I couldn't be happier with the experience. I switched to this vet coming from another vet who I didn't really trust and wasn't comfortable with while dealing with my dog's very frustrating and exhausting injury that resulted in tail amputation. Coming here was a huge relief. The staff was very personable and thorough. Dr. Kelly Aniz sat on the ground with my dog, who gets quite scared during vet visits, and petted him while examining him and making a detailed treatment plan with me. The vet tech was also awesome, but unfortunately I don't remember her name. I know I'm in good hands here and would recommend this vet clinic to anyone who cares about their furry friends.

Met Dr. Lauren Drummond at Tulare Kings ER for my pup who was experiencing tummy issues and she was so patient, so kind and really took her time to help ease our anxieties. We loved her so much that we are driving 30 minutes just to see her at Pacific Crest which is a beautiful location and very friendly staff!

Biggest money grab ever. I took a stray in to have an injury evaluated to get a baseline as to whether she was treatable. All of a sudden, I get this invoice with having her spayed, Vaccinations etc and still no diagnosis. I said, “I don’t want her spayed, I’m here to see what is going on with her first.” They take the invoice back, take off the spaying procedure, but increased the price for the anesthesia! I fell for all the manipulation and now have a dog I’m having to put down, who is completely vaccinated and spayed. Never again.

I apologize in advance because I've forgotten everyone's names!I've been meaning to sit down and write this review for a while. We moved to Tulare first of the year 2020. A few months later we noticed a growth on the hind foot of our 8yr old Aussie German Shepherd mix Pepper. We had not found a vet here yet. We reached out to a bunch in the area but none could see her quickly.Even though Pacific Crest was busy, they squeezed her in due to the concern about her foot. The staff and doctors were excellent. The charge to see her and run minor tests was very reasonable (to our shock). Unlike all of our previous vets there was no upsell or hard press for any treatment.Unfortunately they confirmed that pepper had an aggressive tumour on her foot. They were honest about the difficulties of surgery due to the aggressive nature of the tumor and the fact that if they went into surgery it would be a likely possibility that the whole hind leg would need to be removed. They also gave us options of providing her with a good quality of life with two hind legs and then end of life care, or trying radiation etc which they were clear would be expensive. Again there was no pushing or guilt trip, our vet simply provided options and was extremely forthright with us. Our doctor even made us aware that the tumor could reoccur in other parts of her body at an unknown time down the road. It was a sad but refreshing experience.In the end, based on a discussion with our doctor, we decided to opt for surgery with the knowledge that her hind leg could potentially be removed. We discussed all pricing upfront, and were again shocked to see an affordable and reasonable cost for the surgery and medication.Shortly after surgery the doctor called us. We were amazed to hear that she was able to save Pepper's leg. They removed the tumor, and roots along with two toes but saved the hind leg. She was confident that all or as close to all as possible of the tumor was removed and spent time explaining the process with us, and what happened during surgery.Recovery was lengthy but not unmanageable. Pacific Crest checked in via text regularly, reviewing pictures and offering help. The support staff was awesome.I am very happy to say that we are approaching year 2 with Pepper cancer free! Saving her hind leg has been a huge bonus. Even without the toes Pepper is fully functional and lives her life as if those toes never existed.A big thank you to the entire staff and doctors at Pacific Crest from our family, and especially from Pepper 🐾! We share this experience both in gratitude and as a recommendation to anyone reading this review and wondering if they should trust Pacific Crest with their pet. The answer is yes.

I was desperate to get my sick cat in to see our vet, but they were completely booked for the next 10 days, and so were all of the other vets in my town. I knew my cat would die if I had to wait just 7 days. So I started looking up vets in towns next to my town. I called Pacific Crest and explained to them what was going on and the predicament that I was in. They said that they would work her in that same day and to bring her as soon as I could get there. Everyone person that I spoke with was extremely caring and understanding. I could tell that every employee that I spoke with shared the same amount of love for animals that I do. I instantly felt calm and knew that my fur baby was in the best of hands and that she was going to receive the treatment that she needed. After the examination, the vet comes out and discusses with you their diagnosis and their recommended treatment plan, as well as any procedures that will have to be done. If you agree to the treatment, they provided an itemized estimate listing the cost of all services, which I found very helpful. Overall. I had a pleasant experience and will definitely recommend Pacific Crest to my family and friends. They saved my fur babies life! She has fully recovered 100%, and I am forever grateful. Thank you, Pacific Crest!

Extremely expensive. Nice people but really overtreated my horse, in my opinion. If I’d been there instead of remote I might have been able to intervene. So my advice is talk early and often to them, and use your experience as a common sense antidote to high expenses.

Wow, what a wonderful place. My golden retriever had to be put down after a battle with cancer and they made it bearable. Then, I was blessed with this beautiful card! Very thoughtful.

