This is my go to coffee stop if I am walking my dog. Even if they are busy the staff is always friendly. The coffee they use is good quality. I am a standard cup of coffee girl but would assume the espresso drinks are just as good as the standard cup.

Employees are warm, friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of hot, cold and blended beverages and are willing to make your drink just the way you like it. Steamed, strong, low fat, more sugar, 1 shot or more, just ask. Jitterbean has a steady flow of customers all day long but you rarely have to wait long.I have been disappointed in the quality of their bakery items. They may look homemade but are lacking that homemade taste, therefore I also feel the bakery items are overpriced.As far as a tasty coffee drink, Jitterbean serves the best.Wheelchair accessibility: Jitterbean has a drive through window or customer walk up window. They usually provide fast service at both windows.

Quick and great coffee. I always get a coffee before my sons soccer games. They make a great double white mocha. Super friendly they have all aspects of customer service covered!

I love the coffee, but I am not a great fan of the location. It is hard to access, and there always seems to be a line. This is likely due to the high quality coffee and it's vicinity to hospital and medical offices. Also great staff. I just wish I could get coffee there in a timely fashion on my work break.

Don't get me wrong this place has great coffee unfortunately they are not open early enough for for the gig workers that are working 24 hours A-day I'm surprised they were not open at 5 AM when I went to Starbucks next door they were open earlier in consideration for early morning workers and commuters.

Just a great place , locally owned to. Best coffee drive up in Humboldt. They know how to do it right. You're taste bud's will always lead you back to Jitter Bean. Goggle the jitter bean coffee co. and go to the nearest one.

Wonderful friendly service, delicious and cozy drinks for coffee drinkers on the go, and family stops while out and about. Fun seasonal concoctions. Fresh daily pastries. My favourite neighborhood coffee stop.

The service here is always prompt and wonderful. I'm always greeted with a genuine smiles, and they treat you with Andes mints! ;) (try the mocha or caramel explosions!)

My favorite place to get coffee in Humboldt County. Many convenient locations spread throughout. Peak morning hours can get super busy though so make sure you're ready to wait in line.

I love Jitter bean it is the best. They give 3 shots in the 20 oz. Mochas with no extra charge like other places. Great sevice and friendly service. They also give back to the community and have special competitions for the costomers.

Kind of seemed as though the employee's were a little bit scattered about in the ways of service and getting orders out timely. The drive thru was very small and congested for as much business as thus place had.

If I could give zero stars I would this place is really the worst coffee place I have been to in a long time. And not because the coffee is bad but by the lack of service, preparedness and overall customer service. Will definitely NOT be going back. It's a sad morning when you get to wake up and the first people you interact with have no clue what they are doing and obviously do their jobs slacking

My "go to" before any appointment in town, not to mention a quick run for a triple shot mocha.. The BEST in our county.Features: Drive through service.Kid-friendliness: They have hot cocoa so my grandkids love driving through.
