that ended up telling my daughter then she couldn't take my dog beacuse he was a barker and it gave other dogs anxiety. She also said it was super busy and she had forgotten. Just a waste of time. Definetly needs better communication and organization.

Best place to take your dogs! I have taken all of my dogs there and they absolutely love the staff. Their grooming services and daycare are great! Their workers go above and beyond working with clients and their furbabies. I am extremely happy with this business. My smallest dog absolutely loves colin, and their trainer christian has gone above and beyond with helping me and my pups. Words literally cannot express how immensely greatful I am for this establishment. Thank you for your time, compassion, empathy, and the hard work you all put into these animals and their owners. You are greatly appreciated and I look forward to visiting you for many years to come. ❤🐾

My boy LOVES going to “school”! He knows where we are as soon as we pull into the parking lot and he is so happy to go inside and play with his friends! When I pick him up, he is the happiest boy and always covered in water, mud, or dog slobber - which is a sign of a GOOD day! The staff is very welcoming and remember Max and I every time we walk through the door. I highly recommended Busters and I tell all of my dog friends about them! Took our two little pups in for a wash a while ago and they came back smelling great and so fluffy! They also squeezed us in when they were really busy. Both of my dogs have separation anxiety and they did so well here.. I love this place! They also let us do a quick tour of their boarding facility and they don't just keep your dog locked up all day.. they have someone who takes them out when the weather is nice and watches them all day no extra charge! The boarding cages/rooms for the dog are nice and big .. reasonably priced. So glad we found this place. Will continue to come here from now on

We've boarded our Golden Retriever many times at a vet clinic. This was the first time we boarded in this setting. Kaylee absolutely loved it and was all happy smiles when I picked her up. It's obvious the staff love every dog as their own; we'll be back!

I took my sweet boy here to be groomed a couple of weeks ago. He’s been to many groomers, but I finally found one that I’m comfortable leaving him with. His hair grows fast so I prefer for it to be cut pretty short and she did a great job! He left happy and looks adorable. I took a tour of the rest of the facility and it’s clean and well kept. The owner and the groomer are both incredibly nice and pleasant people!

We have a puppy mill rescue poodle and a street rescue chihuahua that are both excited when they see leashes come out and yet nervous to go anywhere. The trip to the spa and resort alone leaves the back seat soaked with poodle drool. However, it’s a totally different story when we pick them up! They are relaxed, happy, and not in a hurry to leave necessarily. The team at Busters is the best! Our poodle looked so awesome today when we picked her up. Precision cut, face well shaved, Pom Pom and body perfect length, and she was so cutely ribboned. Best winter grooming we’ve had in a long time. Our chihuahua came out sooo soft! She never lasts in scarfs but it was cute while it lasted! The staff is very friendly, and gentle with our gals! We look forward to the years to come, thank you!

We take our pup Justice here and will never go anywhere else! Hands down the most attentive and caring staff you will meet! We use to go to another pet resort after a horrible experience there I literally walked out and decided to try Busters!! Best decision I have ever made for our baby(s)!! They listen to you and your needs for your baby, they post pictures here on Facebook And Instagram of your baby which j love to see!!If you have any questions you can call and email them and they respond to you in a timely manner!! My pup leaves happy and is still amazing when she gets home!! There is no anxiety like she use to get after leaving the other day care.. which worried me.. so I know they take care of her as if she was their own.Trust me you will love them!!Thanks for taking care of my fur babies💕💕🐾🐾💕💕

** BEWARE MY DOGS GOT KENNEL COUGH **My Dogs were at Busters for 6 days (7/20 to 7/26), when I picked them up (7/26) they were both sick! The next day I brought them to the vet, they both were diagnosed with kennel cough and one dog had an injured eye & paw. I called Busters and left several messages with no reply. I went to their website and sent them messages with no reply… I finally got a hold of someone (8/4) and they took no accountability for what had happened. They explain to me how I signed the waiver so they aren’t responsible. *** BEWARE *** I gave them 2 perfectly measured bags of food for each dogs (2 cups a day). They gave me back 1 full bag of food untouched and 1/4 of the other bag. ** BEWARE** They will not feed my dogs properly! ** BEWARE** On top of that, they MADE ME PAY to give 1 of my dogs a vaccination that they didn’t technically need to get for another few months. **BEWARE ** They will hit you with hidden fees ** They charged me extra because my dogs weren’t neutered. OVERALL*** I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN! ****** YOUR DOGS DESERVE BETTER ***

I love this place, and more importantly, my dog loves this place. The owner and staff are wonderful and transparently love animals. On days where we would have had to leave our dog in his kennel for more than 5 or 6 hours, we bring him here instead, he gets to play all day and comes home tired after a day of much needed exercise.This morning, my fiance, who usually works from home, left the house extra early for the bay area, our puppy immediately started sulking. I said, "You're going to daycare today," and he puppy bounced over to the leash. He's only been here twice, but he knows it's name and stopped sulking immediately. When we pulled in, he was so excited, he was bouncing off the walls, there are only 2 places in the world that he gets that excited over, the Carmichael dog park, and the dog beach in San Diego.I'm so glad he has a safe & fun place to go on days where he would otherwise be locked in his kennel, being teased by the cat.