The staff there are so friendly and understanding. Took my pup in as an emergency visit, thought I was going to lose her. We did have to wait a little to be seen, but after speaking with me about her symptoms they immediately gave her liquids and medication. My pup is now 100% back to her normal self. I have brought both of my pups here. The first pup for an emergency c-section and the second for an abscess. Both times me and my dogs were treated kindly, quickly and with so much respect. Even if their schedule is fully booked, if you feel your pet needs to be seen they will do their best to fit them into the schedule. I absolutely adore the staff here and will continue to bring my pups back for regular checkups, etc.

The worse place I ever got in contact with. I booked a PPE for a horse I wanted to buy and the same that I supposed to go see the horse and do the exam the vet called me and canceled the appointment. He didn't care less about the situation and just drop me down.

Taking my cat Boo to Pacific Crest was such an excellent decision! I was so so happy at how kind and thorough the staff was. I felt that everyone genuinely cared about me and the well being of Boo. The cost of care was really reasonable, too. The best part was the careful and thorough explanation of all of her medications and how to administer them. My 3 month old puppy, Duke, had a foxtail in his nose. I called every vet office in my area and no one could see him that day. Called Pacific Crest and eventhough they were very busy they knew how important it was to my puppy's health to get him in ASAP. They fit him in and got the foxtail out with no problems. They will be taking care of all of his vet needs now, the 20 minute drive is worth that kind of care.

The entire staff is an amazing group of people! I’ve been taking my pets there for years. We had an emergency recently and lost my best friend. They gave us time with her and let me cry and mourn and didn’t make me leave until I was ready to go. Then to my surprise I get a card in the mail with everyone’s signature and condolences. The paw prints were amazing and completely unexpected. You made my day! And made me cry! Thank you to everyone! And Merry Christmas!

After switching to Pacific Crest from another vet, I have been so please with the care we have received. I have taken 3 different cats there and everyone is so kind and they really care. They made room in their full schedule for an emergency my cat had, and the routine care is prompt. When there was a scheduling error on their end they made it right and saw my cat anyway. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

I can't think of a single thing that could've made my visit better. Everytime I visit your facility the service is spot on. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell how much they care for the animals that are being seen. I love how everyone greets you and your animal. The staff here are very friendly and professional. They treat your pet with loving kindness as if it were their own. Appts are always on time except in the case of an emergency patient before you. The office is clean and they offer a nice selection of reasonably priced, healthy treats for your pets. Plus you don't have to wait 3 weeks for an appt.

By far the best experience that I’ve had with any vet. I had not been to Pacific Crest before so I was unable to get an appointment for my lab Addison until mid July. The day after I made the appointment, they called to check on Addison. When I mentioned that she wasn’t doing well, they got me in that day on an emergency appointment. Everyone - from the receptionist to Carmen the vet tech to Dr. Drummond - was amazing. Polite, kind, helpful. Everything was thoroughly explained and there was no “upselling” of unnecessary services. I can’t say enough good things about Pacific Crest. Thank you for taking such good care of Addie!

THE DOCTOR NOT RECEPTIONIST said i want allowed to bring my dog back to tell her ARTHRITIS medicine that SHE PRESCRIBED because i had to take my dog to another vet in an emergency because this vet wasn't available to see her!!!! I took all the animals here every visit and i will NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL NEVER ENCOURAGE SOMEONE TO GO HERE!! This doctor is a joke and does not give a cr a p about the animals she's there to treat as HER JOB!! GO FIND ANOTHER JOB IF YOU HATE YOURS SO MUCH!!!!

I called Pacific Crest after my "regular vet" was unavailable. They were able to see my small dog right away (chihuahua mix). Because of Covid I was unable to go in with my pet, but the vet came out and talked to me after the examination. She was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. She spent a good while explaining everything to me as well as possible treatment options. She did not order unnecessary tests - thus keeping the cost down. I paid a total of 65$ for the exam and the medication that my pup needed. The vet went as far as to give me printouts of food recommendations for a skin issue he was having. Then - the next day she called me personally to check on my dog and let me know she had done some additional research.I am absolutely making this my "regular" vet now. I had not received treatment anywhere near this as my previous veterinarian. Absolutely recommend!

I had an apt. for one of my cats who had a cough. I had to wait a week and in this time his sister got the cough too, The vet spent a lot of time with both cats and said it was a virus and it would run it's course. We also talked about putting both cats on a diet since they had gain weight with an automatic feeder and treats. Both cats will eat the new dry food. I plan to take them back in a month to get weighed. Both cats enjoyed being able to walk around the room instead of being held on the examination table. Very relaxed exam especially since this was our first time here. I changed vets after going to my old on for 40+ years. They made me fell right and home and my cats weren't anxious like they usually are. Highly recommend. A plus was if my cats didn't like the new cat food they would take it back and credit me. My other vet didn't do this. Prescription cat food is quite expensive.

Took my moms Dachshund in for a tumor on a teet and to be spayed. They managed to remove the tumor( grapefruit sized) and do the spay in one go. 10 days of tubes and draining. Back for removal of tubes. Another week and stitches removed. We have ourselves a healthy 11 year old happy dog. Great work, great staff, very helpful, very friendly. However it was about $1700. Sooooo. You get what you pay for! 🤷‍♂️
