TetraultThey have great customer service but they didn’t install the balancing weights correctly when I got new tires. The weights rubbed on my caliper when the wheel rotated while driving - see pic. This is something they should have checked before releasing the car back to me. I think they rushed the job and forgot to do it. I had to come back to get them to fix it, and they admitted it was a mistake on their part. Make sure they don’t rush your tire job and skip quality control steps. Not sure I will be back.

We had a bolt in our tire of our rental car. Stopped in to ask if they had time to fix it. It took them about 45 mins to fix it. We went and had lunch while they were at work.Guys were nice and ladies in the office were even nicer!!Thanks for taking care of this couple from Indiana in a timely, efficient manor!

If I had realized this tire shop had banker hours I never would have bothered getting my tires from them!!! I live in Ferndale and work in Scotia so I've been trying to get my tires rotated for WEEKS but they "aren't able to squeeze me in". They are closed on the weekends which is extremely inconvenient for a place like this. I called at 4 and explained I've been trying to get in because my tire warranty is going to be voided due to going over the miles because of their ridiculous hours but they still refused to help me out knowing i could be there by 4:25 pm😡😡😡😡 never again. I'll go elsewhere. do better helping full time people!!

I took my truck in for just tire rotation, and I only had to about 5 to 10 minutes and they were done. I would recommend them.

I don't know.. I asked how much is it for four tires and it came out to be $572. For my car .. I looked on Amazon and the same tires are $70 a piece.. crazy ..

I used to love this place! However, now I have been treated terrible twice- still bought tires out of old loyalty, and had problems ever since. No fixing of a bubbled out sidewall. No fixing of 2 way off balanced tires. And mostly, terrible customer service. I've been going there for 15 years, and only had problems for 3 now. Bad problems! Be careful, folks- and that socks, because I know the old ownership and people who can't stand what this place has become

20 year customer,went in for oil change an tire rotation,they didn't rotate tires because 16351 miles on factory tires was to low in tread depth on front why i wanted rotation (legal tread still )ask for quote on Coopers,instead quoted me on some Nitros,not happy with customer service

I lost a hubcap on my way home from an oil change & tire rotation. When I called them about it, I got an angry message about them not being responsible. I was not notified of any issues when I picked up my vehicle, but there was a note on my invoice that I did not see. They have no voicemail set up on their system so I guess I have to leave a message here. The point is that you created a dangerous situation and should be embarrassed. If you can't figure out how to install a hubcap, how can I trust any of your other work?

I have been a loyal customer since my first vehicle in 1998. I have sent everyone I know to them,but no longer. They just tried to charge me 33$ per tire to take off my old tires and install my summer set. When asked why it would be so much the technician said because I am not allowed to change out my tires like that?! I will never give those people another dime of my money and will never recommend that anyone patronize their business.

These people are amazing man. Brent and his manager ended up comin out to my house near by to help me with my tire that I curb rashed hard and it popped on accident. They ended up helping me when my back is messed up and that was my only ride. The store wasn’t that busy which allowed me to luckily have my tire changed. I am so recommending these people they are life changers.

Ok you won me over. My usual tire shop closed down. I have been to this shop several times now and they are consistently friendly, reasonably priced, and they get you in the same day. I've been in to see Levi and Lee, both were absolutely great. They had me up and running within 30 minutes of being there. Not to mention Lee gave me excellent vehicle maintenance advice to avoid future repairs. Best Auto Center in Humboldt!

Can't say enough positive about Tetrault! We were passing through on our way to camp in the redwoods and got a puncture in one tire on our Tesla. Tesla tires are not easy to find but they found one way way in the back and we're able to swap it on and get us on the way in an hour. Amazing service!
