Fun place to pop in occasionally and see if you can find a treasure. This is a busy store at the mall and there is a large selection of home goods, clothing, luggage, pet supplies lots of misc goodies. I have found a few good things through the years.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I understand times are tough but I don't understand why companies aren't in forcing customer service. Purchased a defective product and didn't realize it until we used it. Not even a week later brought it back only to be met by a rude employee named CRISSY and to make a long story short. She explained that because I used it. And it's my fault for not thoroughly examining the product before I bought it and used it. They were not going to return or replace the item and that I needed to "take my item somewhere else And tell them about it and complain she was done" . This negative experience has happened a few times thus the bad review. Well now I'm done and I'm taking my complaint elsewhere I will not spend my money here again.

Hadn't been in the store for awhile. They have lotsa low priced nice items for gifts. Wasn't too pleased with the big boxes everywhere. Took up lotsa room. They looked like dump bins. Could have been more organized.

Love this store! Found several items that I had been looking for. I was very impressed with their prices. They are very organized and have great signage, making it easy to locate products that you would like to purchase. They were not crowded. It was a great place to shop.

The restrooms are always filthy (even though a key is required to use it) and everything is overpriced. Opening week I went in to check out the store and the handicap stall was covered in human feces.

Yesterday my wife was shopping and had the most horrible shopping experience at this TJ Maxx location. My wife has a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and because of thIs disability her mannerisms and behaviors are different than the rest of the worlds. She often takes a long time and picks things up or cruses isles multiple times and is very aware of people watching her she gets very self conscious sometimes paranoid. This is not fair to her the ADA has promised that she has the right to the same stress free shopping experience as anyone else. By the time she left she was so exasperated from being followed by four female employees that she had to take extra medicine just to calm down not have a panic attack. Many of the other stores know of my wife's disability and are happy to leave her be unlike TJ Maxx who continues to outfight discriminate, antagonize and basically assault her. My wife is guaranteed by our government's ability to uphold her civil rights, that she will have the same harassment free shopping experience as everyone else.

Clean but a bit unorganized. Convenient location. Decent variety. But most merchandise seemed a little overpriced, for a "discount store". So I definitely checked the clearance section before departing lol!

This is only the second time at this location I have ever shopped. It took awhile after my first time to try them again. Both times I saw shoplifting right and left. No clerk around to let them know what was going on. I find it very difficult to shop with thieves getting their free stuff.This time I was with my 2 year old grandson trying to maneuver around the clutter everywhere. I happen to step on a security pin that went through my shoe into my foot. Was there help around? NO!!! I struggled with the pain to get it out and find someone to give it to. Finally I found three girls standing talking at the front door checkout. Gave it to the one girl who was dumbfounded about what to do. I have worked retail longer than some of these girls have been alive. I wanted to say so much but bit my tongue as it was not my place. Just so you know there was no one in line at the checkout. These girls should be straightening the store. Picking up things on the floor or just letting the customers know they are there to help if needed. I will never shop there again, or should I say try to. My business will stay at Ross Dress for Less where you can always find a clerk in their clean store. Where I have never stepped on a security pin. Where there is security and help to be found.

You would be pleasantly surprised at what you could find in their food section.Healthy snack choices, teas, health shake ingredients, crackers and items from all over the world. I enjoy the gluten free choices.A nice pet product section and some heavenly perfumes.They have a huge clearance section!

I often forget we have this story I really wish they had a larger men's selection it's about a quarter of the selection for women and no shoes at all compared to several racks of women and kids shoes. This store is much much better than Ross in my opinion!

I was checking out a few minutes ago and noticed a bunch of Autism Speaks posters behind the register. I of course did not mention this to the cashier as she clearly didn’t post them, but my experience in retail does tell me managers read reviews so here I am. I’m unsure if you are aware, but Autism Speaks is an incredibly offensive organization to people who actually have autism. They focus so much on a “cure” for autism. We don’t need to be cured. There is nothing wrong with us. Our brains are wired differently, but dear god no we do not want to be cured. They are also in support of ABA therapy in children, which instead of teaching them how to live with and understand their autism, traumatizes them and teaches them to not engage in “autistic” behaviors such as stimming whatsoever. On top of that, there are no actually autistic people on the Autism Speaks board. Which begs the question, if “Autism Speaks”, but not the voices of autistic individuals, who are they speaking for exactly? I love TJ Maxx, love the Eureka store, but I personally won’t be returning until the offensive signage is removed. I don’t expect you to listen to my review, but please hear what autistic adults have to say about this organization. Thank you.

For this type of store, where they try to sell the unsellable merchandise of other stores, this is one of the best. Some of the items are fantastic big name brand items that probably suffered the fate of only being in the wrong store location at the wrong time. It is always clean and usually has tempting items to catch one's attention. Since its inventory always changes, you will want to check it out at least once every four days or so.

Seems that the racks were a mish mash,with sizes,and merchendise not where they were supposed to be. Quality of merchendise seems to have deteriorated over time. Not many of the coveted name brand garments ,that you use to find were available. Instead an abundance of mainly nylon,polyester garments,made poorly in third world countries,filled the racks. Very disappointing!

Cheap name brand clothes,socks and undies, ....mainly girl attire......but there's guy cologne, and shavers, and male manicure kits , girls shoes, and jewelry is there that looks nice and is cheap......great for a girl to get her presents from her old man or mom or something....idk

Not the best TJMaxx, but for this area, we are SO blessed to have it here! There are always plenty of customer service reps, LOTS of stock & selection and the prices are fair and commensurate with those found in TJMaxx locations across the nation! Thank you for THAT, too!
